Although I have never stayed there, alot of our clients do. Most often I hear beautiful, clean rooms, a friendly staff, and nice location. The lobby is beautiful, very clean! Starbucks in house.

Really nice place for seminars and conventions. We were there for a dance. Service was great and clean.
Hotel was average. What is incredible is their billing system. I had to correct the account 3 times, and a monht later after check out was made they still are charging on my card. When I called to make the inquiry the answer was they believe it was a cleaning fee of $150.00. I asked why? because there was nothing unusual to clean and when they cleaned the room? nobody can answer.
Very nice people. Great big pool and the food was great.
The rooms were clean, the service was great. I had to stay there do to a flight cancelation and staying here was the only good part of that night
I stayed at the Hampton Inn in downtown Denver (near the convention center) for a conference at a nearby hotel. The Hampton was about $50 cheaper than the convention hotel and proved to be an excellent value. The hotel is in what appears to be a converted office building circa 1960's or 1970's. This gives the rooms higher ceilings and...
This is a good hotel that was under renovation so I'm imagining that it is now much better as they were redoing their Lobby and restaurant areas.
Clean rooms, helpful staff, and an all around great facility. Would definitely recommend it. Easy enough to get downtown or to the airport from the hotel.
Way to pricey with no extras, other Hilton hotels you get made to order breakfasts or they have it set up so you can get eggs and other eats. Just to expensive for the price.
While all of the staff has been very very accommodating and friendly, this is definitely an older DoubleTree that could use some upgrades. The rooms are clean but the decor is definitely outdated. The tile in my bathroom showed visible wear. They are currently doing some renovations at the hotel but not too the sleeping rooms or the restaurant. I did not know about the renovations when booking and the noise in the lobby was definitely disruptive during the day. I was hosting a meeting and the meeting room, whole absolutely acceptable, did not have Wi-Fi. We were not notified that Wi-Fi was not included and had to pay an additional $90 a day for Wi-Fi in our meeting room.
The lobby has been renovated but the rest of the hotel is lacking. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful!
the people are very nice very clean and smells good inside like it
This hotel has bed bugs, they harmed my family and I made friends with them, thank you tater tots.
Clean room's, great service, great food. Overall excellent.
We stayed at the Doubletree at 3203 Quebec in Denver, CO. I paid $167 for two full size beds for three people. It was not comfortable to say the least. I was expecting a double room to have Queen beds like every other hotel I have ever stayed at. Their lobby was wonderful! Looked like great business services and lots of amenities. The room was very clean. I was just expecting so much more of the rooms upstairs. The website says "spacious guest rooms" and that was NOT what we received.
From the arrival the staff was friendly and they give you chocolate biscuits when you check in and if you are lucky at the time of check out you may be given other ones.
The rooms are comfortable and the beds comfortable.
Breakfast, if you have it included, is very good, with many options to choose from (if it is not included in your reservation they have a menu with different options).
Very nice room. Front desk staff was awesome. Restaurant waitress could not have done a better job.
Kudos all around! Ana at the guest desk was fabulous and very helpful.
Very nice and clean! Room service was fast and accurate. Will return again.
For the almost $200 dollars I spent, I would've liked a small fridge and a microwave. Otherwise, the lobby was awesome with a restaurant and bar. The staff was all very friendly.
Front Desk (All) Are Professionals & Were Very Helpful & Considerate To Me, -Robert Not "Ido:)"
Shared With Priceline Who Went The Distance.
Thank You All
They charged me an additional $500 after accusing me of ruining a mattress. This never occurred. I was never shown pictures or proof. They just ran my card and that was that. Very shady.
Good bar food..2 blocks from other restaurants and shopping
Have stayed here 3 times now. First two times, rooms and staff were great. This time, not so great. They FORGOT to clean our room so we literally had to leave for them to do it, forgot the bath mat and roll of toilet paper. Neighbors kept us up all night partying and laughing even after we pounded on the wall to shut up. Didn't know there was 24 hour security for such cases but will if I ever stay again. No mention of double beds but had "assumed" queen beds. So very uncomfortable!
All in all, it's a nice hotel but expensive for what you get. Plus there is no free breakfast which is hard when travelling with kids. Not sure I will stay again.
It is a shame that they attempt to endear customers with cookies rather good old fashion customer service. Here is my bad experience. In all I made four calls to the hotel and it took all of them to finally extract the necessary information so that I would be picked up by the shuttle. Hint: Double Tree (3203 Quebec St) shuttle does not pick-up on both sides of the airport courtesy areas (most other hotels do, believe me I spent over an hour and 15 minutes between the two sides). West and East are not clearly indicated so telling someone to be on the West side when once one is (nowhere does it indicate that you are on the West or East side, next time tell me the East is Blue and West is Red). I shouldn't have to become an expert through trial and error, that is what good customer service should provide.
Staff is super accommodating, the rooms are clean and it's close to shopping and restaurants.
This hallway literally determines if you get an updated room or not! Although the rooms to the right were outdated, parts of the room were updated. The bathroom was great, beds were clean and comfortable. When I arrived to check in, there was about 8 people in line. Additional staff were called to help and the line was gone in minutes, the staff was friendly and helpful! I would stay there again!
Very good. Only complaints are that the beds are a tad small and the showers lack decent water pressure.
Was down for a volleyball tournament and the rooms were nice. The beds are comfortable, but make sure to ask for a view. They had construction going on. They do not have a continental breakfast but if you order it from the menu is going to run you $ 17.99. they have a bar and Starbucks all in one. Not far from downtown
Loved the views. Staff was friendly and professional. Room was spacious and comfortable.
Very pleased with our stay. On-duty manager went above and beyond to get us a fridge. Restaurant was well priced with good food. Bartenders were fantastic! The on-site coffee shop was wonderful with the early morning volleyball rush and even opened a couple of minutes early to accommodate our schedule.
Rooms were clean & spacious. Front desk staff are very friendly & professional. This is an older building, & it shows. The corridors & rooms are a bit dated. While this a great location with easy access to downtown Denver & the highway, the parking lot felt crammed and isn't well designed. Also parking is not free. Overall though I was pleased with the accommodation, would stay again
A clean and well run property. The staff here is always been helpful and kind. The pool is nice and my bed was cozy. The breakfast was very good too.
I just got done with a stay here and of course they don t tell you that they are currently under construction on their website, so after you walk in everything is bored up on the first floor and there is absolutely NO WAY YOU CAN GET ANY SLEEP AT ALL! They decide to start doing construction as soon as the sun comes up so they can wake everyone up in the entire building and they don t stop until about 6-8 in the afternoon, I am just very displeased with our stay here and over all don t feel like they care about the well being of their customers
No fan in the bathroom. The "queen" beds were more like doubles. The hotel lobby is nice and it is a pretty good deal and location
I could not be more disappointed in this place. Everything is outdated, TV "FLAT"screen was 10 years old, enhanced internet was slower then my hotspot then they keep my $100 cash deposit because of an accident that a 2 year old made. Really? Over some water that leaked from the bathroom onto a floor that was under construction? Their Moto is we'll make it right ,well I'm yet to see it. The lady from the front desk tells me, believe me I know how kids are I have kids also but I need your money. When I asked to see the damage she had to ask for permission if it was ok .What a joke. Those floors were under construction and you lost a loyal customer who spends hundreds of dollars at your properties every month because your staff decided a $100 was worth losing a loyal customer. So if you're gonna make it right show me or change your slogan because it's not true.
Clean, the food at the event was excellent and the service was very responsive.
Our room wasnt available until nearly 5:00 pm. We got upgraded to a better room, however, we slept horribly due to the crummy pillow. The front desk staff are very pleasant and accommodating... the Guest Service staff, not so much.
Had a Christmas Gala, food was good, wait staff was good, will return
The room was clean, hotel is nice, but dont expect good service from the main bar next to the lobby by the fireplace. We asked a few times for a beer and was completely ignored by one of the lady bartenders. The prices are outrageous for food, 20 bucks for a breakfast buffet, we stayed on the 9th floor by the elevator there was dirty dishes, a bowl of old salsa, etc. The dirty dishes stayed on the floor till we made a complaint to the front desk. This is the second time staying there, not sure if we will be back. Not to mention the loud party and fighting that took place on the 9th floor.
Great service. Just kept a bit colder than I care for.
The place seems nice... The rooms are nice too. The bathrooms are a little small but overall I like the place. And you can't go wrong with those cookies!
Stayed at the DoubleTree with friends after a concert in Denver. We were not great guests, but we had no issues with the staff. Pool, hot tub, and sauna were all nice and clean. Rooms were done well.
The service is fantastic, the staff was very attentive and friendly.
Awesome that you can text the front desk for items, we needed extra towels, and they brought them up right away! During check in they gave me a cookie! Excellent customer service during our stay. Bathrooms need some updates but that's minor. Would recommend staying here and it's close to a lot of stuff!
For the price I've stayed in other chains and they at least gave you breakfast for 165
Excellent service. Rooms appeared clean, but dated. Could definitely benefit from a remodel
3star is all this is to me. The hotel has too much going on for the size of the building. It's a nice place but just too small of a building for a double tree.
Location was good. Staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast had great choices and great servers. Parking was not great, but it was helpful to have the garage.
Lost reservation, was told no vacancy. Had to find a last minute alternative, stayed at Super 8
Great dog friendly hotel in a nice walkable neighbourhood. Check out the weekend farmer's market nearby.
The hotel is under construction, and in somewhat good shape. Don't expect anything fancy with the gym, or pool. The bar is a bit pricey, but on par with most hotel bars. The absolute worst part of this hotel is you can hear the elevators going up, and down 24/7 from your room. It sounds like a generator spinning up and slowing down constantly.
They went above and beyond to take care of us. Our stay was last minute and unexpected but it could not have turned out better.
It was on a 420 friendly list but it turned out to not be. I know its probably not their fault and the hotel isn't bad but it kinda put a damper on our trip. Other than that they have been satisfactory in all aspects.
This double tree had a great lobby and breakfast area! Rooms were a little out dated, but very comfortable and clean. There was ample parking. Staff was friendly and asked how many cookies we wanted!!
Love the view of the city and mountains from this hotel. Get a balcony facing MLK blvd, it is definitely worth it. This hotel is a little outdated but has great amenities
What a great place! To begin, I have to give the two people I experienced first hand the credit of this review. Darby and Nick gave my wife and I excellent service. From the time we checked in, to me needing to use the computers for homework in the lobby at 3am, to every time we came in and out. We were always greeted and welcomed. The lobby is simply Amazing! It has the most home like, updated, and luxurious feel to it . This place has a fantastic restaurant, 2 different bars, Starbucks, and most things needed for anyone that comes. My wife and I have traveled here from Atlanta, GA and we usually stay at a Double Tree. This one has become one of the top Go-To place for us when we travel to Colorado again.
I had a lot of issues checking in. One of the front desk workers was very rude and the manager seemed disinterested in the issues I was having. I came down the next day hoping to talk to someone else but it was the same person. He did seem more helpful the next day, maybe it had just been a bad day for everyone. The audit crew was great though especially Melanie.
The staff are friendly and rooms are spacious but the rugs need more vacuuming, There's a lot of dust,
We live nearby and have put up family in the Double Tree multiple times. This place is always full, and for good reason. Super clean, very efficient service, awesome indoor pool and outdoor hot tub.
You should make the swimming pool open all night long! Other then that, 10 out of 10
Rooms are dated, I had no microwave or refrigerator.
Horrible false advertised rooms. Very outdated and overpriced
A bit getting old but everything was very clean. ***** The beds ok and the bathroom too. It lacks a safe and a small fridge. The breakfast is with the best, which we got in USA. Thank you. We'll come back.
Rooms were spacious considering it's in the city. Airport is still 20 mins out without traffic. No shuttle to airport. There are few restaurants in walking distance. No issues faced.
I could not be more disappointed in this place. Everything is outdated, TV "FLAT"screen was 10 years old, enhanced internet was slower then my hotspot then they keep my $100 cash deposit because of an accident that a 2 year old made. Really? Those floors were under construction and you lost a loyal customer that spends hundreds of dollars a month at your properties. We'll make it right they say ,yeah right.
The hotel was good in terms of cleanliness, silence etc. I liked the view from my room. I had a 7th floor room facing the mountains. So in the morning could see the downtown and the Rockies
This traditional hotel.I love this place and good staff services.colorful rooms.
They give you cookies! Who doesn't like cookies. Only downfall is the traffic on MLK side . Loud exhaust from trucks and traffic. Glad I was 9th floor.
We stayed one night at the hotel and the experience was pretty good. Everything seemed to be pretty clean and details were attended to (such as the disposable sleeve on the remote control). My only complain is the coffee shop in the lobby. It has Starbucks branding but it doesn t take the app. We ordered 2 tall latte, got charged for 2 grande and got served tall. Instead of a refund, we decided to just get grande. But they just poured what was in the tall cups in the grande cups and added more milk. Excuse me, shouldn t you have added another shot of espresso??? They were clearly showing that they were annoyed and we didn t want to ruin our day so we just left.
