Super bad to bind your customers to you in this way. I don't want to be a customer with you (for more than a year). You force me, and in the meantime you offer neither service nor product. Your business is bad for your health.

Ditzo, customer of almost all insurance policies with Ditzo for more than 10 years. Once 1 damage has been reported, nothing is possible with this party. Sorry my colleague works until 5 am. No I cannot do anything for you and so on. Monthly collection works great! After years of faithful payment and not being able to think along, that is unacceptable.

Basically ok insurance (basic health care) but I cannot change the collection date while it can be done everywhere else. I was also told very bluntly on the phone. Customer service and flexibility as good as the product remains something rare. Edit: contacted by support, informed that they are making this possible, and receive a small broker by mail. I appreciate the gesture, of course, but I hope, also for other people, that effective work is done on the above. In fact, it has been treated very correctly.

It did not happen automatically because I was still somewhere in an old system and therefore could not do anything. But I was helped super sweet via chat and telephone. So big 10 for quick promotions and friendliness.

Drama to reach them through any medium. Direct telephone number only for health insurance. and reporting damage, otherwise connection will be broken. Only calls via Whatsapp are allowed, but 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. There is also no response to mail to customer service.

Have been waiting for an insurance policy for more than three weeks. I also have been sending messages on watsap but receiving no reply. This is a shame that we have to be the ones insisting to receive our policy.

I have taken out car insurance on August 16, 2017, I receive an email today that the car would not be in my name as of August 16, 2017 and that they will terminate the insurance as of August 24. Of course I immediately email and WhatsApp my registration certificate which shows that the car is registered in my name as of August 16, 2017. I let the employee (Ms. Senna) know by email and watsapp with attachments and asked to correct this error as soon as possible and to email me a confirmation of this. Mrs. Senna from Ditzo is constantly online but not responding. Does anyone understand this? not me! I am disappointed with Ditzo's.

Ditzo is no longer what it used to be, it has become a gang of crazy morons, as customers are treated is really with the animals, read all the reviews, the answers that Denise van Ditzo writes there leave you a little doubt first really so bad "but I also speak from my own experience and confirm this is really where this club should just stop. I will not say more about it, except this: if the management knows this, you will take measures immediately, but they may be enjoying big bonuses in Jamaica, give them wrong. We suckers just have to take action ourselves.

On August 26, 2017 I applied for urgent and urgently needed rehabilitation care at Ditzo, but have still not heard anything. E.e.a. is very detrimental in terms of health care for policyholders at Ditzo. Why not respond a little faster / more accurately? and when can I expect an answer. Excellent health insurance with a sharp premium. So far everything has been arranged quickly and without problems. Fast adequate answering of questions via Whatsapp. I am satisfied. That's why 5 stars.

When I call customer service I expect a full answer, but none of this. Information requested about claim-free years. Received a different answer a few times, with the lowest point being the one I should check with my own insurance. While I am insured with them. Bizarre. During the last WhatsApp conversation, the employee bluntly left the chat. How unprofessional can you be. Ditzo may offer a low price, but in terms of service and handling of complaints they get me a big 1.

After a payment reminder, I paid my premium via ideal, yet 2 days later I receive a message that my car insurance has been suspended. I didn't get any wiser yesterday via chat. Today they cannot be reached at all, not even by telephone. I understand that this (May 5) is a public holiday, and yet you can expect an insurer to arrange something, I think. I know that I will immediately arrange my insurance elsewhere. Thanks for nothing!

Drama! Try to enter a rehabilitation process because of a large hernia (surgeon choice was rehabilitation by means of intensive physio trajectory or surgery). Of course I would rather recover without surgery. The project has now been stopped for 1.5 months because Ditzo takes 2 weeks to assess whether I can rehabilitate ?! OTHER HEALTH INSURERS DON'T EMPLOY THIS! THOSE ARE EQUAL PERMISSION! Then they turned it down (surprise) because there was not enough information. More reviews from doctors have been sent and now it already takes 3 weeks. In the meantime I have been idle for a month and a half because Ditzo takes so long to see if I can get help ?! What do I pay 125 pm for? Should I have opted for surgery? That is Incl. rehabilitation hear Ditzo? Only the costs of hospital are also added! In short, a big 1 for these slow money wolves.

Had contact with Ditzo health insurance in May. What I needed was no problem at all. Now I have been calling daily for a week, but either I get something incomplete or I just have to wait days again, without them being able to say whether I will get what I need after that waiting. Everything delivered neatly, but nobody gives at home. Very bad thing Ditzo. I am only asking you to follow the law. So no Ditzo for me from next year.

Contact as good as impossible. Premium would increase from 68 to 157 per month! Unexplained increase of 230%. And that with 14 damage-free years. Have found 5 insurers that ensure my car for a normal premium. At Centraal Beheer 59 per month All-Risk.

At the beginning of December I reported damage that falls under the household insurance. The reporting went well, but the handling is really dramatic. We are now in mid-February and the file is still not finalized. It seems as if Ditzo first deliberately spends a lot of time between mail traffic in order to save time. They have now had all the information they have requested for more than 4 weeks and they simply no longer respond to e-mails. In short, incredible service.

I have been taking my car out of insurance for over a year now, according to them the car still exists and they keep sending bills. According to the RDW / Road Tax and the papers of deregistration and demolition, the car no longer exists. HOW LONG do you have to nag someone in the head that the car no longer exists. Now I just received a message from some rogue collection agency that I had to quickly pay the 300+ euros in arrears before they would make it difficult. PEOPLE HAVE BEEN WARNED FOR THIS TERRIBLE BUSINESS 1 star is still too much for this company that calls itself customer-friendly and helpful

THICK FAT 1! Home contents insurance taken out. As a gadget lover, of course, considering the coverage of my gadgets. Even deliberately taken out all-risk insurance to insure my household contents against everything. Also took out liability insurance, because I was looking for it. But when it comes to the point, a tablet is not covered at all! Well recently I bought a house and it is almost December, but I know where I will NOT take out my building and health insurance!

The worst insurance company in the NL. Most unknowledgeable back office. If you ever think you might have a foreign invoice for example or a bit non-standard health care costs, stay away from them! You might wait for months before you even get (mostly illogical and ignorant) answer from them. Can't wait to change the insurance company.

What a drama to get caught up in your login. Digid is still fine, but after that you have to check via 2nd security step. The code is only received after more than 20 minutes, after which it is no longer valid. KAFKA at its best. You must also enter your email address and date of birth to change your details. Unfortunately, the email address is not known, while it previously worked to enter the code (TOO LATE). Do you still understand ???? Then just the phone for 90 cents a minute. An employee listened and passed the conversation on to the well-known tape. . it is now very busy etc. etc. Yes you think it is crazy, when everyone experiences this kind of misery. Next year no more Ditzo but a health insurance company with real people on the phone.

Terrible. If you write a very extensive letter, you will receive 2 sentences back with information that you already knew. Ridiculous. Save yourself the trouble and do NOT go with this health insurance !!!!!!

I have not had any experience with Ditzo yet Closing was fairly smooth, mail would almost immediately come with data. This was unfortunately not the next morning, normally not a problem, but if you are waiting for data because it is needed and promised, it is a pity.

I really don't understand all those bad reactions. Super fine insurer where I can arrange everything quickly. The premiums are also really cheap. I just pay 20 euros less than with Allsecur for my car

I have been a member of ditzo health insurance for 10 years and have forgotten to cancel every 3 years. But this year I am definitely leaving here little to nothing is reimbursed. Dentist insurance is also not correct, it is never fully reimbursed despite you change it supreme insurance 2021 azivo !!!

Very easy interface when setting up the insurance. As an international expat that just moved here I would preffer having an English option of language choice, but I guess it serves as more motivation to learn Dutch. Cheers

Very impersonal. Everyone is expected to have their insurance adjusted through the online environment of Ditzo. Unfortunately, a phone call is no longer available. Try to call you anyway then the connection is abruptly disconnected and you are again dependent on the Ditzo website. For older people who are not able to use a computer, this is not useful at all. Ditzo Tip: Make sure the weather is also possible to contact by phone, for example, to adjust insurance. This is first of many personal and secondly this is easier for those who are not proficient with computers.

Horrible customer service, the only way to contact them is via Whatsapp or FB, which sounds great, but it does take 2 hours to receive an answer every time, which is extremely annoying when solving more complicated matter and on top of that the conversation is handled by different person every time they respond and it doesn't seem like they bother to read more than one answer back which results to explaining all over again and going nowhere. Can't wait until I can change the insurance company at the end of the year.

I drive damage for years. Want to register a second car. The b / m of the first car cannot be copied even on the second car. Further damage reported by fireworks behind neighbor. You will receive a threatening e-mail about damage and premium. I have bought a second car and am insured with another insurer and will also insure the other car there.

Decent and fast response. Easily arrange everything via the internet and if something does not work, you can easily make appointments. Good insurance for people who do not want to deal with cumbersome offices.

Opted for Ditzo because it is part of ASR and therefore about the most sustainable insurer in the Netherlands. I liked DItzo before, good value for money and everything is easy to arrange online. Never had any problems with it, a satisfied customer!

September 11 I have a leak in the bathroom. Neatly reported damage 5 months later Still not resolved. now I have already cut open a floor / sink that I can not use and it is very dangerous for my children. (floor is carved for nothing problem is in the wall insurance knows that the problem is in the wall but does nothing) Customer service does not take you at all seriously and is very unfriendly every time the same excuse my colleague who passes over has just gone (heard 4x already) then you hear nothing about it. We do not recommend this insurance to anyone. VERY BAD SERVICE !!

Very bad. I was told that this health insurer does not engage in waiting list mediation, while they are legally obliged to provide it. I was told that this 'cheap' health insurer cannot do everything that a 'normal' health insurer does. Very funny, since the health insurer is not even that cheap in comparison

Boy how bad! You can communicate via Whatsapp but the result is sad: different employees provide conflicting and / or incorrect information. Sometimes no answer at all. Not even when they themselves send an email in which they apologize that their answer is coming too long (and that I still haven't received it). Annual premium paid in December and casually cashed in January. And I can go on and on, because all the information I asked for guidance about health insurance went in the same amateurish way. Another downside is that you cannot send email. What should this not be if immediately notes of medical procedures come into play ??? !!!! Dear Femke, thank you for your response. But (also) this is really wrong. Personally, I announced on December 30 that I was taking advantage of the 14-day cooling-off period that I would not take my health insurance policy with you. And "my premium" was not cashed in January. Apparently you are still able to recover the premium collection !!
