Since this year I switched to Ditzo. I have been reimbursed for my medicines from this health insurance policy for 7 months and now the pharmacy says they can no longer supply it. I get another brand of medicine (imitation) of which I get side effects such as heart palpitations, etc.After 3 weeks I have indicated to my doctor. The doctor has stated on the prescription Medical Necessity, so that I can get the correct medication again. Now I have to pay for them at the pharmacy counter. I declare these costs via the Ditzo app and it will not be reimbursed. Really ridiculous. I have called Dit so many times and I even stated it on the email that it must be reimbursed, but that the pharmacy must declare it ... And the pharmacy says that they cannot declare it due to contact agreements, etc.
So the bottom line is that I now have to pay for my medicines out of my own pocket. Incredible, what a bad health insurance company.
They also don't want to call the pharmacy to arrange it.
