If I could give zero stars, I would. Their processing and communication systems are inefficient. I shouldn't have to relay information, that my insurance has already submitted to them. Horrible service. Once my authorization expires, I will be using another medical supply company.

Terrible and they are con artists. I'm calling the BBB on them. My friends dad has had no food for 2 months. They take the copays each month say they are delivering and then say no we can't we need 600 dollars. Customer service have no clue what they are doing. And right now we are looking to to sue them. Stay away from EDGEMARK people. Beware they are scammers
The absolute worst company I've dealt with in years. I am a Kaiser member and they have zero coordination between the two companies. I have tried daily for the past month to get one order placed. They are playing a game and keep saying they don't have the fax (and don't have email capabilities). They don't care that my medical supplies (diabetes supplies for my kid) are urgent and needed for him to live. Multiple calls with them still hasn't resulted in resolution. If you ever have a choice to deal with another company I would strongly recommend that.
Nice people but clueless, they can t get their system to work correctly, even after you supposedly cancel months later they start sending auto shipments again. Getting a return label is a nightmare too. Been trying to get one for a month now, buyer beware.
Dealing with their billing department is a nightmare! They don't send invoices with a breakdown of the cost of the product, what the insurance covers and what you owe. They just email you a bill telling you what you owe. We just got invoices from February and April.....it is July!! Warning: If you have anything shipped to Florida be prepared to pay more...though they don't tell you that before they ship it! Apparently they have to use a third party billing service in Florida and we were told by Edgepark billing department "they don't know what the third party service will charge". Seriously?? A billing service dictates the cost of a product?? We will be looking for a new company....enough is enough!
THE WORST...ZERO STARS!!!! Ignore the 1 star I gave them; that's only because I had to give them something.
I just spent 25 minutes on the phone and was transferred to 3 different people before someone FINALLY decided to help me!!! What kind of B.S. is that?? Not to mention, this is the 3rd time I've had to call because EDGEPARK has decided they are an authority and can alter my prescribed medical supplies, as they see fit. How can a SUPPLY COMPANY determine how many insulin pumps a person needs??? You are NOT doctors, so you do not have the right to alter someone's prescription...especially, when it is for supplies that are pertinent to them staying alive!!! I pray to God, I can switch to another supply company because I have had about all I can take from them. They can go kick rocks, for all I care!!!!
Over twenty years ago, I started using Edgepark Medical Supplies and liked the service I received from them. Sadly, with a change in my insurance, I could no longer use them as my supplier. Happily, with a new year (and new insurance), I am back in the fold. With the new website (they were one of the first to adopt technology) its a breeze to order and if I have to call, the service reps are incredibly polite and knowledgeable. Definitely a 5 star business!
I have been ordering from Edgepark for the past year and I must say that the service has been GREAT! I usually have my big box of wound care supplies by the very next day and I live a few states away. They have been a life saver...literally. They were the only company that I could find for exactly what I needed. I hate that there have been so many negative comments about diabetic supplies. Maybe they have that together now. Thanks again!
It has been over two weeks since I ordered ostomy supplies. I have called, my insurance has called and Edgepark continues to say that they're waiting for authorization from my insurance. It is time to find a new supplier.
They have always been helpful, and our orders arrive when they say they will or even early. The staff has always been kind and courteous. Have always answered my questions, and they work hard to be very professional. Been ordering supplies for my mom for over a year now, and they have been excellent.
I am an insulin dependent Type 1 Diabetic. Edgepark Medical are among the most vile pigs in the medical supply industry. Every single month you prepare to go to war with them because it is simply expected by this time they WILL mess up your order and they WILL gouge you for your money. They are criminals who operate within the confines of the healthcare system. I can not express a more serious warning to stay away from this company. The customer service reps are utterly useless and totally incompetent. They do not do their jobs, period. Many times after calling and waiting 15 minutes to speak with someone, the line will disconnect. This is because you are getting transferred from one part of the company to another completely unrelated part of the country and the lines disconnect in between transfer. They will misinform you, then claim they never did. You can't believe anything they say is true because they won't hold up on their side of the process. The supplies always come late and orders are confused with each other. NOTHING is organized, except for when they come looking for their money. They never mess that part up. If you can get your supplies from the manufacturer, save yourself the stress and do that. This company is comprised of criminals and some how they are still in business. Beware of this company, THEY WILL PLAY GAMES WITH YOUR LIFE AND NOT THINK TWICE ABOUT YOU. THEY DO NOT CARE.
Horrible customer service!!! They do NOT respond to emails messages!!! And typically I end up hanging up after being on hold for over 10 minutes- It is so difficult to get clear information about my account and orders. I recently reactivated my account to find the same incompetent and unresponsive service that I experienced years ago!! If you can avoid using Edgepark to order your medical supplies please do! This review does not refer to the individuals who eventually answer my calls...they are always very friendly. However, no one seems to know what they are doing.
Very poorly organized, long wait times on the phone, the staff holds up orders even though they have all the necessary information, cannot rely on them to deliver critical medical supplies on time!
Horrific service. Does the Board of Directors or CEO read ANY of these reviews? I placed original order over two weeks ago and my insurance covers supplies through this "preferred" provider at 100%. Received call from edge park last week asking how I wanted to pay the $504 balance. Had to explain my insurance covers it all. They said it doesn't. Hung up and called my insurance, VERIFIED I have $0 copay through this company and they would call to correct. Received call back from my insurance confirming all is good, edgepark is sending order with $0 out of pocket. Another week goes by and still no supplies. Just got off the phone and they said they have NO RECORD of my order or phone calls with either me or insurance. What a joke. So I was told today, as I try to recycle a reservoir for the third time (really safe, not) that as long as billing dept reviews it, my order SHOULD be here by the weekend. Close to three weeks after first call. They obviously do not care about customers, patient health or any level of accountability or service. I agree with others, if I had another option I would never use them again. I'm sure they make a ton of profit though. They are the Wal-Mart of medical suppliers.
I have been trying to get medical supplies through them for over a week now. They entered in my insurance number incorrectly, then put the wrong expiration date - so they couldn't verify anything from my insurance. I had to be on the phone with both of them for so long at this point... And just today - two hours after they said they would place the order and get it sent to me - called me back and told me that they didn't work with my insurance. I need a Dexcom CGM, and I've wasted over a week with these guys for apparently nothing. Do whatever you can to avoid them, and if you have to deal with them, I wish you the best. Truly!!
I find Edgepark hard to work with. It seems like they want the Rx to be for more than what you need. It took a month to get a new CGM because my doctors Rx was not matching up with what Edgepark expected. I called twice within two weeks and got the same answer as to why it was taking so long. According to them it was my doctors fault. The Rx prescribed did not meet Edgeparks expectations. If it wasn't for my insurance company, I would buy my supplies cheaper elsewhere.
Horrible customer service and representative that don t care or listen to your needs. No one reads the notes and push you off to call your own insurance and doctors.
Edge park has been a great medical supply company for me,and has met all of my expectations. Their people are polite, courteous and extremely helpful wit shipping questions and insurance coverage problems, and Co pay issues. I could not be more satisfied, kevin lewis.
Grear service for ordering breast pump through insurance. They did all the work - contact insurance, contact Dr for prescription, and i got it delivered in 2 data. Seamless and easy. Can't ask for more. At no cost.
I wouldnt wish these people on my worst enemy! I am a diabetic and it took them 3 months and me putting my insurance on 3 way with them for them to finally realize I have already met my deductible. Now I m waiting on my pump supplies but my blood sugar was been running extremely high and it s taken a toll on my body. They are also very rude and they have flat out lied to my face! DO NOT USE THEM!
If you are a diabetic, DO NOT USE EDGEPARK. Terrible experience. It's actually pretty sad really. I feel the reason it was so bad was Edgepark employees are really not trained and not educated regarding insurance. Look, I get it. Insurance is confusing but when that is basically your business you better understand it. All I wanted was a Dexcom G6. I spent approximately 6 hours on the phone over 2 weeks trying to get things straightened out. At issue was a prior authorization. To make a long story short, with my insurance, I didn't even need a prior authorization!!! Two weeks wasted. Canceled my order and went local. I recommend everybody try to go local if you can. You will save yourself a lot of headaches and time.
I ordered my pump in September. They had an issue which they didn't notify me of. When I called to follow up they apologized and said they would have my pump in 48 hours. Again, they did not send me the pump. Two more efforts to get it and work with them. They assured me, especially since I had my child it would be sent to me immediately. I finally had to buy one after seven days after I had my child and trying to hand pump. They made minimal efforts to provide any explaintion or apology. I work with durable medical equipment providers professional. I am disheartened by their complete lack of professionalism and their basic inability to do their job. DO NOT USE THEM!
Took forever to get breast pump threw this company. Could not verify my accounts on their emails. Had to call three times to figure out order. My first child I used a local company and had my breast pump mailed to my house in days. Wish I could have remembered how I went about ordering. Would not recommend Edgepark. Gave 2 stars because when I called at least customer service could give me correct information on order.
I like Edgepark and have two diabetics in my home. Minus a star for wait time- super long. Minus a star for getting my orders correct. Most of the time ok, but when you have to change something then it takes them a long time to figure it out. They have an awesome selection of items for diabetes and I am grateful they do the insurance.
I have been given the run around too many times. They will tell me they didn't receive authorization from my doctor, who will then send me confirmation that it was sent, and edgepark will claim it was misplaced. This is awful, and has happened on 3 different occasions now.
Worst service for a medical supplier or any company. Need a doctor's order every time even though it's the same order monthly. I tried on line ordering but they messed that p and was late getting my supplies out BTW I need to survive. No one communicates there. Seems like there is a different answer. Depends on who you speak with. They give you an order date but if you don't check, it will be in their warehouse. They just don't sem to care? Anyone know a good supplier who is dependable? Looks like there reviews call for a lot of improvement.
Lack honesty and integrity. Held up my order and blamed my physician for not sending prescription. Edgepark had not sent a request. Have not heard back and supplies have run out.
My husband, a type 1 diabetic, switched from Edgepark after utilizing them as his medical supplier for over a decade. Their incompetence drove us away. Now my mother, a cancer patient, has missed a shipment of medical supplies due also to their incompetence. You call multiple times to ensure a shipment, are never told the proper information needed, and each time you call back they act like you re the idiot and then reveal a little bit of extra information. Go to another medical supplier if you can.
I would absolutely give less than 1 star if I could. The amount of times they've held my order FOR NO REASON and/or not communicated about my order is unforgivable. They don't care about their customers whatsoever, and they should not be trusted with medical supplies - especially for diabetics. Edgepark Medical Supplies has LITERALLY almost cost me my life more than once; I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy,
Been dealing with Edgepark for years now. They constantly illegally change my test strips, and pump supplies prescriptions. When called out on it I have to fight with about 3-5 layers of defense on their side before they change it back to what my doctor ordered on the scripts. I believe strongly that this company counts on the long hold times (currently yet again waiting on hold for over 30 minutes now) to wear down patient s patience so that they can just cheat and get paid. The only time they are active is when they can early order your 3 month supplies so that they can get paid early. Why do we even need to use them? Can t we please just get routed through the supplier directly .... this company is full of a bunch of money grabbing directors with untrained and uneducated phone help. Horrible AWFUL and immoral company. We should sue them.
If I could rate this company zero stars I would. This is not a tangent I am going on with lets just say 10 horrible experiences. This has been going on for 2 years. I call and confirm my on going scripts for FORMULA every single month...2 weeks in advance..1 week in advance and then day before shipment is supposed to happen.....then a couple days later still no formula and I call and they have the nerve to tell me that I just confirmed it the day before....LET ME TELL YOU SOMETHING...THIS HAS HAPPENED EVERY SINGLE MONTH EVERY MONTH..now...here I am with a 10 month old on script formula that only certain hospitals carry AND I AM OUT BECAUSE EDGEPARK MESSED UP YET AGAIN! I spoke to doctors office at the children's hospital we go to and they said that it is an understatement when I say the service through them is ridiculous. I will get my shipment hopefully tomorrow beings as though now my child will starve unless I drive 2 hours both ways to go get samples from the hospital, and then switch medical suppliers. EDGEPARK IS AN ABSOLUTE JOKE AND I WOULDN'T ORDER FROM THEM EVER EVER!!! 2 years of hell and I am done.
I have experienced excellent customer service and VERY timely deliveries. I'm truly shocked at the negative posts. Just for the record, I order ostomy supplies.
f I could give this company negative stars, that would still be generous of me. This is the WORST company to get medical supplies from. Avoid them at all costs. They don't care about their customers health or well-being and are focused on profit margins, saving money by not hiring competent (or enough) customer service reps, and making difficult medical situations more stressful and difficult. Having to call upwards of ten times before working your way up to a director-level supervisor to get a half-ass response is a regular occurrence. They don't call back when they promise to do so, they neglect to send the correct supplies/amount of supplies when they finally ship, and their customer service people tell you in retrospect that they have cheated you out of insurance-approved supplies for over a year. Again, if you have ANY other options for getting your medical supplies, I highly recommend that you save yourself time, aggravation and stress and go with another company.
I cannot understand why providing supplies to paying customers is so difficult. Absolutely the worst customer service, you will ALWAYS get a run-around about why your supplies are not being shipped and definitely expect to spend literal hours on the phone dealing with them. If I can ever find another supplier for my T1D's supplies I will pay more to just not have to deal with Edgepark.
Zero stars. If I was able to give this company zero I would. That's how awful they are. I have been trying to get a breast pump for three weeks, my order has been cancelled several times without warning and they are absolutely no help when you talk to their customer service office.
Edgepark was very easy to communicate with. I received my pump within one week of contacting them. During this time they had to contact my insurance company to verify information and also my doctor's office to obtain a prescription. I am very happy with my experience. I have not used my breast pump yet, however, I do not foresee any issues.
Com 'on Edgepark it's not that difficult to create a customer order and it's definitely not that difficult to create a special order for a customer. I worked for a DME supplier while in high school. You check your inventory (which is connected to a database), if the product is out of stock or you simply do not have a product but have a contract with the manufacturer, you request (or make special -order requests) from the manufacturer. YOU ABSOLUTELY DO NOT state to the customer to call the manufacturer for a special order of that product because the manufacturers typically do not sell the products directly to customers ...that's exactly why you have a job at Edgepark. Julie in special ordering... Really? Please do your job correctly. Jesus, I can't wait for a single payer healthcare system so I won't have insurance companies dictating to me who I can order DME supplies from. Like seriously, my fellow Americans, why do you put up with this BS?!? Why? It makes no damn sense of the hurdles patients have to go through to get a better quality of life with decent healthcare.
Ordered a breast pump almost one month ago. Ordering only 28-30 days before my due date was the requirement of my insurance and their company. It's been almost a month, I'm due in one week and still have never received the product. I uploaded my ID and INSU card as asked after ordering, that didn't help with anything.
Slow as hell an don't call if things are needed or in process or on hold for any reasons. Been 2-3 months just to get shakes for my son. Very bad service from here.
Absolutely incompetent people. Told me order was shipped and then turn around 2 days later tell me need to get insurance approval. They act like the customer is stupid. Normally a good company but total disaster lately
Terrible! They failed at contacting our Physician for an order and then lied about it. I was promised overnight FedEx shipping once the order did arrive, for the inconvenience. I even called back a second time (45min hold time) to verify this and the second rep said yes, I see where your orders were upgraded to FedEx overnight. Cool. So I was excited when I finally got a shipment notification because I knew I would have the items in hand the next day. Except, WRONG!!!! One item was shipped FedEx 3-5 days and the other was sent United Delivery Service which who knows how long that will take because that company is terrible. I only gave two stars because what I call the broken promise people that assured me sunshine and rainbows and overnight shipping, were so sweet! Unfortunately, there was no follow-through.
UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNORGANIZED COMPANY, I HAVE TO CALL EVERY MONTH TO REMIND THEM TO DO THEIR JOB. THE WORST COMPANY I'VE EVER DEAL WITH. NOBODY KNOWS WHAT THEIR DOING. EVEN DO MY SUPPLY NEEDS PREAUTHORIZATION I HAVE TO CALL THEM AND CALLED THE INSURANCE TO EXPEDITE
When I ordered my last supply I told them I was going to up grade to the G6. They said no problem just return extra. Now I m stuck with 2sensors extra for the G5 and can t receive the G6 for another week. My transmitter is expired as of the 13th of January. All because I should have upgraded in December. The person who takes the orders has no clue. They should have informed me when I placed the order I was eligible for the upgrade. They are friendly and just order what you ask for and say no problem. They make up solutions with complete confidence. It s all feel good until your order doesn t come and you try to contact someone. On hold 1-2 hours. Nothing you can do about it. It s he said she said. This company is horrible. I know this post makes no since to anyone that has not dealt with Edgepark. The person taking the order should get educated on what is available to the customer not just write it up and drop the ball.
I agree that the customer service is the worst. They don't have enough employees, so the wait time to speak on the phone to someone is over 45 minutes I tried to switch to a 14 day Free Style Libre glucose monitor and it has taken two months, many calls and still delays. Find someone else for supplies. They are incredibly frustrating and difficult to deal with
I ordered my insurance-covered breast pump from Edgepark. The process was quick and painless! I was proactive by acquiring my own prescription for the breast pump from my provider and providing a copy after I submitted my request. It must have worked because I received my breast pump within 2 days! Great service! No complaints!
Possibly the worst run company ever. Every month the same problems. Every month several phone calls. Every month another apology saying it won't happen again ..... until next month.
Usually takes numerous calls to get your supplies. No accountability because you speak to different person each time. Outright lie to you to get you off the phone. Absolutely terrible company. Order at least two weeks in advance and you need to call everyday after and remind them to do their job. They will tell you it's the insurance, but the insurance approved it, they just forget to reopen the order and check it. In process of changing companies for my supplies, they lost my trust many orders ago, i stayed for convenience, which when you spend money going to the emergency room for medical supplies because they can't figure it out they are no longer convienant. Also dont expect to be notified your supplies are out of stock until the rest of your order shows up and your left sitting and staring in wonder/rage. Too Many Times!!
Ordered Breastpump for first child with Edgepark and knew that's who I'd want to order with again for second child. The process of being able to order online is so easy and hasslefree. Options are good and the shipping is super duper quick. Pump comes in like 2 days, can't beat that. I also like that they don't make you wait until later in your pregnancy like some companies and hospitals do. I don't know if that's an insurance thing or supply company thing though. Anyways, Edgepark hasn't dissapointed yet!
Over a year after I've no longer been using supplies from them and I am STILL getting bills from them! I have called and paid everything up and then a few months later they send me more bills!! When using the service, I would have to call every month just to receive the supplies that I needed! I am so thankful I don't need supplies from them anymore but I'm so fed up that I am still spending hours on the phone trying to figure out where they are coming up with more bills that didn't even exist last time I called them!!
This is by far the worst medical supply company ever. They do not communicate in house to each other and you get so many different answers to the same questions.
March 21, 2017 I called and requested my breast pump as my insurance advised me to call EdgePark. I was told it would be 7-10 business days after it finished processing. I gave this woman my personal information, medical information and insurance information and I received an email. Today 4/26/2017 I called because my doctor hasn't heard anything from them and I did not receive a pump or further correspondence. The lady I spoke to said if I had actually called they wound have an account for me and she could find nothing. She pretty much called me a liar and did not care one ounce. Unbelievable, if I'm a liar where did the email come from???? Terrible service!
The Customer service of this company is something to be desired. When you call to reorder supplies or find out if the doctor has faxed in a new script the people are beyond rude. The recording says that they're open until 9:00 p.m. however it's 815 and I just got told that the offices are closed.
Edgepark really deserves 0 stars, as other people have said. Edgepark claims they will fix my issues, but when I hang up, I m convinced they forget about said issues. Edgepark is supposed to provide equipment, that is the entire reason it exists, and it fails to do so. I ve been left without my continuous glucose monitor for a month this is the second time this has happened. The first time was for my insulin pump, which is happening again insulin pump expired, I have no more on hand. My orders have been saying in progress for weeks. Customer service has not helped me a single bit. They constantly say the same thing, tell me to wait, and send me in a loop of calling them several times a week with no answer on where my supplies are. They only send out supplies after the previous supplies are long expired. I sincerely wish my insurance would allow me to work with other prividers. Even my endocrinologist says all of her customers have issues with Edgepark, and they are the worst company. I have no insulin pump, no continuous glucose monitor, and no answers.
I, too, am required to buy my diabetic supplies from edgepark. Orders are late and require multiple emails and phone calls. Customer service is bad and communication is worse. Do not use this company if you are not required to and if you are required to, lodge a complaint with your insurance carrier. If enough of us complain maybe something will be done.
WORST company to ever deal with! When I called to place an order, I made it very clear that I was soon to be out of medical supplies. I was told they would be shipped out and at my door within 3 days. 7 days later, I still had no supplies. When I called again, a supervisor apologized and said they would be overnighted. The next day I still had no supplies. When I called for a third time, I was told they never left the building, and with it being Saturday, there was nothing they could do about it until Monday. I am beyond frustrated with this company and their poor customer service skills and lack of competency. In my opinion, these are NOT well trained individuals to be handling people's medical supplies and devices!
I've never had a good experience with this company. They lose my prescriptions, they tell me they have them when they don't, and they forget to pack my packages and send them. In the past it has taken so long for an order to ship that it moved into the next year and I then had to pay a $1000 deductable. If they had just shipped it when they said they were going to I wouldn't have had to pay such a large deductable so soon into the year, causing a huge financial strain that my family had not budgeted for because it was unpredictable. Their representatives say the same things over and over again even after I've said I understand and have other questions, then they get frustrated and don't answer the questions I do have. They misgender me repeatedly, refuse to acknowledge when I speak up about how I should be referred to, and act like the victim when I refuse to be ma'amed to death. The company is disorganized, unhelpful, inattentive, with difficult representatives, but I have to keep using it to get my very necessary diabetes supplies. I would never recommend this company and feel angry and resentful that it's the only service my insurance accepts to ship my supplies. Every time I'm on the phone with and Edge Park representative I want to claw my eyes out.
This place is pitiful! I have tried for 2 weeks trying to get my wife ostomy and diabetic supplies and have been going around in circles! The rep always says "yes we are sending them out now" which is a lie! Here it is now 2 weeks later and still nothing and i have called 11 times about it!! My deductible has been met since March! Edgepark Medical Supplies is a joke!! For all you people out there in need of your medical supplies "DO NOT ORDER FROM EDGEPARK"
I used Edgepark to order a breast pump for my first daughter with no problem. Three years later I ordered a second one for our new baby through the online service. It seemed simple. They only asked for my insurance info and Dr's name. However, they some how ended up contacting my Dr. from my first baby, and they shipped the pump to our old address (different state). The customer service rep I spoke with was very understanding and helped get a new one shipped to me quickly. They should have verified my address and other necessary info before shipping.
Awful, incompetent company. They use some random delivery company that doesn't work on weekends, yet claim to be able to overnight URGENT MEDICAL DEVICES. I'm talking insulin pumps and diabetes supplies. They are complacent every step of the way. Be prepared to call in every time you need supplies and teach them how to do their jobs.
I have no way to take my insulin for at least 48 hours, thanks to Edgepark.
I highly recommend you call your insurance to see if you can get your supplies through literally any other pharmacy.
THE worst medical supply company I have dealt with in my entire life. Spent 2 months trying to get diabetic supplies requiring countless telephone calls without success. It was continuous do loop of needing doctor's prescription, then doctor's notes, etc. After a month and half Edgepark gave me excuse that I have not seen the doctor in three months (it had been 3 months and 4 days). I gave Edgepark my primary doctor's name in addition to my diabetic doctor to get prescription and they didn't call for 11 days after I called back to get status. At one point Edgepark told me that the supplies would not ship until I paid the Medicare deductible. That is the telling sign that this company is just about money, not the customer needs.
I really wish I would have read the review before ordering a breast pump from this company but I didn't and now I am paying for it. I ordered because I was told by Edgepark that it would be 100% covered so I figured, why not. So I received the pump rather quickly, and opened up the paperwork and it said cost was over $450 but my portion was zero because insurance was covering. So I opened the box. That was a mistake. I hadn't used it and then I get a notice from my insurance that they will not be covering it and I call Edgepark and was told it must be a mistake and they will take care of it. I told them that I hadn't used the pump but I did open the box, and they said not to worry that they would take care of. Several weeks later, I get a bill from Edgepark and I am told that the insurance wont cover. I tell them that I want to send back. They said no problem as long as you haven't used it. I did tell them again, that I did open the box and was assured no problem as long as the items inside were still sealed and they were. I get a call today saying since you opened the box, they will not accept the return and I still owe the money. I wish I could give negative stars but you must give at least 1 star.
Worst company ever! Called on January 2 with new insurance information to expedite my pump supplies. Got a call a few days later asking for the same info and then again the following week. I've had to call four times now and on hold for supervisor. Still....no supplies! Something is definitely broken with this companies processes and systems. They need new leadership badly!!
I just ordered my breast pump through edgepark on Monday. I fully expected to have to wait at least a week for it and to have to use a hand pump when I went back to work. I just got a shipping confirmation in my email and FedEx says my pump will be here Wednesday. That's a 48 hour turn around time when they tell you to expect 7-10 business days. Overall I'm very happy :)
Worst company I ve ever dealt with. They deserve negative stars. They do not follow thru on anything. Don t return calls and don t know what they re doing. They ve made one mistake after another with my order. Everyone you talk to tells you something different and none of them have a clue. Go elsewhere if you can!! I contacted another company and they completed everything in two days. Edge park couldn t do it in a onth
More than a month I applied to Edgepark Medical Supplies through my Medicare card for the ostomy supplies and every time I called they will ask me the same questions its like recording machine no one has a clue about my order, very bad never seen a company like this I do not recomand this company at all.
Irritating. They have made several mistakes over the 3 years I've been a customer. Now they've added robocalls and harassing emails to their mode of operation. I get emails requiring immediate action which is their way of pressuring me into signing of for supply charges and shipments as a subscription rather than when I call in for them. When they need more information on an order they had a robocall wake me to tell me to call them so they get their money. I find it insulting and rude. I've asked to stop the robocalls and they say they can't. Very difficult to do business with this company
After 7 months I get a bill in the mail for my breast pump, after being told it was covered by my insurance. After inquiring about the situation they tell me my insurance was inactive at the time the pump was sent... My insurance was not inactive and they didn't even have correct insurance company! Talking to representative was completely useless! The woman told me to call my insurance company, no resolve, just brushed me off.
God in Heaven where to begin. If you've been dumped onto these bozos by your insurance, I feel your current and soon to be pain. I've been with them 3 months and I've racked up over 12 hours of phone time with them. Expect to be bounced between departments, expect to spend 3 minutes talking to every 1 hour on hold, expect incompetence, expect customer service that is so bad it must be by design. It's more than poor customer service. We are patients, not customers buying a shirt. We have rights. This from a privately insured on the spot payor.
I've met with my attorney and we are going after the most suitable MD and/or pharmacist associated with Edgepark and/or Cardinal. I'm not a litigious person, but Edgepark's consistent negligent business practice puts me (and many of you) in harm's way. I encourage you to take action as well. Take notes, get names, and aim for the head of this monstrosity. Not the suits, the lab coats.
I've NEVER in my life had to deal with such a negligent business. This reads like the ravings from a despondent customer, I know. I won't share details as my situation is going beyond one way internet communication.
The worst possible service, having been a customer for 4 months! The past 3 shipments of the toddler formula my grandson needed for daily nutritional needs due to Chronic Kidney Disease were delayed. Edgepark did charge my credit card immediately. Both times products were not received for over a week of expected delivery date. Every time I called, I was told 10 different things, by 10 people. I had to contact my doctor repeatedly. This place is completely inept at meeting the needs of seriously ill folks. I would never recommend them to anyone! As a matter of fact, I'm wondering where to file a complaint?
if i could give zero stars i would. this company is not helpful in no way shape or form. the hold times are horrible!!! i really hate dealing with this company!! i have yet to find someone there that is helpful.
Awful. I ve had problems with most shipments of pump and csm supplies. Sometimes they just don t ship, even though it says it s in process, until I call at least 2 times about it. I ve gone without supplies more than once. Hold times are atrocious also.
I was a little skeptical of this service at first, free service, free breast pump, and free shipping? But it turned out to be 100% true. I could not be happier with my service. I was told it would take 5-7 business days to process. I filled my form out at 8pm and by 9am the next morning I got a shipping notification, and even better, it arrived at my house the day after that!! It was so nice to not have to stress or worry about how I would be able to pay for such an expensive device or having to call insurance. These guys did it all for me, for free. Thank you so much Edgepark!! I am recommending this to everyone I know.
Wife delivered our daughter 4 weeks early, we put the order in for her breast Pump before she left the hospital and it was at our house the very next day. Used Ovia pregnancy app to order through Edgepark. Highly recommend!
I have been trying almost 2 months to get a breast pump my insurance covers. They claimed my insurance company denied the claim when they never even sent an original authorization! Then they told me my insurance company would only cover a manual breast pump. I called my insurance company and they STILL never sent them an authorization. They had the original pump I wanted out of stock. So I changed my pump preference. They got authorization on the 60th (and last) day past my birth. When I think we are fine, we aren't. They then called to tell me my breast pump couldn't ship right before a holiday weekend. I will never do business with this company ever again. I've all but lost my entire supply, still don't have my insurance covered breast pump, and have spent far too many postpartum depression hours crying over this entire debaucle.
