Thanks to Jeff Wilson and Garth my experience was great. the repair was completed on time and the additional suggested repair has my vehicle running better than it has in a long time. A+, 5, thank you!

On another note; it was stated that the part needed to get my convertible top to operated properly "was know to be defective by Mercedes and has since been replaced by a redesigned part". This being the case why was I charged for parts and labor for the manufacturers known design flaw? Quite frankly I feel a refund is in order. Please respond.
