Ridiculous! All communication with this company is...

Ridiculous! All communication with this company is via Facebook. No guarantee of privacy possible with this company. The concept of 'trust relationship' is not found at Ditzo. Next year to another insurer. One that is nice and old-fashioned and I can trust.

Avoid this insurer! Up to three times incorrectly provided information immediately damages me financially and in terms of health as a customer. Factually incorrect information raises unnecessary thresholds for treatment and drives the customer unnecessary costs. Also lies about other companies that do not care contract would reimburse hospitals in the border region. I called three random insurers and all three! reimburse take care unlike Ditzo. Free choice ends at the border ... Continue impossible demands are made on bids in advance. In three years I, stupid of me! never declared anything. Now I need them and walk against inaccurate information and unnecessary delay of further treatment.

Received an invoice of 680 euros, for an intake interview of 50 minutes !! I have indicated that I want to stop during the intake interview, in the first 10 minutes !! Even before the intake had started !! The time was reserved for the intake of 50 minutes, says Richelle Waanders, so I stayed until the end of the intake interview and indicated again that I will stop !!

Questionnaire has not been completed and the intake interview would consist of 2 interviews. After the 2nd consultation the treatment would start, but the 2nd consultation never took place !!

Zorgloket answers me with, the claim is not incorrect. While I get a bill for a whole process !!! Are you wearing nothing at all, they don't even help you !!

I will then - unfortunately for you - definitely work with another insurer, because although the monthly costs of the Ditzo insurance are certainly lower than with most other insurers, I find it highly unfortunate that I cannot just email or - better yet - you can have normal telephone contact with you. I have nothing at all with Facebook, Twitter, Apps or other inconvenience. Or am I old-fashioned?

Ik raad het niet aan! onprofessioneel! Als je twee auto's bij het hebt verzekerd, erken ik je jaren zonder een ongeval op beide auto's niet !!! Hoe is dit mogelijk?! De verzekering wordt afgesloten op de eigenaar en NIET op de auto !!! Ik heb de andere verzekeringsmaatschappijen gebeld en het maakt niet uit hoeveel auto's je hebt !!! In plaats van gelukkig te zijn, hebben we 2 auto's voor u verzekerd !!! Ik verhoog mijn verzekering met 50% !!! Omdat dat is wat Ditzo wilt !!! Ik wil de wet waarin je zoiets schrijft! Raar bedrijf!!

Ik heb mijn eerste auto verkocht. Ik heb de autoverzekering afgesloten. Nadat ik had gevraagd om de herberekening van de autoverzekering omdat je me vertelde dat het 25 euro per maand moest zijn, realiseerde ik me dat het niet kan omdat het 25 euro was omdat ik 10% korting had voor de tweede auto. Je hebt me opnieuw berekend op 35 euro per maand !!!! Waarom? het moest 29 euro per maand zijn zonder 10% korting. Op je website kost het 29 euro maar je deed het voor 35 euro !!!! Ik heb je gebeld nadat ik met 3 mensen had gesproken en ik heb meer dan een uur gewacht op je antwoord: sorry maar we kunnen niets doen. . Hoe kan je dat niet ?? Je wilt niet !!! Ik wilde mijn autoverzekering opzeggen, je wilt hem niet voor mij afsluiten !!! Waarom? want het contract is voor een jaar, correct maar voor het bedrag van 25 euro, niet voor 35 euro, dus je hebt misbruik gemaakt !!! U zei me deze verzekering af te sluiten en een nieuwe te openen voor 29 euro, waarom moet ik deze afsluiten? zodat ik mijn verzekering met jullie nog 2 maanden kan verlengen !!! U bent een bedrijf dat misbruik maakt in plaats van misbruik !!! Hij neemt contact op met een advocaat. Ik zal alle gesprekken met jullie openbaar maken, plus het bewijs dat ik heb !!! Ik heb meer dan 2 uur per dag met WhatsApp met je gepraat !!! om niets op te lossen. Als u een contract aangaat met een bedrijf voor bepaalde diensten tegen een prijs, KUNT U NIET WIJZIGEN HOE U DE OVEREENKOMST WILT !! Ik raad het niet aan !! Laat je niet misleiden door DITZO !!!

If everything goes well, there is of course nothing to worry about. The question is always what happens if you need service, you get very sick or your car breaks down. Well, not very much. Business can hardly be reached through a normal adult manner (any medium with more than 500 characters per message is avoided) and nothing is responded to. Deeply sad that these google reviews take the effort to respond to everything. But yes, this can read all the world ....

It all seems smooth and accessible, but they outsource the damage handling to an external company. And that company is of course only there to reject claims or to talk down. So as long as you pay a premium, Ditzo is your best friend, but if you try to get compensation for damage, you are suddenly no longer a Ditzo customer but left to the sharks. Totally pointless to take out travel insurance with Ditzo.

With a very crooked back .. the only treatment that would help is an MSK treatment (code 24611). Go to the specialist and get the first bill of 100 with instructions to send it to my insurer, Ditzo .. it is reimbursed under basic insurance.
BUT I get a reply from DITZO .. nice NOT with us.

I went to look on the internet to see how that worked out ... and yes, EVERYONE compensated for that, EXCEPT THIS.

Thanks Ditzo .. now definitely time to choose another insurer next year.

Ditzo was recommended to me by a well-known comparison site. Price technically they would be good. If, on the other hand, you need something from Ditzo, you will soon find out that the service is very bad.

I have been working for 3 years to arrange a few things for a third person. Through the various contact channels you are constantly told that they are either "not familiar with the claim" or that it is being processed. Several people take up the case, which then leads nowhere.

They also have departments that do not communicate back. For example, one department wanted declared declarations to be scanned "again" because they were supposedly illegible. However, no one bothered to communicate this and so the matter was put to rest for several months. I have now been waiting 4 months for a case that would be "pending".

Both mail and digital letters and expense claims disappear to the point that I no longer dare to send original documents to Ditzo for fear that they "disappear".

I am surprised by some very bad reviews, my experiences with Ditzo are always very positive. I never actually have to call them because everything is always going very smoothly. And when I do need them, I always get the right information. Again I am very satisfied. Ditzo keep it up !!

I have my travel insurance and my health insurance with Ditzo. If you are handy with the computer, everything can be arranged within a few minutes, ideal! If I can't get it out, I send an app or ask if they want to call me back, that's always neat. Very satisfied so far!
