Wrong information given to me: "cancellation only after one year possible" while the new policy concerned a grant due to a merger. SHAME!!!
Then let the authorizations continue after promised cancellation. SHAME!!!
Now, despite the written confirmation of cancellation, this insurer must remind them not to use the authorizations and to refund the undue amount.
Dear fellow customers, do yourself a favor and save yourself this kind of practice. I prefer to pay a little more premium for decent services.
