First off, buying cars is not fun. I was in the market for a Ram or F150 but had not drove either in years. I first went to Stateline Dodge and said I want to test drive and get some numbers on a 2017 Ram. It was a complete joke once I started getting numbers from a salesman. They didn't break out anything or have answers to my questions. Just said there is fees in there but I don't know the fees. REALLY?? I finally said give me my keys now. I am out of here. They were not very willing but I was pissed! Went into Fort Mill Ford from there. It was a complete 180. Ben Whitlock and Keith (sales manager) were both great. Straight forward pricing, no hidden fees in the quotes, and both very laid back. They worked with me to get me a little more on my trade and all the rebates from Ford they could. I actually bought during this visit and I am very happy with my new F150.
