Piss poor service, company, staff, policy etc. You would rather burn your money then to buy any insurance with this provider. They'll lure you in to signing up for a policy and then will ask even for your shit schedule if you want to terminate. They'll ask for documents which is not even their concern.
When sending my application for travel insurance, I did not receive any notification to the contrary. This has happened twice. After that, a nice employee filled in the application for me. Then I received an email that it was successful.

Worthless car insurance, in case of damage they do nothing for you. In June, I found a job in a warehouse. To follow the rules, I started looking for a Dutch basic insurance. I read about Ditzo on Zorgwijzer.nl and attracted by the good reputation given by Ditzo's customers. So in June, I applied for Ditzo's insurance to be started on July 2020.
Fast forward last week, I was shocked by a bill from Ditzo. Instead of paying for July period, I have to pay since April 2020 until July 2020. I contacted the customer service to consult with this problem. I was asked to provide proofs of:

I also explained to them about the status of my visa and why I applied for Ditzo insurance in July. Earlier today I got a reply from the customer service stating that I am obliged to take out health insurance as a Dutch resident (which I did. I had Zoekjaar insurance. Isn't it also an insurance?) and that in the Netherlands, a Dutch basic insurance always take precedence over international student insurance.
I find that this situation is very disappointing. I followed the rule and got myself insured during my job search since April until I landed a job in June. Yet, when I received the bill, it is a bill for five months which means that I have to pay Ditzo insurance since April while as I mentioned previously, I was insured from April to June and applied for Ditzo insurance to be started in July. The bill is a lot of money for someone who just graduated and still trying to secure a job in the Netherlands in the time of crisis. I really hope that Ditzo will adjust the bill to the starting month I applied. It will really help as I really do not want to have a bad memory of your company.

Individual responding to the reviews by Ditzo is appreciated, but if you read well, a lot of the improvement proposals that are indicated in the responses can be picked up. The website lacks basic info and that might be picked up first. Under the contact heading, there really should be a telephone number than just an address. After all, no one personally goes anywhere else to ask questions at the counter. With a new registration you can send a first login code for the app or website. In short, a lot of your service is still rattling.
Since this year I switched to Ditzo. I have been reimbursed for my medicines from this health insurance policy for 7 months and now the pharmacy says they can no longer supply it. I get another brand of medicine (imitation) of which I get side effects such as heart palpitations, etc.After 3 weeks I have indicated to my doctor. The doctor has stated on the prescription Medical Necessity, so that I can get the correct medication again. Now I have to pay for them at the pharmacy counter. I declare these costs via the Ditzo app and it will not be reimbursed. Really ridiculous. I have called Dit so many times and I even stated it on the email that it must be reimbursed, but that the pharmacy must declare it ... And the pharmacy says that they cannot declare it due to contact agreements, etc. So the bottom line is that I now have to pay for my medicines out of my own pocket. What a ridiculous customer service. Made an attempt to sign up my girlfriend for health insurance, and everything had to be about whatsapp. Max 1 message per day, always from another person who does not look at previous messages at all. Response within 2 hours? NEVER. You may be happy if you get a response the same day, but I wouldn't wait for it.

Update after 3 weeks of waiting (1): I have opened an account with Ditzo before 3 weeks and submitted documents. Have been following up with support team via WhatsApp and Twitter and still not getting a proper resolution.
Status remains as 'This account is still processing' in web portal, even after all the communications done with customer service (they would stop responding for even days and then come back).
Can you please help me in resolving sooner?

We bought a new car and immediately wanted to make our insurance more sustainable. We came to Ditzo via ASR. It is a hornet's nest of prices and comparison on the internet. Ultimately chosen the Allrisk from Ditzo, price / quality / sustainability. Some insurers are cheaper, but I don't like to let my money pay off in the oil / weapon industry. Had many problems in the past with a declaration at Ditzo, now switched to ZieZo van Zilveren Kruis for 2018. I also save on my premium. Hope the service is better there.
I have travel insurance with winter sports cover for Ditzo. Unfortunately I had a skiing accident and have to rely on insurance. Ditzo has everything to me perfectly and all expenses paid. After filing of the charges I received the next day confirming that all paid! My compliments for the rapid and proper handling. I recommend this insurance for everyone!
