I have been trying to get medical supplies through them for over a week now. They entered in my insurance number incorrectly, then put the wrong expiration date - so they couldn't verify anything from my insurance. I had to be on the phone with both of them for so long at this point... And just today - two hours after they said they would place the order and get it sent to me - called me back and told me that they didn't work with my insurance.
I need a Dexcom CGM, and I've wasted over a week with these guys for apparently nothing. Do whatever you can to avoid them, and if you have to deal with them, I wish you the best. Truly!!
