We went to look at cars and ended up driving home with a brand new 2013 Altima. Dallas was wonderful at guiding us through the process and he made us feel very comfortable.

We could not be happier with our experience and with the car, it all worked out wonderfully!

On another note; it was stated that the part needed to get my convertible top to operated properly "was know to be defective by Mercedes and has since been replaced by a redesigned part". This being the case why was I charged for parts and labor for the manufacturers known design flaw? Quite frankly I feel a refund is in order. Please respond.

I have been taking my Nissan Titan here since 2010 and Feldman Nissan treats people the way they should be treated at every dealership. You feel as though you are at the Mercedes dealer across the lot. Friendly service, very clean, and willing to fix any issue. Every time a miscommunication happens or they screw up (because they are human) the management always seems to make it right.

We were shopping for a Mercedes-benz and didn't end up buying from Feldmann. But we wish we would have. We ended up buying from another dealer but was disappointed in our experience as we were over promised and under delivered. We wish we would have bought from Feldmann instead because the help we got while shopping there was great. Let me start by saying the service is the only thing I would say they have going for them.

I have is I spent 1200$ to fix my air ride. (No biggie) Well 6 days later my car dies in the middle of the high during rush hour after I was told my car is in great condition.... So I m instructed I NEED 2 new betteries for my vehicle. This is the 3rd s550 I have owned. I had battery issues before and the issues I had were not relatable to this situation. But I listen to the professionals and specifically said are we sure that s the problem. Service adviser instructed that it was the culprit. 2 days later he calls and says no it s actually the alternator but insisted that the batteries were both bad and needed to be replaced.. so now after spending 2400$ last week and 1200$ the week before. The car died on the weekend and I was told I won t be able to get Loaner until my car is diagnosed and the car must 3hrs of service. But the kicker is the car won t be looked at until Tuesday .... but it only gets better with Feldman s.. I never work on my car myself I m not that savvy nor would I want anyone who isn t qualified touching my baby so when the car died the last time I tried to pop the hood because it began over heating and I wanted to see what was going on so I could potentially diagnose it or trouble shoot it myself. But I couldn t get the hood open. Now they are telling me that they will have to charge me to open my hood And told me I m looking at 3400$ to get it running. I m not a genius but I can do quick math and they are about to make close to 7k off me in one month.... and I understand my s class is older 2008 but my friend that bought his s class from Feldman s 1 year ago ALWAYS gets a s class loaner when he drops his car off. They are quick to tell me they will see what they can do... I ve taken my previous s classes to toy box in St. Paul and never experience problems after I leave the shop. But this seems to be a recurring pattern

I had nothing but a great experience at Feldmann. I emailed Matt Sack on a Thursday of what I wanted in a vehicle, my payments, etc., and left Friday afternoon with the vehicle I wanted. He went above and beyond to get me the payment I wanted and made the process so seamless! It was month end so the entire dealership was very busy but Matt had everything ready when we got there so we could get started on the usually long process right away.

Hannah in products was so great, and Jor in Finance was AMAZING! Overall the process was super professional and I would highly recommend Matt & Feldmann for your Mercedes purchases!!

This was hands down the best car buying experience...

This was hands down the best car buying experience I have ever had. Jack Woodring was very respectful of me and spoke directly to me instead of to my husband since this was going to be my car! He made sure to pronounce my name correctly, which is also very rare! Jack was responsive, made the experience painless (and fun!!!) which was unexpected. The whole experience from start to finish was highly professional and made me feel special. I love my new Mercedes and will go back to Jack for my next new car.

My "Check Engine" light came on the day before my ...

My "Check Engine" light came on the day before my service visit to Feldmann's in my 2002 Volvo X Country. The service advisor was very prompt in getting me signed in at 6:30am in the morning. He indicated it would take an hour to diagnose what was causing the check engine light to turn on. I asked him to contact me before doing any work on the car. An hour later he came to me and told me it was the gas cap that was causing the light to come on. He said the gasket was worn and was causing a leak in the emission system. He said just by replacing the gas cap the light would go away. I asked him if he was going to replace it with a Volvo gas cap because this type of cap was necessary to make the system work correctly with the latching mechanism. He said he would need to get it from a nearby dealer so I said OK and I would wait for this to happen. About twenty minutes later he came to me and said the system worked again and the car was ready I said great and paid the $160 which covered this kind of repair. I asked him again if he replaced the original cap with a Volvo gas cap and he said yes he did. At that point in time I was very pleased with this kind of service and drove away. When I got home and checked the gas cap which was installed I found out it was not a Volvo gas cap but a generic brand which did not have a tether on it like the Volvo gas gap. At this point in time I was not very happy for two reasons: 1) the service adviser did not have a Volvo gas cap replaced as he had told me he did and 2) the replacement gas cap was not tethered and did not work with the Volvo latching mechanism. :<(

Scott Babcock was our sales rep and did a fantastic job from start to finish! This is the second car we have bought from Scott and would go nowhere else. Even after buying the first car from him about 1.5 yrs. ago he would follow up and make sure that we are completely satisfied with the car. We have been in multiple times over the past year looking at different cars and test driving many cars. Even though he knew we are not buying a car that day, he still treated us with respect and gave us his full attention. Also, Jesse in the Service department has been a great help and is always there to answer any service related questions. Also, Jerry Moore in Finance has been a great help also. He was also the finance person who signed us out on both deals. We made him work for the last deal, but he came through and get everything done that we needed that was well within our expectations. Feldmann has always been a step above in service, when we have been looking for cars many other dealerships wouldn t even help us, or it would take them forever to get a salesman to help you. At feldmann as soon as we walked in we have been greatd either by a salesperson or front desk associate.

This is my fourth Nissan, but my first purchase at Feldmann, and I will be back when I need another vehicle. Every step of my purchase process was smooth, straight forward, and with no surprises. I have been here multiple times over the past 7 years I have also been to at least 3 other Mercedes dealers along with multiple Maserati, Bentley, Porsche ,Range Rover ,Cadillac and others over these years and this dealership is by far the best excellent customer service great care they don t penny pinch they re customers on every little thing they can I ve often left felling like I got a good deal and that s very rare at a big dealership... I have had the opportunity to drive some of the greatest Germany engineering products available, and to compare all of the different dealerships and service reps that I've encountered, Feldmann Import is an easy sweep! The people overall at Feldmann Imports raised the bar to customer expectations in the car dealership arena. I can easily say that there are some great dealerships that continue to strive for perfection in their branding efforts of customer experience, especially here in the Metro Mpls. or the entire state of MN for the matter. After having a pleasant and friendly experience given by the Feldmann`s staff.. I know that I would easily refer them to any car owner I know! I'm writing as another dealer and I have to tell you that I'm a little jealous when I go here for service work or to buy some wholesale cars from them. What a great team! They are just very professional and on top of everything. The place is spotless clean and I can't get out of there without sneaking a cookie. Every employee doing every job, and I've dealt with all from the owner to the lot assistants, is very polite and helpful. I have to imagine if this is how they deal with a competitor, the customers get the red carpet treatment every time. Great place!

I'm extremely disappointed in this dealership. I leased 2 vehicles thinking that they are turn key and sales person used that term when I picked up the vehicles. Come to find out they are not. Had issue with pothole while driving and when they went to replace tire they charged me for it. They lease vehicles here and don't carry hazard ins on the tires in MINNESOTA unbelievable. I will not lease another vehicle from this dealer.

It's worth buying a car if only because of John Pfeiffer and the rest of the team in the service department. I have had four vehicles serviced at Feldmann's (including my BMW) and have always received extremely professional service with great courtesy at a fair price. Tom Ogle in sales is another stellar example of how well-managed this fine dealership is. Most highly recommended!

DO NOT LET YOUR WIFE/DAUGHTER/SISTER go here alone. They will take advantage of it and scare them into services they do not need. Shameful experience preying on a young woman in service. An oil change that turned into $700 of unnecessary work she was scared into. Shocking how in 2020 these things still exist and happen?

I ve been here before with this same car and not been treated how she was on 8/7/20. Owning German cars are more expensive to maintain but this is straight up absurd.

Good luck getting us to service with your disgraceful service department let alone continue to buy MB products again. Who knows how bad a woman would get taken advantage of purchasing a car here, a nightmare we will not take.

UPDATE: we have spoken to the service manager, the interaction there and the response below again can be depicted as honest and it was our mistake that she accepted the services but only after being pressured. It s Feldmans loss we will never do business with these people ever again.

Poor communication. I live 4 hours from this dealership so I filled out the online credit application to determine if it was worth it to make the trip (currently have BMW Financial, wasn't sure how Mercedes financial differs). Literally a week later I had no answer or communication regarding the app, so I reached out again only to be told that the process was to have a customer come into the dealership before they would start the approval process, even though I had filled out every detail of the credit application including the vehicle (including VIN) I intended to purchase. What is the point of the credit app then? This dealership seems to get good reviews for their in-person experience but my advice would be to avoid if you have to travel a distance to get there.

Our salesperson, Sheree Raze, went above and beyond to make the buying experience one of a kind. Sheree took time to listen to our goals, she explained the features of the vehicles and benefits associated with buying a Mercedes-Benz from Feldmann Imports, and she asked meaningful questions about our needs and desires. Lastly, Sheree has continued to check-in with us to guarantee that we are happy with the vehicles we have purchased. We couldn t have asked for a better buying experience. Overall it was an exceptional experience and the customer service at the Feldmann Imports dealership was outstanding as well. In particular, one person that really stood out was Jack Woodring. He was tirelessly working to make sure that I considered all my options(there are so many great cars to choose from!) and the whole process went seamlessly. Jack is the best salesman that Mercedes Benz could have in their corner. Again, it was a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend this dealership as well as working with Jack, regardless of whether an individual is leasing or buying.

Just bought a new Quest minivan with Katie Sherman, she is a super solid sales consultant and the experience was excellent. She volunteered to watch my young kids while i test drove the van and was very knowledgeable and personable all around. She responded quickly to my phone/email communications and answered questions comprehensively. The pricing and financing experience was also easy and clear. And the showroom is beatiful! As comparison, I had stopped at Wayzata Nissan earlier and felt like I was in a tragic 1960s office building - very uninspiring. I feel really good about Feldmann, love the car, and hope for good (though infrequent?) service experiences as well.

My entire experience here was amazing! I filled out the internet request form on a specific car and received a quick response from my salesperson, Matthew Sack. He was great communicating with me prior to arriving onsite, and once onsite he exceeded my expectations. He did a fantastic job of explaining details of the car, gave me completely honest feedback, and assisting in different finance options. We ran into some issues with the financing on our trad-in, this was due to our previous financing, and Feldmann s did a fantastic job of navigating the situation and doing what was right for us. My experience was so amazing, that my husband was back 2 days later to purchase a vehicle for himself.

Our experience with Feldman's was awesome! We were looking for a 2013 Chevy Suburban and found one on Feldman's website. After having dealt with dealerships and sales people who were pushy, made you sit forever while they "went to their managers", and then brought you completely unreasonable amounts for your trade, our experience with Feldman's was very positive. We received a better price on the vehicle we were purchasing (and higher quality) than we had found anywhere else, and the level of service we were provided, both by our salesperson Jan, and the service manager there, was excellent. We were given a very fair trade in price, $3,000 more than another dealership had provided. Can't say enough good things about our experience. Even though we were buying a used Chevy, we were treated as if we were buying a brand new Mercedes! We would definitely buy another car at Feldmans!

My husband and I purchased our 2001 S500 from Sears Imported Autos when it was new. The people at sears LOVE you when you're dropping over 90K in their store, but the love stopped there. We started bringing it in to Feldmann's for service and have had great service every time! On our visit this week we met with Cory Schultz, he went out of his way to explain all of the repairs and maintenance items that they wanted to do to the vehicle. I don't know much about cars and when I asked questions he never hesitated to answer them; never making me feel like my questions were a bother. He took the time to point out a few of the SUV's they had for sale and even rewashed our car due to all the construction nearby. When we felt there was a problem with the car we took the car to H1 Honest Auto in Burnsville for an inspection since it is near our home. Feldmann's was able to perform all of the necessary work and even several scheduled maintenance items AND order us another spare key all for less than H1-Honest Auto estimated just the necessary repairs. Feldmann's has always been a pleasure to work with, it is refreshing to find good honest customer service and I didn't have to spend 90K today to be treated well. We will continue to bring our car to Feldmann's and when we are ready for another Mercedes we would never consider a different dealership. Thank you Cory!

I spoke with Jim Hayes, we spent some time looking at the car and other cars on the floor. I explained that my lease on my current car is up at the end of the year and I am just out exploring. Jim was friendly and helpful.

I am still not sure what I will get next but if it is a Nissan I will be sure to get it from Feldman Nissan.

My wife and I saw the MB C300 Cabrio at the auto show and went looking for the best price on one in the Twin Cities. What we got was much more than just the best price. We found a dealership that value's quality and giving their customers the best, most professional experience possible. We already knew we had pricing terms that not all dealers could meet. But Feldmann did. When I called Feldmann we were matched up with Boris Perelman, That's where we began to get more than just a great price. Boris did a great job of listening to our questions, and leading us through the explanation of the car. He was extremely professional, organized, straight-forward, and served and provided us with a great deal of confidence in his knowledge, but also the emphasis the dealership places on quality. If fact, everyone we talked to at the dealership, even employees that weren't working with us, provided us with that same level of confidence. Just the dealership itself is impressive, and provided a good contrast to others we've seen. It's a very well-done environment, spotless right down to the service bay, and built with customer convenience in mind. We have received follow-up communications to make sure we were taken care of well, even from Joe Feldmann himself. And yes it did come from him, because he had read and remembered our response when we happened to meet him at the dealership a couple of days later. Nice to know we're doing business with a locally owned/family owned I really do look forward to working with everyone at Feldmann going forward. Would recommend them to anyone based on the experience so far.

We purchased a 2013 Pathfinder. Sales staff was great - very professional and responsive. We had visited three other Nissan dealerships locally and experienced poor service at each of them -- at one place, no one even greeted me when I spent ten minutes in the show room looking at a Pathfinder! We had a totally opposite experience at Feldmann. From reception to sales to financing, the service was fantastic.

We have also brought the Pathfinder in for service - nail in a tire and first oil change. The service department has also been great. Very prompt and professional. I appreciate being able to schedule service online. We plan to continue to do routine maintenance at the dealership.

I bought one of the first Mercedes built ML320s in 1999. This SUV went from first to worst. The first weekend I jublilantly recieved my SUV and I took it for my scheduled clients visits. I only traveled ten miles from home before it had to be hauled back into Feldman's service for repair. My experience went from joy to sad to mad. Over the last 14years I have had more parts and services replaced and performed on this vehicle than you would not believe. Greg the service manage and the service team at Feldmann have provided execellent support. My vehicle has over 230,000 miles and I and my wife still enjoy drriving this SUV. If it wasn't for the understanding of the service team and their special attention to solve my SUV issues I would be long gone from Feldmann. When you buy a vehicle you also need a dealership . Even though I haven't bought anything from the dealership yet, I was car shopping about a year ago and was fortunate enough to deal with Sarah Britney. So my comment and rating goes mostly to the sales person rather than the dealership. However thinking of how professional and competent Sarah Britney was/is I'm guessing the dealership should also be of high standards. Anyways, as I already mentioned I haven't yet bought anything from them but Sarah kept me posted on the latest arrivals and unique deals, for almost a year after I've been to Feldmann's, which is extremely important to me. She told me immediately if she knew the car wasn't good enough or if something was "wrong" with it, and she made sure that I knew what I was missing on when she said it was a "steal" deal. Thanks to her professionalism and personality I'm now thinking of buying another car and will definitely put Feldmann Imports on the top of my consideration list. I hope people from management read these reviews so they know how well their employees and hiring dept are doing.

The reason my husband and I went to Feldmann Imports Mercedes-Benz was the high customer ratings as compared to the other dealerships. We were not disappointed! We were assisted by Greg Sain when we first visited the dealership, who was very welcoming and responsive to all of our questions. When we visited again, Greg was not there and we were approached by James Raymond who remembered us from the previous date. James was phenomenal! He was very knowledgeable of the C-300 we wanted, and was very conversational and easy going so we were comfortable taking our time and asking questions. He was very responsive to all of our questions and proactively met our needs.

The top notch customer service at Feldmann Imports did not end once we made the purchase. After I took my C-300 home, I noticed there were some scratches on the emblem of the steering wheel. I brought this up to James, and Ashley Kastendick. James working together with Ashley, and the General Manager, Joe Feldmann, was able to get a new steering wheel under the manufacturer s warranty without any additional cost to me. I would certainly go back to Feldmann Imports again and highly recommend them to anyone who desires to purchase a Mercedes-Benz.

My Husband and I just bought a Nissan Rouge fron Feldmann Nissan and really enjoyed the experiance. Each employee went out of there way to make sure our experiance was the best. The night before we wanted to test drive a rouge and get some numbers we got there right at 6pm (they closed at 6) yet the let us in, let us test drive, crunched some numbers for us, and set up an appointment for us the next day. The day we bought the car we had gone to one other dealership to look at a different car and had an aweful experiance. Josiah Franzen and the rest of the staff at Feldmann Nissan went above and beyond appologizing for their compertitor and knowing we hadn't had lunch yet acctually ordered us lunch while we did all the paperwork. We love our car and really appreciated how the staff handled everything. We would defiinitely go though Feldmann Nissan again.

I own a 2001 Mercedes Benz C320, on Sept.13, 2012, I took my cae in because my Anti-Lock brake light was on, I spent $1640.00 to have the Hydraulic Unit replaced. In December, after 1st snow, this light comes back on, I take car back Jan.13, 2013 and was told that ESP/BAS Control Module was faulty and that they could replace it with one from a trade in auto that just came in for only $500. This was a one time offer according to Jeff in the service department, I scaped up the money, cancelling a vacation trip to Memphis and. I okayed the work thinking this would solve my problem, but unfortunately it did not...by the time I drove home, this Anti-Lock Brake light was again on..I then called Jeff and was told to bring my car back. Now Im told that the sensor need replacing and its $700, but Cory, another guy in service dept. says he talked to management and job could be done for $400..
I feel like Im just paying for Guesses from Feldmann, and at my expense.. I cannot continue to pay for this problem, and I feel that I have wasted now $2100 without positive results, what a waste of time and money, so I decided to drive with this light on, I feel awful for cancelling my trip to Memphis for nothing, just threw $500 out a window last week, now they want more.I have no more to give for this same problem...my car need more work that could have been done for the monies I spent to NOT have the Anti-Lock Brake light off!!! By far, my experience with Don Harvey in sales and all of the service people, most recently Ryan, is the best I have ever had. They are receptive, responsive and respectful. I also buy my Mercedes Benz parts from their parts department, where I enjoy the relationships I have built with the people who work there. I have been a loyal customer of Feldman's for a long time. At one point due to the unprofessional service and negligence of their service department I stopped using them entirely and took my business to Sears automotive in Minnetonka even though I live in Edina.

Before I gave up on Feldman's customer service I had at least two meetings in person with Greg ( service department manager ) in which I brought up to his attention several concerns:

1. Waiting for a part to come in for one week to find out that the part was never ordered by the service department. Finally getting the part ordered and not being notified by the service writer Chad that the part was in and can be installed. Two weeks wasted ( poor organization and communication )

2. Brought in my S550 for regular service and among other things specifically asked to check air pressure in the tires. The air pressure was never checked, it was below allowed minimum in all four tires. My pregnant wife was driving the vehicle and had to come back to the service department after being all the way to Lakeville. ( negligence, sub par customer service )

3. One time I paid for the repair with multiple corporate Visa gift cards and was interogatted at the register by the receptionist on the subject of where the gift cards came from. I left the dealership after I paid and had to come right back as I forgot something. When I returned to the dealership I observed the receptionist showing the cards to the sales person standing by and laughing about it???????

All of those concerns were discussed with Feldman's service department manager Greg to no avail. I discontinued my business with Feldman's altogether.

About a week ago my wife had a problem with the engine and due to the close proximity to the dealership she chose to bring her vehicle to Feldman's. Feldman's performed over 5K in repairs. After the vehicle was picked up and driven for few days the entire bottom part that protects the undercarriage came off as my wife was driving on the highway. Needless to say, my wife was very concern with the safety of our children as she heard a dragging noise coming from underneath the vehicle. She rushed to the dealership again. The vehicle was kept overnight. She forgot my daughter's dancing shoes in the car therefore my daughter missed her class the very next day and cried for 20 minutes as I had to explain to her that mommy does not have her vehicle.

I had a girl from Feldman's telephone me the next day to let me know that the vehicle was ready. I asked her what went wrong and she admitted that the bottom part was never secured properly???? I inquired if it had anything to do with the recent service performed, she said she did not know. Five minutes later she called me to apologize as she found out that service technician made a mistake and as a consequence the cover was not fastened adequately and offered me a free wash.

The service is getting worse every year making it impossible to do business with Feldmans. I really hope Mercedes does not send me a survey.

Bought my 23rd Mercedes (I think? Too many, or too few ;) to keep track anymore...) from Feldmann's. This time I picked up another E63 AMG. Don, the super sexy salesman there, had to go to bat to get the deal secured and he certainly did! My family buys from Feldmann's because they're simply the best. Nothing but A+ service is all we have experienced from them. We will continue to buy the best from the best. All the staff there has always been very welcoming and easy to work with. They always make sure that my family is happy before and after any transaction. My Family buys alot of vehicles.. I have bought from MotorWerks, BMW of Minnetonka, Maplewood Audi, St Paul Porsche, St Paul Audi, High class dealers out of state, etc. But, we keep going back to Feldmanns because they are, like I said, the best around.

My experience with Feldmann imports has been phenomenal, i have brought 2 cars from the same dealer something i have not done previously, this speaks to the high level of customer engagement each and every individual at Feldmann displays. Customer is the front and center for Feldmann. A shout out to our Sales Consultant Scott Babcock who was truly a pleasure to work with, he understood what we wanted and provided us with ample guidance in our car selection and truly enriched our car buying experience. Kudos to Jor Cha our business manager who understood the importance of our busy schedule and ensured that the paper work was ready for us sign in advance and helped us navigate through the finances in a courteous and respectful manner. I recently brought in my S-class for a 10,000 mile check up
I received outstanding service from the minute I drove up.
Paul Rupp met me at the car with a very friendly greeting an proceeded to walk me through the paper work in very short order.
He then handed the car over to John Pfeiffer for the service. I was glad to see that as John has worked on m,y vehicles before..
The work was done in a very short order and all was explained to me by john. He is a big asset to the Company

We made an appointment and brought our Mercedes in on March 12th for a general look over to see what maintenance we needed as the car is aging and we wanted to be proactive in having any suggested repairs taken care of. After waiting for close to an hour (wait time is not the problem) the service consultant came back with a long list of 11 suggested services to be addressed. He numbered and highlighted them by importance. My husband and I decided to get 6 of the 11 items addressed as the remaining 5 could wait according to the service consultant. They gave me a loaner vehicle and I received a call the next day that the car was done. I was extremely surprised that the car was ready that fast but was happy to get it back.
16 days later (March 29) I was driving to a doctor appointment and all of a sudden the dash started flashing red and said reduced braking power. I TESTED THE BRAKES AND THEY DIDN'T WORK. I was PETRIFIED and EXTREMELY LUCKY I wasn't going fast at the time and could pull over onto the shoulder of France Ave and ride it until the car came to a stop. I'm so thankful I wasn't driving at a high speed or even worse on the highway or interstate. It s also fortunate that a person and/or cars weren t in the way of me eventually coming to a stop. Feldman NEVER MENTIONED THE BRAKES being a critical item that needed attention. He said down the road you should think about replacing the brake fluid and rear discs and pads but they are still good which is why he didn t highlight it. This dealership could have caused a fatality for THEIR LACK OF JUDGEMENT. I had AAA come and they towed the car to Feldman. My husband and I both called that day with no returned call. I messaged our service rep via text because that's how he was communicating with me and he never responded to the text on March 29. I let them know we were heading out of town later that evening. I tried calling while out of town and several times when I got back, but the receptionist would only transfer me to voice mails. It's April 12th and I still haven't heard back from them, but my husband called on the 10th and the receptionist states the car is done. THEY NEVER ADDRESSED THIS HORRIFIC EVENT AND NOT ONE PERSON HAS RETURNED A CALL. I have lost all trust in this dealership and to be honest I'm scared to drive the car based off of their service department. I can only fear what else they might have missed and therefore are dreading going to pick the car up as I ve had nightmares of the brakes going out again. SHAME ON YOU FELDMAN for not caring about the safety of your customers.

I bought your Groupon last fall for 3 oil changes ...

I bought your Groupon last fall for 3 oil changes with car washes for $40 or so. Looked like a great deal. Nice shiny dealership, free WiFi and cookies in the waiting area. Unfortunately for me, my car needed (or at least they were recommended) new engine drive belts and a replacement of the oil cooler seal. I wasn't really paying attention (just naive I guess) a few months ago when I had the drive belts replaced because I figured they were just an expensive part and it took a few hours. Looking back at that invoice they weren't that expensive, but I do remember waiting quite a while. Today when I brought it in for the oil cooler seal I decided to watch the repair through the window in the waiting area. The estimate for the oil cooler seal was $213.96. This $5 O-Ring costs $208+ to have replaced? My car was in at 8:55, sitting in the service bay until 9:20, on the lift at 9:20 and down at 9:45. In addition to the seal, your techs changed my oil! From my research, I've found that most dealerships charge somewhere in the range of $60-100/hour for labor. I called your dealership and they told me you charge $125/hour. Labor on my invoice is listed at $187.50. Is changing an O-Ring that obviously takes 20 minutes max really billed as a 1.5 hour job? Add on the cost of the part ($5.43) for a total of $192.93. Then, since that isn't a big enough gouge, there are unexplained misc. charges of $20.63 (that must be the cookies), just so that it exactly matches the estimate of $213.96. I was impressed with the frills and nice waiting room, and if I didn't feel like I was getting majorly ripped off, I seriously would have considered giving you my permanent business and buying my next Nissan from you. Forget it! What a scam!

Jack has a keen sense of humor, is knowledgeable, a great listener and was able to find me a vehicle which catered to my unique needs. Service was okay. Nothing top notch which is surprising given how much customers pay for their car service. You have to seek out a service agent while waiting to get your car serviced. Would have liked to see some female agents on the floor. All the service agents are men, who seem a bit rigid and talk to you as if you don t know how to read what type of service you re getting. I have to go here because it s the closest Mercedes dealership to me. 1.5 star service rating.

Feldmann Imports deserve a 5 star rating for their customer service. Whenever I take my car into Feldmann Imports for service, I am very confident that it will be done right and on time. If extra work needs to be done on my car they will provide a loner car.

Feldmans raises the bar in the dealership business! Genuine, knowledgeable, patient, accommodating, respectful are just a few words I would use to describe my take on the staff at Feldmans. Matthew Olsen was excellent and pleasant to work with, Hannah was enthusiastic about the tech details, and Rayna was detailed and organized. And the vehicle? I mean it s a Mercedes! The name speaks for itself! From the moment I stepped through the doors, I was greeted with warm smiles, and at least three people asked me if I needed help.
