Rented a condo during thanksgiving . It was nice ,convenient , and a fair price. The consultants were always helpful and courteous.

The only negatives I would say :
the Internet was not reliable
traffic in pigeon forge can get absurd and the check in location is not near some rentals So it is frustrating you have to go there when the rental has a keypad code

I would rent from them again
