The reason my husband and I went to Feldmann Imports Mercedes-Benz was the high customer ratings as compared to the other dealerships. We were not disappointed! We were assisted by Greg Sain when we first visited the dealership, who was very welcoming and responsive to all of our questions. When we visited again, Greg was not there and we were approached by James Raymond who remembered us from the previous date. James was phenomenal! He was very knowledgeable of the C-300 we wanted, and was very conversational and easy going so we were comfortable taking our time and asking questions. He was very responsive to all of our questions and proactively met our needs.
The top notch customer service at Feldmann Imports did not end once we made the purchase. After I took my C-300 home, I noticed there were some scratches on the emblem of the steering wheel. I brought this up to James, and Ashley Kastendick. James working together with Ashley, and the General Manager, Joe Feldmann, was able to get a new steering wheel under the manufacturer s warranty without any additional cost to me. I would certainly go back to Feldmann Imports again and highly recommend them to anyone who desires to purchase a Mercedes-Benz.
