Arrived at the hotel at 11:30 for check in. We were told early check in is $25. So we sat in the lobby until 3 pm until we could check in without an additional fee. I'm a Hilton Honors member don't feel like an honored guest. I'll never book Hilton again. As a resort manager, I would never do this to my guest.
