It's under construction now so I assume it will be nicer when that's done. They don't have a mini fridge or microwave in the rooms which was disappointing since I brought food so we could save by not eating out for every meal. They also don't have complimentary breakfast which would have been really nice. The air conditioning and mini kurig in the room don't work. Overall I love staying in a hotel so I was happy but it could have been better.

The staff at the DoubleTree by Hilton have been great. Everyone here has been very friendly and willing to help. I enjoyed their indoor pool, it was clean and very comfortable. Thank you to the entire staff, you all are great please continue to serve people with an open and willing heart, as a kind helpful smile goes a long way... You never know what a person might be going through, a friendly smile might be all it takes to change their day.

Huge hotel, and with a clean room for us. The hotel has almost all relevant services including a shuttle bus to the train station 'Central Park'. The location is not near the centre so you will need Uber or the shuttle/train to get to LoDo

Arrived at the hotel at 11:30 for check in. We were told early check in is $25. So we sat in the lobby until 3 pm until we could check in without an additional fee. I'm a Hilton Honors member don't feel like an honored guest. I'll never book Hilton again. As a resort manager, I would never do this to my guest.

Room service will look though your bags and steal anything of value you have. In my case they stole my wife s Carolina Herrera Good Girl perfume and just told me nothing can be done. That it was a lost item. When it was actually taken from our bags from room service!

We stayed here for New Years Eve, and the place was well kept, the bed was fairly comfortable, especially for a hotel.

The staff was accommodating and friendly, and, even though it was New Years, the noise pollution from other neighbors didn't prevent us from getting some good sleep after a night of celebrating.

Room was clean and updated. Staff very friendly.

Ron H is an excellent driver! Great guy to talk to.

Only issue was sewage backed up in the tub, but engineering was able to come in 20min and clean it up. Happened a 2nd time during the night.

Would stay here again.

4th time's the charm?

4th time's the charm?

I was incredibly disappointed by our stay at this Hilton property. We're Hilton Honors members, and we are very faithful to the Hilton brand. After driving overnight with my sister and my two babies--including my medically fragile daughter who was seeing specialists at two local hospitals in Denver-- we arrived to find our reservation had been canceled. I didn't know this was a possibility. Chalk it up to ignorance on my part. I had booked Thursday night planning to arrive around 3am, but we didn't arrive until almost 6am (I also initially went to the wrong Double Tree... my error!). However, once I arrived, very hungry 4 month old in tow, the front desk staff just complained about her own rough day and how she was going out of her way to accommodate me. She created a second reservation, which created a second hold on my credit card since we were still charged for the night before even though they canceled the reservation. We went up to our room on the 8th floor, but there was a "Do not disturb" placard and the key didn't work. 2 more trips down to the service desk, and the key still wouldn't work. Finally, security came to check and discovered that the room was already occupied! To his credit, the security guard was the most helpful person during our stay. He negotiated a "holding" room for us with a single bed (we had two adults and two babies) where I could nurse and catch a few hours of sleep. He also brought us cookies and water bottles. Major props to him.

From that holding room (#2) we were sent upstairs again, but I literally opened the door and yelled "Nope!" to my sister as this room was also a single bed. Finally, our 4th room was according to our request: 2 double beds and not already occupied!

There were a few minor frustrations such as the rusty-bottomed pool being closed for 3 days and the terrible parking situation (people parked in handicapped spots, no-parking spots, and the aisles. Plus the Double Tree shuttles took up the entire front entry), but the check-in process was a total joke.

I initially spoke to a manager who never followed up with me after "seeing what he could do." I have called corporate and opened a case. I was told it was sent back to the hotel, and I haven't heard anymore since.

To be transparent, I was very frustrated to learn that we were also being charged for a new mattress after my medically fragile toddler wet the bed. That's understandable, but not when the hotel itself couldn't hold up to their end of the agreement. Frankly, you don't get to cancel my reservation, bump me around between 4 rooms, double charge my credit card, and then charge me for toddler pee. I am asking the hotel to refund me just the mattress charge, which I think is fair given our treatment on day one. I wish I'd moved hotels after the initial day's disaster, and now I know better.

Not up to par for a DoubleTree Hotel. I stayed a total of 10 days. Three of those days I had no hot water to shower. Informed the staff and management each day but nothing changed. Daylight Savings occurred during my stay. The clocks in each room cannot be changed without taking the clocks apart with special tools. Therefore, my clock never was changed despite my constant reminders. I had a 'Do Not Disturb' sign on my door when housecleaning came by one day. They never came back to clean my room. Carpets in the hallways and rooms are old and dirty. Bottom line at this hotel is that employees skirt their jobs and management doesn't hold employees accountable. Construction is occurring and has been ongoing for a very long time. This is just another inconvenience added to an above average list of customer hassles. If possible take a rain-check on this hotel.

Ms. Harley was extremely helpful when I called trying to fix an issue that I had with booking early in the morning. I had realized that I d accidentally double booked when trying to make reservations for my father for his business trip. She was very patient, friendly, and kind as I slightly panicked trying to fix this mistake. Ms. Harley explained to me what my options were on how to solve it. I had to call back a second time when I d figured out which reservation needed to be cancelled, and thanked her for her time. She was pleasant to chat with, and I hope she continues to draw/work towards her dreams!

Overpriced incidentals, beer and spirits. Morning buffet is $16 and A/C in the rooms can't properly cool the room. Next to a few rails, stayed for business so it's fine, but hotel believes it's a prime location when it's subpar at best. Trains are loud when passing, not the best if staying for leisure.

Can't give five stars cause I was there for about 5 hours due to United being a terrible airline but my 5 hours was quite nice with friendly staff and a delicious cookie. Toilet paper was soft and shower water was nice and hot. Thanks doubletree for making my crappy night from United a little bit more enjoyable.

Easily the worst experience I've ever had at a Double Tree. When we checked in around 4 PM (the room was supposed to be ready at 3), the front desk told us our room wasn't ready and that it would be another 30-45 minutes. We were given $20 in credit for the mini restaurant and convenient store in the lobby, so that's nice enough. Tried to get some coffee, and were told that if we didn't spend at least $10 at a time, we wouldn't receive change. Not wanting to spend $10 on a cup of coffee, we saved the credit until dinner. It took two more trips to the front desk for an update on the room and over an hour and a half for the front desk to tell us that if we would be willing to switch rooms, we could have a room immediately. Would have been nice to know that when we checked in... instead we were left sitting in the lobby with all of our luggage with at least two other groups that had each been waiting 3 hours. Got to the room, the bathroom was still wet on the floor and countertop, the carpet was sticky, the window was incredibly dirty, the a/c smelled like hair got stuck in a blow dryer (my fiance actually turned it off because she was worried it'd catch fire) and no fridge in the room. For $180 per night, I expect a little nicer from Double Tree. Decided to check out the amenities. Pool area: nearly slipped various times on the unreasonably slick tile used for the entire pool room, not very inclined to swim anyways due to the dead bugs and bandaids floating in the water, and no way to relax in the sauna with my fiance due to the gender separated sauna rooms. Ok, let's check out the fitness center: essentially setup in an extra hotel room, barely had enough weights to make up a full rack, and the majority of the room was taken up by the excessive treadmills and ellipticals. Awesome. Alright, well let's get some drinks at the restaurant downstairs. Sat down and wasnt served for a few minutes while the staff chatted behind the bar, so I walked up to the bar to get a menu and order drinks. Bartender explained that more than half the menu(draft beers, 12 of the 16 mixed drinks, and all entrees) weren't available. Ordered a couple drinks and an appetizer-once the drinks and appetizer arrived, had to chase down a server to get silverware and napkins. These are BASIC expectations for any restaurant. At this point, we're counting down the hours until we can leave. Used to love staying at Double Trees, won't be making this mistake again.

Breakfast buffet was great. The staff was super friendly and attentive to our needs. I wish the shuttle service was more full service but it does help to be able to get to the train station.

This is a very nice hotel with excellent convention services. I've stayed two times previously and went to check in again last week and they told me that they were full and could not find a room for me. The problem I had with this is that the front desk staff immediately lost interest in me and made no effort to help me or get me into another location even though I am a repeat customer of theirs and a long time member of their Hilton honors club. I'm going back to that area in a week but won't stay there because of the lack of respect they showed me.

We were miserable there. They are loose in allowing huge dogs and 2 good loose from the quests room and shocked my 12 year old severely. The management done nothing not even an apology and my wife had to call security to secure the dogs as the owned was absent from the premises. Parking was very restrictive and we had to park elsewhere and take Lyft to the hotel one njght. The pool was clean and well looked after. However I will not to be back to that hotel under any circumstances. It was a nightmare stay for us.

I wish I took a picture. Each floor had two ghetto orange carpet halls and one sleek up to date blue hall. I'm not sure how you get into the better hall, but my entire group stayed in the shanty old rooms with no microwave. A few of my group attendees have reported that the belongings were tampered with by housekeeping. My drains in the sink and tub were regularly blocked/clogged during my extended stay. Breakfast, at $18, is way too much for what it is... The eggs were crumbly, or in other words, powder egg mix. Gross! People will eat it up though as there are so so alternative choices. The hotel is situated in a bad neighborhood. I've seen transients stumbling around on something. The hotel is across from the United Airlines training site, so I'm sure it's easy money. There is across the highway a decent shopping area with lots of food choices. Also about a mile and some from a mall. Convince to/from the airport is lacking. Sure, they'll pick you up at the train station, up to an hour wait. Really, I wouldn't stay here unless I had to.

Hotel is a little older and the rooms could use some updating, but the sports bar is great to grab a few drinks and catch a game. The location isn't too far from the downtown area. The old airport used to be right next to this hotel.

The room was perfect. Clean, comfortable, and with enough technology perks to make my stay memorial, in a good way. The menu in "The Cafe" was over priced for the food that was served. That said, the service was exceptional.

Clean. But I will not return to this hotel for 2 reasons:
1) Extremely bad internet connection. Slow, disconnecting every half an hour.
2) When I booked, I asked them on their website (the support chat popped up) if they have microwaves in the rooms. It was important for me because I had some frozen food with me and was looking for microwave to warm it up. They said that they definitely have. Guess what? No microwaves and never had them. Nobody is responsible for disinformation. Reception clerk is just surprised and sent me to the restaurant kitchen to look for microwave that "is located behind a black and white picture". Imagine the reaction of the restaurant staff and eating guests! Awful.
