good room, large size pool. however a problem during our stay we had breakfast at an additional charge giving us a schedule from 6am to 11am. arrive at 10am we are told that the breakfast is over and that we can not have compensation ...
Nice staff. Old rooms... musty smell, dry. Be sure to ask for a humidifier at front desk.
I loved the hotel, especially since it was an unfortunate occurrence that caused my stay. Due to a flight delay by United, I had to bunk here. Not only was accommodated for free via voucher, but it became apparent the voucher was for another hotel. However, they have me a room free of charge anyway. Considering an entire day of delays and subsequent missed flights, their service and hospitality granted a comforting respite.
The staff was cool the downstairs lobby is really nice. I didn't get to experience all of the lobby amenities because it was a quick trip and we did eat outside of the hotel. We had a double bed premium room. The room was really small for the people we had. This room was more fit for 2-3 adults and maybe 1 toddler. There is no stretch out, relaxation room. They also took awhile to bring the pack-n-play which was really a crib, but they did bring it. They also give out lots of cookies.
My wife and I had a full double bed on the second floor and it was quiet and nice for our stay. We have no complaints and would stay here again.
The suite was clean and comfortable. The view from the balcony of downtown Denver was nice but the balcony was not big enough to really enjoy. The new coffee shop off the lobby was very nice and convenient. The hotel restaurant was beautiful.
The staff is great and we got a pretty decent deal on the room.
Otherwise it was pretty disappointing. First room smelled like stale cigarettes. They switched us out for a better room...until the AC started rumbling loudly at 10pm. Moved to another room with the same issue. No fitted sheets on bed. Definitely expect more out of a three star.
Very clean rooms and very friendly guest services and oh ya cant forget the delicious cookies they give when u check in and out

I just wanted to say Sean the manager of this hotel was absolutley amazing!! It was my husband and I 5th year wedding anniversary, and he made sure it was wonderful. Thanks Sean for being so accommodating and helpful.
I am leaving this review because I don't want anyone to have to go through what I did. I really wish the Men in Black would come and flashy-thing me so this experience could be wiped from my mind. Cleanliness was non-existent in the rooms they moved me between. I expected more from a Hilton chain. I have stayed in a Super 8 that was cleaner than this. The first room they put me in had what looked like blood spatter on the wall and ceiling in the bathroom. The final room they moved me to (because I asked) looked only slighty better in overall cleanliness. There were crumbs on the bed and a contact lens stuck to the side of the bathroom sink. I don't wear contact lenses. It was not a comfortable stay. I kept thinking I was going to end up with bed bugs or lice. If there were visible concerns, what was going on with the non-visible? The icing on the cake was the second morning. I shook out an assumedly clean towel to take a shower, and there was a brown spot in the middle. What the -- ? Housekeeping is not doing a proper job. Given that fact that there are multiple floors, maybe floors 4 and 5 are the "steerage" section, and these unfortunate souls are placed in squalor as punishment for choosing a DoubleTree by Hilton. I don't think I have it in me to stay in a Hilton hotel ever again.
The cookie was super good. The hotel seemed to be in some sort of construction and it took me awhile to find the elevator. But it was a very nice environment other than that.
Front desk was nice, beds were comfy. Can see a view of downtown Denver from some of the rooms

I had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay here at this property . My room was very well eclipse and updated beautiful kohler fixtures in the bathroom flats screen tv memory foam mattress very plush. The staff is very professional and to see that the guest s taken care of. This hotel is more suitable to a business traveler then the family unit and amenities are very adequate there is a really great pool spa and outdoor patio bar a great restaurant and meeting rooms and function rooms are available there is a free shuttle that will take guests north hills mall restaurant in entertainment area. You will not be disappointed to stay here!
I just came from an amazing experience at the Airport Double Tree Hotel in Phoenix, AZ. I was greeted by a friendly staff, given a clean room, and was offered incredible customer service throughout my stay.
Unfortunately, I can't say the same about this particular location. Starting with the front desk representative, Kevin. To begin, I was not greeted properly when it was my turn to check in. Because I booked my stay through Expedia, there was trouble finding my reservation. Instead of offering alternatives on how to pull my reservation, Kevin did not show any interested in finding a solution. I sensed contempt and attitude when I asked him if he could pull the reservation with my first name. When I asked Kevin about the free breakfast that was advertised through Expedia, he told me there was nothing on my reservation. Instead of trying to help me with that, he just said there was nothing that could be done about that. I went to speak with the manager on duty, Sean Argleben. The experience went from bad to worse. I told him about the experience with Kevin and Sean Argleben showed no interest in hearing me out, He didn't try to solve my problem and completely shut me out. When I told him Kevin needed more training, Sean Argleben said Kevin acted right and he was completely accurate. He said he could not be held accountable for the mistakes of a third party (Expedia). Way to go Sean Argleben! Very poor management on all levels.
