I had the pleasure of dealing with Brandon in service. I had a door lock issue this past Friday on my way down to S.C. from Delaware. One of my passenger doors decided it did not want to close at all. Yes I was traveling with a bungy cord holding my door closed. Brandon got me in on Saturday with a full load on the mechanics that were on duty that day. He was not even sure he would be able to get me in but he tried anyway. They did not just fix my door. They fixed all four and a recall on my transmission. Thank you so much to all of you that got me in and fixed my car at Fort MIll Ford and for all your effort and hard work to fix my car and keep my family safe.
