You contract a health insurance, if you try to contact them, they give you WhatsApp to contact, they will reply after five days or more, I told them that I'm disappointed, and I will try to change the insurance, after 4 days they reply trying to sell me a update and more expensive insurance.... worth insurance ever !!! And I have been with different insurance for more than 12 years at diferent country.
They don't care about customers , replying they are busy to reply!!! And I actually pay for the service!!!! I'm a busy person too!!!
they never reply, and when they do, it's not the correct info, I can not imagine if one day I need the insurance in an emergency case!!!!
