We booked a vacations with Edens Crest from Monday...

We booked a vacations with Edens Crest from Monday, July 29, 2019 through Friday, August 2, 2019. We were really looking forward to this vacation, having booked it in January. We brought five families from Indiana. When I called to make our reservation, the employee, Shanda, booked the wrong cabin for me. I didn't catch the mistake when I signed the contract. The day of the arrival I noticed the mistake. The Edens Crest manager, Dusty, played the recorded phone call for me, which clearly had me booking the property I requested, and the Edens Crest employee booking the wrong property. However, we were forced to stay at this property. Dusty refused to give us any compensation, and refused to take any responsibility for their errors. During our last day at the property we lost power and water from approximately 3:35-9:20pm. I contacted Edens Crest immediately when the power went out, and I was told the power would be on in two hours. We have young children, and we were unable to flush toilets, take baths, or cook food. I spoke to an Edens Crest employee, who informed me that they had two properties available, and we would be moved if the power did not come on in two hours. After three hours the power was not back on. I spoke to the manager, Dusty, and he said the power should be on in the next hour. I informed him that we were already told we would be moved if the power was not back on. Dusty refused to move us to another property, and he said there was nothing he could do. It was now dark. Dusty had no empathy for our families the entire vacation. I'm very disappointed in the representation of the Edens Crest management.
