I have been leaving my C240 for services only in Feldmann till date and I am thinking of leaving it in any other service centres as i find the depreciation of the quality of the service in feldmann. I am doubtful off the service they are doing. I did my A service in April and when I left the car for winterised check up, i find there are something which was billed replaced with new parts during A service is again due for service, Like Air filters, Some Joint boots etc. I am seriously Doubtful whether they have serviced my car properly.

In all the years I've had my cars serviced there, Paul did an excellent job each time. If it wasn't right, he'd find out why. He is fair. Fair doesn't mean you get everything you ask for, fair means its a two way street. And if you are reasonable with this dealership, they will "bend over backwards" to help you.
My family and friends have bought many vehicles over the last few decades and they've always been very good!
I purchased my first Mercedes (a GLK350) just about a month ago, and I was very, very pleased with my experience at Feldmann. I had searched around at a few other dealerships, and there was no comparison between the others and Feldmann. I appreciated that the environment there was professional, yet easygoing, and I felt very welcomed by everyone there. Scott Babcock was my salesman, and I thought he was awesome. I also felt like I was treated very fairly, especially after the numbers I got from some of the other dealerships I had been to. The whole process was easy, and both Aaron Shoenack, and Patrick Schwamm in finance were also great. I have to say buying my GLK was downright fun...which so often is not the case when purchasing a car! My compliments to the staff there for making it such a great experience for me.

He made me feel home and welcomed from the moment we met to the time I left with my new car. He set me up with my GLC and I'm so happy with decision. Feldmann Imports is a class act from start to finish. And if you are lucky enough to work with Jack, you are in for a treat. He listens to your needs, assures you feel comfortable, keeps it real, and answers all your questions. They do an excellent job at customer service. I was noticed and taken care of right away and my service did not take too long either. I love that a vacuum and car wash is always included with any service. They even gave me the coupon price without me having to even ask about the coupon. I just went in for an oil change, but the price is certainly compatible with other places out there.
Had a very easy and wonderful experience purchasing a new vehicle from Feldmann, especially working with Matthew Sack. He was very easy (and super quick) to communicate, and was highly knowledgeable about the vehicle. Matthew also has been great about keeping in contact even after the sale, and making sure that everything is going well. Wow, Worked with Jack Woodring. Let him know what I was interested in before I made the drive from Rochester. He had the vehicle in the showroom, showed me all the other options and made the trip worthwhile. Jack is the best salesperson that I have ever worked with and I have bought a few cars in my lifetime. I felt like he was working for me to get me the best deal, not the dealership. I wish I could say I enjoyed my experince more, however, I didn't. I walked in day one to only to not feel very welcomed at all. I felt as though the staff was preoccupied and as though I was not a priority. However, when I went in the next day to make a purchase of a brand new Nissan Juke, I was treated with an adequate amount of customer service, that truthfully, should just be given out of common courtesy. The biggest disappointment was how fast all of that "adequate customer service" went away after I had signed my papers to finalize the deal. As a sales person myself, thoughtfulness and genuiness speaks volumes. I wish I could brag more about this dealership that had potential to make this a wonderful experience, but I can't. They had the car I wanted in stock, so I made a purchase. I absolutely love my vehicle, but in no way would I credit that to that dealership.

After reading many reviews about this dealer, we decided that the people complaining about poor communication from the dealer were the exception and not the rule. Unfortunately, this was not the case, so now there is yet another review to warn potential buyers about how this dealer works.
The buying experience itself was typical; they looked at our trade, lowballed us, then negotiated a bit. There were a few items with the vehicle we purchased (a used, non-Mercedes vehicle) that we requested as part of the deal. One in particular required that we agreed to come back at another time to have completed (they needed to order a part).
We went to get lunch after being told that we should return to the dealer at a specific time to sign paperwork (it was stressed very heavily that we should arrive 15 minutes early to make sure we were ready for them). We arrived back at the dealer 15 minutes early as requested, only to have to wait an additional hour beyond our appointed time. During the paperwork signing, I was very aware of the "We Owe" section of the paperwork, which holds the dealer accountable for any promises made during the deal, and was assured, as well as shown, the items previously mentioned listed there.
2 months later, with multiple phone calls and assurances from the dealer that I would be contacted to setup the appointment, the single remaining item has yet to be remediated. We had kept the paperwork out so that it was handy for reference, should the dealer ever call back. We just happened to look at that paperwork this last weekend, and discovered that the "We Owe" agreement has expired (30 day expiration in the fine print).
I'll be replacing the item at my expense, and will never consider this dealer again. I also own a Lexus, which was purchased from Lexus of Wayzata, and that experience, in my opinion, is the gold standard of car buying experienced, compared to the "Feldmann" experience. Buyer beware.

Back on March 21 we purchased our new Pathfinder 2013 at Feldmann, I must admit that I was quite impress with the level of service we received at Feldmann, specially from Abbes Khaouni which from the first moment we walked into the show floor he demonstrated a genuine interest in understanding our needs, he valued our time and we received zero pressure from him. He demonstrated an outstanding professionalism.
Also important to mention that Abbes went the extra mile in order to find us the car we were looking for at the price we wanted.

Matthew Olson was great no pressure answered all my questions and explained all the cars options to me. I had more questions wet back a few days after the purchase he was right there to take care or them for me. All of the people there were very friendly! My experience at Fedlmann Nissan is always great! I would definitely recommend the place to everybody! Last time I was there there was a nice gal, Ashlee, who even held the door open for me & welcomed me right when I came in. Sally K needs to learn how to treat customers with Respect... I don't care if you spend $10 or $183K, there is a level of integrity and courtesy expected when doing business. I will let you know that I spent $181,251.23 on a Beautiful truck@ this dealership. It doesn't matter what amount you spend, show some respect and simply put, follow the Golden Rule... There are folks who are employed@ this business who just don't know how to conduct themselves when it comes to business or they simply choose who they feel deserves to be treated respectfully and who they choose to give outstanding service to. If some of these folks who are employed here don't care for Asians or whatever, fine but don't take my money then treat me terribly and dismissive after the fact. I don't ask for free things, free services, gift cards etc... I've never positioned myself in any way to be treated the way I was treated by these folks@ Feldmann's... The way Jerry M, Sally K, Abby H and Sam W interacted with me was unfair, distrusting and plain disrespectful... These individuals need to clean up their attitudes and judgements. After a harrowing and exhaustive after purchase experience with Sally K involving a $2500 credit stemming back to January 2018, I was compelled to leave my honest and forthright experience. There was a $2500 deposit made in 2017 for a custom built MB Flagship Wagon. This deposit was made on a charge card by my partner. The full balance was paid upon the truck arriving for delivery. Unbeknownst to me@ the time of delivery, the deposit was not reflected in the final bill. Feb 2018, we had closed three different charge accts, one of those being the card used to charge the deposit. April 2019, Eric (who was no longer with the company) had called to inform me there was a credit balance of $2500 and that a check would be issued since a credit back to the card wasn't possible. During this prolonged event, months go by without a refund or correspondence so I finally reach out to Jerry M (he was the person referred to me by reception). I was very specific with Jerry about the issue and he said he'd "call me the upcoming Friday" once he did some inquiries. He never called... I let two weeks go by after this initial brush off and then I finally Drive down to the dealership to speak to someone who would actually value the seriousness pertaining to this incident. I spoke to Abby H and Sam W. These two gals were working finance at this time and assured me they'd get to the bottom of the issues but as they were selling me this story, they photo copied my driver's license... I wasn't there to test Drive so I asked why they needed my identification. Their response is they always take copies of identification. This company already had my driver's license on file along with all my contact info when I purchased my truck but I guess they felt I was a deceitful criminal. Unfortunately I had to deal with Sally K after this experience. Since the card used to secure deposit was voluntarily closed the card company refused to follow up with a letter of explanation on the inactive account. Let me tell you that she was very unpleasant to deal with. I was dealing with a smart mouth, argumentative and combative kindergartener. She was rude, dismissive and literally was playing trivia with me over the telephone. I said to her "How dare you speak to me this way, who do you think you are?" I'm certain this poor excuse of an employee would never speak to a Caucasian in this manner. She lacks professionalism, common courtesy and she's discriminative. Hopefully the conversation was recorded so if anyone in charge doubts my claims, they can go back and listen to her abusive lack of mannerism with me. Along with the attitude, she had me guessing which address she was sending the refund check to... Eventually the refund was sent to my partner@ his address but the way this battle axe spoke to me is unacceptable. Feldmanns should do better... Clean up the actions of the folks I mentioned here because this is not the way you treat customers and conduct business.
Service was excellent. Waiting area was nice with fruit, water and coffee/cappuccino while you wait. No pressure sales was nice but it was Less than no pressure. It was non-existent. Unless you re flashing a Rolex, sales staff won t even help you. Don t think about shopping if you re in jeans!
The sales associate hardly knew anything about the vehicles we looked at. Had to consult the internet on every question. Very disappointed. Probably will not buy a vehicle from this dealer.
Feldmann gets an A+ for service but an F for protecting their customers and employees from covid. Are you kidding me Feldmann? An employee standing 2 feet from me talking with no mask as I wore mine?! And you "don't require your employees to wear masks"?! I watched 90% of your employees run around with no mask and interact with customers (some masked, some not). Let's get with the program. Enough to make me research which dealers in the cities are taking this seriously and get my next car there.
Purchased my CPO 2012 SLK250 this past weekend. Everything was above of what I expected. I live in Florida and they really made it easy for me to fly up there and get it. Greg Clark was extremely helpful and did not pressure me into doing a deal I wasn't comfortable with. The price was unbeatable and the finance process was a breeze. We have enjoyed the company of EITAN FELDMAN from day one. We were curious and had questions about few options availabe on c300 and got anwered with a fully loaded c300 to test drive. we had pleasant test drive experience with him. His friendly personality and not pushy attitude won us getting the car from Feldmann Imports.
Feldmann just wrapped up some warranty work for me this morning. I originally went in for a free oil change offer for new customers that they had listed on their website . My car is a CLS55 AMG which uses 9 qts of oil and requires a $50 filter and 2 new drain plugs. This meant a $200 oil change for free, thanks Feldmann! While it was in they also did a courtesy inspection for me. I have an extended 3rd party warranty. They happened to find a few problem areas that could be repaired under warranty. Once they confirmed coverage they began work. After completion they received a call from my warranty company claiming they denied coverage on one of the repairs. Initially Feldmann wanted to bill me for the labor but I explained that I only approved repairs on covered items under my warranty. The manager (John, I believe) listened to understand the issue and quickly accepted to cover the excluded work. I believe my warranty company was at fault for denying coverage AFTER the repair work was complete, due to the initial agreement. But rather than draw out the process Feldmann agreed to cover the job and get me back on the road. My Service Rep (Ashley) was very helpful and through the hassle of this all she was still very friendly. I also met with the Technician (Tony) who walked me through all of the repairs. They took great care of my high end (AMG) vehicle. It was brought in dirty and I left in a freshly washed car. Thanks for the great service.
I went to Feldmann with a unique situation and worked with Matthew Sack (Matt) ; let me tell you something about Matt, he was wonderful in listening to me and the situation I was in and provided honest feedback to my questions. I can also assure those reading this review that when Matt says he is going to do the best he can for you he truly means that and has your best interest at heart. I was extremely impressed not just with Matt S but with everyone I spoke with at the dealership, they truly go above and beyond to provide an atmosphere that is hassle/stress free. I was also impressed with the fact that they let me take the car and keep it overnight so that I can show the wife and kids, I couldn t bring them to the dealership out of precaution due to COVID. Feldman Imports facilities are clean, friendly and polite folks who even if a deal does not work out will treat you with dignity. In my case I did not get exactly what I went In there for but got the second best thing and this is no fault of the dealership they worked with me to get what I truly feel was in the best interest for me.
As for Matt Sack again, he is a true car enthusiast and loves what he does and that is for sure shown on his face when he greets you with his genuine smile and provides a top notch experience throughout the whole sales process, above all of that I feel Matt is a wonderful human being who truly enjoys being creative to work out a deal for his client. I just made a purchase today and seeing Matt again this weekend to buy another vehicle from him and his dealership for a family member. Don t get me wrong, Feldmann imports is a dealership in business to make money but I feel more emphasis is given on creating an experience that builds long lasting relationships, because when that happens the business comes in automatically :-) win win for everyone. I drove an hour to be at Feldmann and they made the trip worth while.

Good work but an oil change took an hour and a half. It took 30 minutes to give me my car after the work was complete and I told them that I was in a hurry. I can change my own oil faster than that.
I called feldman and asked for the parts department. I gave the person who was working the vin of the car that i was working on, and located the oil filter housing i was looking for. I noted the price given to me as $158 and asked for a quote number which I was given as B57982. I called the customer, confirmed the price, called back, and gave the quote number. I was told that the quote number did not exist, and that the cost for this part is actually $225. He told me he had no idea why I was quoted $158, and that I could stay on hold til the person I originally talked to could talk to me. I declined his offer and said I would source the part somewhere else. Come to find out upon calling Mercedes of St Paul that I wasn't being told cost, but was told the list price when I was quoted $158. Cost ended up being $126.40.... At the shop I work at we help people by providing parts at cost, and so a difference of nearly $100 is absolutely critical to saving my customers money. Be careful.
I recently visited Feldmann Nissan and had a very positive buying experience. It was the first car I have purchased, and through the help of the sales associate Abbes Khaouni I was able to make a deal that I felt comfortable with. I had been to multiple dealerships leading up to my purchase, and was disappointed in the sales associates I worked with. Feldmann Nissan has a sales force that is dedicated to outstanding customer service, and because of my experience at Feldmann I bought a Nissan Altima instead of a ford fusion. The Altima is an awesome car, and it receives the best gas mileage for midsized sedans.
If you are going to Feldmann Nissan make sure to see Abbes, he will work with you and make the buying experience very easy.
This is my second purchase from Don Harvey at Feldmann Imports. He is such a pleasure to work with it's unbelievable! He makes everything so simple with his extensive knowledge of Mercedes and AMG. I wish I could buy a new car with him once a year! Both times I had a trade, and he was very fair and fast to make me an offer that I could live with. Worst experience ever. I wanted to buy a certified used car there. I had a few questions about how the app and the technology in the car had changed in the past two years. They couldn t seem to give me straight answers, and they gave me incorrect info. As nd they were exceedingly rude about it. I wouldn t recommend this place. I didn t find them to be trustworthy or honest.
Tarick Manikaran did a great job! I arrived at Feldmann's around 4:30 p.m. and left at approx. 9:30 p.m. Throughout the 5 hours spent at your location, I was able to do online browsing of your inventory with Tarick's guidance as well as physically view several cars of interest. I originally scheduled the appointment with Tarick to view a 2010 Nissan Sentra but after doing some browsing, I decided I was more interested in an Altima. We looked at various Altimas but after pricing out finances, the Sentra seemed to be a better fit for my budget. I ultimately ended up purchasing the exact car I intended to buy when oringinally scheduling the appointment. It was satisfying knowing I was able to view the car and walk out knowing it would be mine after servicing and detailing were complete. I'm excited to get all the paperwork squared away tomorrow and start driving my new car. Essentially I am replacing my previous car as I had been rear ended and the car wasn't able to be salvaged. It was a white 2010 Nissan Sentra so you can see I really love that car since I'm willing to buy a duplicate. The price was right and I was very impressed with its condition. Overall, the service I received not only from Tarick but from several other employees including Bill Powers and Chuck Sikora was something to be proud of. You have a great team of people who seem to work together to make the transaction run smoothly and to put together a plan and execute it. As the manager of a local restaurant, I couldn't help but notice how professional the management staff was as well, especially Oliver and Gary. I will be more than happy to spread the word so others know what great service I received. It is my understanding Tarick is new in his position and, from my perspective, he's doing a great job. He has mentors around him that are willing to jump in and help answer questions as needed. It was nice to be able to spend a considerable amount of time in a productive way as we navigated your inventory searching for the right car for my budget. Ryan is thorough and explains, in detail, each item I should have serviced and what NEEDS to be done and, I trust him!! Every time, I feel confident in the repairs knowing they have been, done right by their excellent service team. I ve yet to be disappointed! I have been having my cars serviced at feldmanns for the better part of 10 years and will not take them anywhere else. I waited 5 months to review hoping Feldman would reach out to me after my negative experience I shared with them via their survey to resolve my issues with my purchase. I have bought 3 vehicles in 2 years from them at this point. I am just going to go to Sear's from here on out and give them a shot at my business since Feldman didn't take my survey seriously. I was hoping to resolve this directly but I guess they don't value my business.
I had my first experience at Feldman Imports about 4 months ago. Immediately upon waking in, Jack enthusiastically greeted us and was eager to help. He was very knowledgeable about all of the cars at the dealership and was willing to give us honest information in regards to each of them. He also went out of his way to get us a fair pride in our trade in. We ended up buying a beautiful CLS 550 that day. Just last week we went back to Jack at Feldman Imports to look for another car. Upon arriving I had ideas on the cars that I was interested in. Jack, of course gave me the run down on each of them. What he did that sets him apart was to recommend a vehicle that he had available that was a great deal and that fit within my budget and wishes. After thinking about it for a couple days, I ended up purchasing a beautiful E Class. Again, Jack helped me get a great price for my trade in. He also helped me find and purchase a car that was an abnormally good deal that I would have otherwise overlooked. I truly feel that he has my best interest in mind and I have been forever ruined in that I will ONLY purchase vehicles from Jack at Feldman Imports moving forward.

Have been in a couple of times for service within the past 2 weeks and to purchase an extended warranty. Staff that assisted me were Don Andrews and Jenna Rausch, both were extremely helpful and professional. Feldmann provides top notch service well up and beyond any experience Ive had at any other dealership. The "Best Or Nothing" claim not only pertains to the quality of MB vehicles, but to the whole experience after purchasing a MB vehicle.

I drove into Feldmann's without an appointment because several of the dash lights had come on suddenly. Not only did Jesse explain them to me (no big deal--it was below zero and the tires had lost some air), but I asked if the tires could be refilled immediately so I could get rid of the service lights. I also needed an oil change, but couldn't stay more than 45 minutes because of an appointment I needed to make. Jesse thought it might take over an hour, but I decided to chance it since I was already there. And ta da! They did the work in 45 minutes, and I was right on time for my appointment. The team at Feldmann's really is remarkable, including both sales and service. I honestly can't say enough nice things about them.

Worst experience a customer can go through! It s unfortunate for a customer to be lied to in broad daylight. I went there with my family decided to buy a car we wanted gave them details for credit applications and our preference. They gave us a rate of 3+. they accepted us to trade in our car and took the Mercedes Benz we wanted because it was getting late . When we came back while signing the papers they never told us that they ve changed the financier and the rate had ballooned to 5.9+ they never informed us of the change we only realized when signing papers. they said that they don t do business with our financier ... a white lie .... because the papers they gave us listen them in it . and when we requested the sales person who did our papers previously to to inquire what happened the guy doing our final papers told him that our credit scores changed over night and they literally forced us to take their *~preferred~ * bank we were duped and still waiting for someone to rectify the situation!!

He takes the time to listen to everything I explain or ask and answers with all the information I need to make a good decision. When there is something I need Cory is the first one that pops into my mind to call and my vehicle needs are always met.
Customer service rep was enthusiastic, friendly, professional, and helpful. The whole service building is clean and pretty, a lovely place to wait for service, service which doesn't take much time at all. Dan is the man. I was in and out of there with a sweet new ride in less than three hours. I made my oil change and appointment online for Friday at 9am. I decided to stay and wait for my service to be done so I could look around the salesfloor at the new 2013 Altima. Jesse was at my car, before I even stopped with a big smile. He said "welcome to Feldmann Nissan on Friday Funday". At that time, I didn't know who had the bigger smile! I love Friday Fundays! My routine maintenance was finished at the time promised and I was so pleased with how clean the inside of my car was. With twin 4 year old boys, I have lots of cheerios and fruit snacks stuck in lots of cracks and I didn't see any!! I had a great experience at Feldmann Nissan and Jesse Nelson was a joy to work with. Next time, I will make an appointment on a Saturday so I can get a complimentary manicure! Thanks Jesse!
I've dealt with Feldmann Imports in the past for service and to buy a used vehicle. My most recent experience with service and also to buy a CPO vehicle was exceptional, Matthew Olson was particularly helpful with questions and getting the deal closed. Followup has been prompt and customer satisfaction oriented.
Absolute WORST car buying experience of my life. Out of all the Mercedes we have bought in the past, this is hands down the most unprofessional place we have ever worked with. I have never seen a business that lacks the willingness to work with or help a customer. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking to buy a car.

five years ago I had never driven a Mercedes. A few months ago, I bought one more, this one for my son to drive--I have three now. The reason is Feldmann. The cars I have purchased from them have been flawless--no short-term or long term maintenance issues, and when I do take a car in for maintenance, it is accomplished quickly--and surprisingly inexpensively. My Toyota truck was six years old when it started needing to go in every year, and it was always over a thousand dollars. Last year my six year old (I bought it used) convertible CLK required only $250 in annual maintenance, all scheduled. Yeah. they're friendly, too.

Not easy to do business with. Prices are consistently higher than Sears Imports. Once was charged for fueling a loaner that was provided with no fuel. If you re interested paying more Feldmann is a good fit.
I didn't install the roof rack on my E350 that I purchased in November until last week. Unfortunately one key/lock barrel was bent and not functioning correctly. The dealer and staff responded very quickly and with understanding. I will receive replacement barrels at no charge within a couple of days.
Working with Mathew was the best car experience I have ever had. He listened clearly to what I was looking for, offered suggestions and gave me an estimate on my trade in. I arrived at the dealership a few day later, my car was ready, the paperwork was handled in less than forty-five minutes. He even transferred the contents of my car to the new car, put on my toll transponder and parking stickers. I met with Zachary Green who patiently showed me all of the special features of my car. I recently purchased an Audi Q5 from James Raymond at Feldmann - I LOVE my new car and I really appreciated all of the professional expertise and great service I got from James! I feel I got a really great deal on my new car and never felt like I was being pressured to purchase - the entire experience at Feldmann was great! I have told LOTS of people about James and about Feldmann! I've had the Audi back one time to have the interior scotchguarded and to have the protective shield put on the exterior - I was given a darling little Mercedes to drive for 2 days and have decided that THAT will be my next car! :) When I picked up my Audi, it was completely washed and cleaned again, which was so nice! I look forward to purchasing again from Feldmann.
Have called, emailed, and unsubscribed more times than I can count over the last 5-6 years I no longer wish to be in contact with someone who I had the displeasure of working with in the first place. I have no car for you to service, want no business and live out of state. What part 0f that is so hard to get through your thick thick skull!

My wife and I dropped in to take a look a some options for a used Altima and we left with a new one that had 10 miles on it for an incredible price! Ben was very helpful in explaining what the car did and showed us exactly what we were looking for in a new car. Troy walked us through multiple options for our financing and we ended up getting a better deal than we could have possibly expected. Ben walked us through all of the features of the car after we made the purchase on how to use everything which I hadn't experienced at other dealships! My first car was from Feldmann Nissan and 16 cars later, I am still a pleased Feldmann customer. Their service department is very well run with a courteous staff. Each time I come in, whether it is Ryan or Kelin or one of the other service staff members, they know who I am and treat me like royalty. In addition, their shuttle service is so convenient and the drivers are gracious and exceptional people. When I am at the dealership I feel like I am family. I doubt many customers have that kind of treatment and respect at other dealerships.
