I would like to share my experience at FortMillford.
I bought a 2017 Toyota highlander LE plus on 12/27/19.
Eric (salesperson) was very friendly, knowledgeable about his job and the culture of Fort Mill Ford dealership. Furthermore, he helped me and my family to be comfortable while we were doing some paperwork regarding the purchase of the vehicle.
It was a pleasure buying a vehicle there.
Nonetheless, two days later after i purchased the vehicle I discovered that the front passenger floor matt and the 3rd row floor matts were missing while i was cleaning the car.
I called Eric ( Salesman) and told him about the missing floor matt.
UPDATE: Eric's manager ( Blake Boyd ) called me and left a message in my voicemail the same day I posted my original review regarding the missing floor matts. I can tell that they take their job very serious in Fort Mill Ford. (Helping people to find the vehicle that they are looking for as well as giving the costumers the best experience ever in regards of buying pre-own vehicle or new at Fort Mill Ford).
I am very excited about telling my friends and family about the experience at Fortmill Ford. I liked the fact that they were not obsessive about selling the car.
I just ordered new Floor matts from Weather Tech. According to Eric's manager, Fort Mill Ford will cover the cost of the floor matts.
I give five stars to Eric and the dealership for trying to make their costumers happy about the experience, so they will come back to buy more vehicles from Fort Mill Ford.
I Really recommend to take a look at the cars and prices at Ford Mill Ford. They have affordable prices and great vehicles to choose from.
