My wife and I purchased a 2011 Edge on 9/19/15, Adrian was our salesman and was extremely helpful but the service after the sale was less than okay. Since it was Saturday we took the vehicle home and brought it back Monday for the service and touch up, it took two days to service and was not touched up. Dave, one of the managers, drove it to the back to have it touched up, only two places were done and the paint doesn't match, Ford vehicle at a Ford dealership and they didn't have the correct color paint. They did not put the 30 day tag on it, did not give any paperwork, they left the electronic key holder on the window so our salesman had to bring everything out to us the next day. Four days after the sale is when everything was complete.
