Service was okay. Nothing top notch which is surprising given how much customers pay for their car service. You have to seek out a service agent while waiting to get your car serviced. Would have liked to see some female agents on the floor. All the service agents are men, who seem a bit rigid and talk to you as if you don t know how to read what type of service you re getting. I have to go here because it s the closest Mercedes dealership to me. 1.5 star service rating.
