called the customer "service" of Ditzo, one of the many numbers that appear on Google when you type Ditzo: too sad for words, but you will not be answered by phone. Everything has to go through the site. I was even asked how I got there because there is no Ditzo customer service by phone ??? Google was blamed for my misinformation here.
