I spent a year with this health insurer, I chose at the time because the premium was interesting. In retrospect, however, it turned out that they had no contracts that prevented critical care from being provided, I was advised to switch as of January. Crappy screwed-up company that sent me countless times to the wall and had the guts to send a KTV investigation after every phone call while not providing service. I give 1 star because 0 is not an option. Watch out with Ditzo!
