Ford's "Customer Service" has been the absolute worst of any company I have ever worked with. My brand new 2014 Focus has been at the dealership since last Tuesday with a faulty transmission. They refused to give me a loaner car, even though the issue is covered by my warranty and I am stuck out of state! I called the national customer service line and I was given a case number and was supposed to hear back on Wednesday morning. 10 calls and 4 days later, I have not heard a WORD back from anyone. Nothing. I bought this car new and from Ford because, based on reputation, I wouldn't have to worry about my car for the next few years, but it has caused me MORE stress than it's worth. I will never buy a Ford again -and will be selling this one as soon as I can.
