Worst service for a medical supplier or any compan...

Worst service for a medical supplier or any company. Need a doctor's order every time even though it's the same order monthly. I tried on line ordering but they messed that p and was late getting my supplies out BTW I need to survive. No one communicates there. Seems like there is a different answer. Depends on who you speak with. They give you an order date but if you don't check, it will be in their warehouse.
They just don't sem to care? Anyone know a good supplier who is dependable? Looks like there reviews call for a lot of improvement.
