Spending the better part of a week communicating with someone I eventually learned was in a call center left me on edge. Once I flew into town I was picked up in a courtesy vehicle by my experience guide Ben. After learning a little more about the process, it made a lot more sense and I slowly let my guard down. Being a car guy , I appreciated talking cars past, present and future with Ben and before I knew it, I was back on the road headed home in my new Ford. I have to say that it was as seamless and transparent as any vehicle purchase I ve ever experienced. Looking forward to returning once the new Ranger is out!
