Waited an hour on the phone yesterday for a Ditzo ...

Waited an hour on the phone yesterday for a Ditzo employee. In the meantime the starting band was played 3 times and I had to enter the choice again. When finally an employee answered, he said he could see that I should have waited 10 minutes (and called 3 times). How strange! Are the stastics affected? I've been waiting on the phone for an hour without a break.
Immediately after the call, I received a rejection letter. Also strange, because I had only asked for general information about my wa-insurance.

My impression now is that the employees of Ditzo are working (or not working) more for themselves than for the customer. Can someone explain to me how this is?
