I have had several remarkable experiences at Fresh Bikes:

1. Joe, the part time mechanic, always provides top notch service, and I now consider him to be more of a buddy than a bike mechanic.
2. When I cracked a frame (on a bike purchased elsewhere!), owner Shawn Brunner helped assist me with a seamless warranty when the other shop wouldn t. I ended up with a fabulous NEW bike, thanks to Shawn and his efforts.
3. I finally pulled the trigger on a really sweet ride recently a Yeti 5.5 Turquoise Series Build with all the coolest upgrades. It wasn t cheap, but Shawn delivered VALUE and my dream bike.
4. I kept trying to bring my wife to Fresh, with plans of putting her on a high end hybrid. Instead, she stopped in on her own, and Shawn (knowing full well that I had plans of spending real money) matched her up with a bike that made far more sense for her for a fraction of what we were prepared to spend.

I can t imagine why anyone would consider using any other bike shop. Shawn s as talented a mechanic as you ll find and backs what he sells. FRESH BIKES ROCKS!
