It's not very often that I write reviews for places, but Southwest Collision was awesome! Great service, great work on my car, and a fast turn around time. The manager George was really easy to work with and told me everything that needed to be done straight up and how much it was most likely going to cost. I was pleasantly surprised with how awesome my car looked when they were done with it. I would recommend their services to everyone! Thank you to everyone at Southwest Collision!

I came here after getting into a fender bender and had a great experience. It was my first accident and I wasn t sure how to handle the situation. The receptionist that I spoke to was very helpful in providing information. After arriving on site I was handed off to Jeremy who has over 30 years in the collision repair industry. He ensured that the insurance company would pay for OEM replacement parts and kept me up to date on the entire process. After getting my vehicle back I couldn t be happier with the results. Not only was the damage fully repaired with OEM parts but the car was also washed and ready to go. Thanks again to Jeremy and the staff at Southwest Collision, you have found a lifetime customer.

SouthWest Collision Center performed excellent repair and restoration on my 2017 Ford F-250 aluminum body truck from hail damage suffered in Colorado on May of this year.
They represented me (their customer) with insurance adjustments and supplements for damages which were missed by the insurance adjuster. They fought hard for uncomprising quality in every detail (body work, OEM parts, paint and restoration), and their results were perfect.
Their customer service was wonderful, as I was kept up to date on repair status, parts orders, insurance supplements, and overall schedule on a weekly basis by the SW Collision manager assigned to my repair. His discussions were open and honest, and also included a mitigation/recovery plan for any delays and complications ( all related to insurance).
We feel the ownership and staff are attenative and supportive, and passionate to provide 100% quality and complete customer satisfaction

We recently were in a rear end collision - an accident was not something that we had been involved in for quite awhile, so we were a little uneasy about the process of getting our vehicle repaired. Kayla immediately put us at ease and kept us informed of every step that our vehicle was going through and what was next to come. While Kayla was away, Mike filled in for her and did the exact same thing-thank you Mike! We thank Southwest Collision for their expert repair and expert customer service and Kayla (she was amazing) for her personal care and assistance to her clients!

We can't recommend Southwest Collision highly enough! These are the most professional, ethical people we have ever come across in an industry where insurance companies and auto body shops are in cahoots to try and repair your vehicle as fast as they can as cheaply as they can. If it weren't for Southwest Collision, our 2014 truck (with which we pull a 13,000 pound RV) would have contained refurbished parts, aftermarket parts, and would not have been repaired to factory recommendations. We would have been put back on the street with an unsafe vehicle. Southwest went above and beyond what you would expect an auto body shop to do. They dealt with the unreasonable insurance company on our behalf; refused to do unsafe repairs; kept us informed so we could keep our attorney informed; and welcomed us warmly any time we visited to check on the progress of the repairs. The repairs, paint, and detailing are top of the line; and the employees, from the top down, are professionals who take pride in the work Southwest Collision does. We would never consider using anyone but Southwest Collision for our auto body needs.

I had minor damage done to my two month old 2016 Ford Focus ST, and I have to admit I was very concerned a shop could match the metalic flake paint. Also I hate dealing with automotive shops of any kind. Until now, Southwest Collision was professional from beginning to end, with my first call to set things up they took the time to answer all of my questions, and once I dropped my car off I was reassured it would be locked up at night, then when there was additional damage found they contacted the insurance co. and me to keep me up to date on the progress. I was given updates whenever there was any problems. In the end my car was finished within an exceptable amount of time and my car looks like brand new again.

Went to pick up my son's car this last Friday. They did a great job, difficult silver color to match, no problem! As I got in my truck, A/C stopped working. Great, almost 1 PM, 90 degrees, left the truck and went about my business with my partner in his car. Got a call from KJ, need A/C compressor. As busy they were, I will have to pick it up and come back another day. They said they may have it done later same day? Got it back before 5 PM, snow flakes coming out of my A/C ducts, I am a happy camper. Total family satisfaction, Awesome service!!

Best Collision repair center in town, hands down. I went to multiple body shops in town and they all told me the same thing when it came to my getting my bumper fixed. Southwest Collision Center knew what i wanted, fixed it, did an excellent job!! All for an awesome price! They have an fantastic customer service, and a very friendly atmosphere. I would recommend them to anyone!

I needed a pinstripe put on my car after replacing a fender. someone recommened these guys to me and I'm very happy with the service I received. Iwalked in and they were able to get me in at a great price. Looks like factory. I highly recommend them.

They will screw you over! I would give ZERO stars if I could.
3/19/18: I came to SW collision and informed Terrell about interest in services which was only an estimate to fix my bumper and that I DON'T want to fix the car.
3/21/18: Was when they completed the estimate.
3/22/18: Was when State farm came to look at car provided estimate, which was when I informed SW collision I wanted to come get the car and pay out of my own money.

They told me that they needed to get paid by State Farm, and for me NOT to contact them as it will prolong the process to obtain my car. I called them 12 from 3/21/2018 to 4/6/2018, to check on getting my car. They were holding my car to charge me for "storage fees ($110/day)," even though I was ready to pay for it on 3/22/2018. They gave me my car back in SHAMBLES, as seen in the photo in my profile. The total I should have paid only $705, which included: 2 days of storage $110/day, $300 for 6hrs of labor and $295 for "vehicle loss process," but I had to pay $2,575! I asked for a refund, they admitted to fault and offered me $330 and when I declined they offered me $400 and asked me to sign a letter of acceptance, which I did not. They didn't put my bumper on correctly and it fell off immediately, took apart my trunk and convertible and didn't put it back together; now my convertible is not able to work appropriately.

If you need to get your vehicle repaired I highly recommend these guys. They helped me immensely after my accident. I feel personally that they were even more helpful then but insurance companies. These guys are easy to talk to and kept me updated through the entire process.

I was very impressed by SW Collision. I had gotten an estimate from a different place and then came SW Collision and immediately called my husband and said we are bringing our car here. Kayla and Victoria were always a pleasure to work with. They were kind and understanding even asking if i was okay since my car got hit! Even when i called a bunch of times because MY insurance wasn't being helpful they never bat an eye. Tyler was my estimator and who I worked with. Even though I know my car only had a little damage and i know they had cars with bigger issues I felt like his top priority! He ensured me that me and my car would be well taken care of and he was right. Tyler communicated well, and like I said never bat an eye when i called a bunch of times in one day. Even their "buffer" person went above an beyond because my car paint is fading and helped by buffing it a little to help blend my new fender better. Thank you for everything!

Southwest collision was an excellent shop to work with! I was in a car accident and they were fantastic from start to finish (tow to extra touch-up paint for my car!). They walked me through the shop and told me about the process and kept me informed throughout the time I was there. i'd recommend them to anyone that needed body work for their vehicle. I have been to this place twice this year. I completely trust their service and have no complaints so far. The price is comparably lower than other car repair shop in the town.

After being rear ended in my car, I was given the suggestion to take it to Southwest Collision. "They do amazing work", I was told.
Let me just say, the suggestion was correct!
Kudos to Kayla, Chris, and KJ. They all treated me with the utmost respect and really kept me well informed. Unfortunately, my car ended up being totalled. They were sympathetic and treated me with kindness. I was extremely satisfied with their business attitude and would definitely seek them out again, if ever I needed something vehicle related again. They were are so wonderful.

Up until now, I've always used a particular body shop for myself and family members. Now that I've experience the quality of Southwest Collision, I'm happy to say that I have a new, favorite repair facility.

Southwest Collision called me during the process to keep me updated on the progress, handled everything from insurance company details to rental car arrangements, and finished my car ahead of schedule. They even went an extra step and touched-up some door dings without being asked.

I needed a new bumper after being backed in to and was referred to Southwest Collision. I have never had, what I call, Concierge service at a repair shop before! John was awesome and I knew where my car was in the process at all times! Got it back today and you would never know the repair was done. The paint matches exactly. They also washed my car, inside and out, prior to returning it to me. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing body work on a vehicle. Awesome staff and worked with the other driver's insurance so I didn't have to worry about any of it! Can't say enough good things about them!

I am so impressed with this shop. Their communications were great. And they were very fair with how they handled my car repairs even though it was a specialty Lexus from 2002. When I got my car back I was stunned that it actually looked better than it did before my accident. I worked with Bill and Brian and they assured me everything would be fine all along the way. They even put up with all of my questions and concerns and emails. What really stood out to me was how they really wanted to make everything convenient for me. They came out and got my vehicle and the even returned it. With my busy life it was very difficult to take my vehicle in but they took care of everything. I knew my car was in good hands from the moment I met them and they did not disappoint in the end. I will definitely be using this place again.

So here I am again for my 2nd time to have Southwest collision repair my truck. Going through an insurance company can be a real pain in the but and time-consuming etc. Well Patrick has done nothing but help me through the entire process from start to finish. My truck looks amazing as they did a great job and they also give you a life time warranty on the paint as well, meaning in this AZ heat if it ever fades or the clear coat peals or anything else that causes the paint to peal etc is 100% life time warranty as long as you own the vehicle. Talk about piece if mind. Lol... Anyways not only do they stand behind their work but they really go above and beyond for the customer. Patrick has been amazing for me and is just very reliable and communicates well with me on each step and never rushes me to finish our sometimes 30 min phone conversations etc. So thanks again Southwest Collision! :)

Great customer service. I got there right before it opened and was helped immediately. I was in a hurry and I was able to get my estimate as well as paperwork in only a half hour. Kevin was very helpful and honest about my options and the technicians were very knowledgeable. Best experience I have had at a collision repair shop. Would recommend to everyone.

Friendly staff and good communication about progress on my repairs

I have known George for many years. I've known him personally and professionally and he is my go to guy for my needs and my clients needs. Just recently my sweet, smart, loving wife backed my Escalade into the mailbox. She was so upset and refused to file an insurance claim. Of course I didn't want to file a claim through the insurance because as an agent, I know what happens, your insurance will go up. I told my wife not to worry, I had just the man, George. He and his staff got the Escalade looking like nothing ever happened. George and his team are professional, quick, and overall AMAZING!! The cost to repair the Escalade was so reasonable compared to what we would have paid for the next 5 years with our insurance carrier. George, I will always refer our clients to your shop because just as you took great care of my wife and I, I know you'll do the same for others! Thanks again for everything!

Had my 2017 Mustang gt in there for warranty work with the paint flaking and the body panels were misaligned, Spoke with Patrick Randolph about the repairs that needed done to the car. I was updated every step of the way from the body shop and couldn't be happier with the work and communication that was provided from Southwest Collision. If I need anything on any of my cars in the future I know where ill be taking my cars. Thank you guys again work all that you do.

Got to say these guys were great. They did a fantastic job, finished earlier than they estimated, and came in $200 below their price estimation. Plus everyone was super-friendly and made a point of explaining everything. Under-promise and over-deliver...that's how to get 'er done!

The owner, George, is an honest and direct man. He educated me about the repair process including how the insurance company pays and what he can and cannot do with a vehicle. I would highly recommend his shop to anyone in need of body repair. I would even drive from Scottsdale, Chandler or Mesa to give this guy my business.

After a little over a year and a half after I decided to drive my car into a pole, I decided to get my car fixed. From start to finish my experience was great! I worked with Chris, and he was super helpful and kept me up to speed the entire process even when I has across the country on holiday. I'm glad I brought my Jeep there, it's looks good as new!

I worked with David he is great. he is a perfectionist and he s team does a clean job. the staff is friendly and the overall experience was good.

I was in an accident and am a student at Arizona State University, and my deductible was $1000! Trent over here at Southwest took great care of my car, and helped me out tremendously with my payments for my repairs. He kept me up to date by the minute when things were changing with my repairs, as in calling when the parts came in, calling before the parts were to be painted, when my car was ready, etc. I wouldn't recommend any other shop here in the Metro Phoenix area other than this team here at Southwest Collision. Just got my car back from Southwest and couldn't be happier. I was in an accident that destroyed the front of my car. Other body shops wouldn't have been able to look at my car for weeks, but Southwest took my car in right away. The damage was fairly extensive so it took about 3 weeks to repair, but everything came out perfect. They repaired and replaced everything where it looks like a new car! Not only did they repair the damage from the accident, they also fixed the alignment, cleaned out the interior of my car AND detailed it. I've never had that kind of service from any body repair shop. Highly recommend this shop to anyone needing repairs or custom body work!

It was raining pretty bad a few weeks ago. I got in an accident with my 2008 BMW so I started searching for shops in town with good reviews. I found Southwest Collision Center and I can honestly say that I am extremely happy I found them! This was my first time workig with them. I called the owner today to tell him that he now has a customer for life!! The owner is a very nice guy and his team was outstanding!! They make you feel at home and they are always there to answer any questions or concerns you have. Trust me I've bothered them a lot over the time my vehicle was there :) Just asking questions about insrance etc.. Stuff that wasn't even related to the vehicle and they were happy to help everytime!

If you've been looking for a body shop, go here!! Don't hesitate, no need to look for another place just take your vehicle here and it will thank you for it!!

I had a pleasant experience while getting repair work done at Southwest Collision Center in Tempe, Arizona. Before I start I'd like to say that I left a Kindle tablet in the rental car and two weeks later I contacted Southwest collision and the front desk person immediately called the car rental company and tracked down the Kindle and even offered to drive it to me but I chose to come there and picked it up (now that's what I call customer service!). SW really went above and beyond the call of duty. The staff was very courteous and professional at all times during the course of my service. At first I had some difficulty with my repair job because SW collision could not locate a factory manufactured part for my 2013 Ford Mustang. SW collision kept me informed about this and did their best to locate an aftermarket part. If SW had not located the part I would have had to wait an additional month for the new parts to become available. It still took a month to get my car repaired but the staff remained very helpful during the process and made all the contacts to the insurance company to submit the claims. The work done was stellar and I was extremely please by the way I was treated by Southwest Collision. I will definitely be using them in the future and will recommend them to others.

The best collision center in Arizona. Mike and Brian are very nice and helpful. The Reception ladies are very friendly . My car turned out great. It took long to finish.But,i dont mind at all. They did an awesome job, they work directly with the Insurance company. I did not have to do anything. If there were any negative reviews on here , they must be from other collision centers tried to discredit them. . I highly recommend this auto body shop. I hope i never need them again . But, if i ever do. They will be the one and only one I trust.

Let me begin by saying I never write reviews. That is how good Southwest Collision is. My Civic Si was keyed. Not just one swipe but the entire car was totally vandalized. I made a claim on my insurance then a week later I rear ended someone. Ended up with two claims. The people at Southwest made sure that my car was pretty much like new when they were done. They repainted the whole car and got all my badges back on with brand new stock stickers on the sides. The air bag deploying actually broke my cruise control button. I didn't notice it until they returned the car to me and I had to take a long trip. I called them about it and they fixed it for me the next day in less than 30 minutes. I highly recommend these guys. Tandi who works the front desk was always helpful and always replied to my questions in a timely manner. J.J. who did the inspection on my car and dealt with my insurance made sure not to miss any details.

After my accident I called the dealership that I had just purchased my Ford Edge from and asked for their recommendation - without hesitation they said "Southwest Auto Collision is the best". I have to agree!!! From the helpful receptionists, Kayla and Vanessa, through Service with KJ and into the parts guy Robert - I was kept well informed the entire time! Everyone was so super helpful and made my stressful situation so much more tolerable. My Edge looks just as beautiful as when I drove it off the lot - Thank you all very much!

Don t go to them if you are paying out of pocket. The only thing that they want is your money. The estimation was really expensive, so I did not want to fix my car right now, they charged me a lot of money + a 250$ Admin fee that they did not tell me about. They will treat you with respect, until you decide not to repair.

I just went in to get my car seat inspection for my little one that is coming! It was a great experience and Dierk was very knowledgeable and made me feel confident that we would get the baby home safe in her carseat. Not only do they help with your cars but they are advocates for child safety!

I have a 2001 Jag. NOT an easy vehicle to find someone to work on it. Not only did they not hesitate to take it in but Gary knew Jags! And they did a great job PLUS Kayla and Victoria give excellent customer service! Not something you see a lot of these days... I'm not going anywhere else, even for an oil change. And YES, they are more than reasonable on their prices. Don't look any further for a great shop!

One of the absolute best companies I have ever dealt with. I am so happy that I chose this team to repair the damage to my car. Not only did they perform excellent work on my Mercedes with a lifetime warranty but the entire team was polite, communicative, responsive and dealt with the insurance company hassles. Southwest Collision went above and beyond by making sure to get my car to the Mercedes dealership to make sure the vehicle met all of the safety standards. Brian and George took amazing care of me and fixing my Mercedes AMG after my my rest end accident. It had some significant damage and they made it better then brand new when time came to pick it up .I couldn't be more satisfied with this body shop. I got into a minor accident and it was an awful feeling, however, after taking my car into Southwest Collision they really made me feel confident about it and that they would help me throughout the process. They kept their promise. I felt like I was family. KJ gave me great advice and genuinely guided me with my best interest in mind the whole way. The entire staff was always friendly and acted professionally. The guys in the repair bay did a phenomenal job on my car and it looks like new. I can't say enough good things about this operation. My car was stolen and put through the ringer inside and out and my insurance paid for it to be taken care of at Southwest collision and they took great care with my car! I worked with Kayla, Jeremy, and Mike and they went above and beyond keeping me updated with the status of my car. I got it back today and it is immaculate, looks better than the day I bought it! I have 4 small kids and the interior shows it, but now it's perfect and I couldn't be more satisfied with the quality and work they have done, thank you guys so much for taking such great care of my car! Southwest Collision Auto once again has proven to be the BEST all around in taking care of my car repairs. Chris Hansen and his colleagues were most helpful in looking at the problem, making their recommendation and putting words to action as they fixed the problem all under 30 minutes. I see why, they only do it one way the right way.

They were very professional and very courteous. They let us know when the truck was ready and it looked really great after they finished. I will highly recommend them.

They have fixed 2 of my cars now. They do great work!

Friendly staff and great sevice. I feel like they're a little pricey. I got my door hinges replaced and they charged me for painting them. They're on the inside! No one can see them! I could have done without that.
Other than that I have no complaints.
They even offered me a ride home when I left my van there to get repaired.

Was referred to Southwest by Tempe Autohaus. Very pleased with the service and quality of work. Victor was very helpful. Staff was very friendly and informative. Took some time for repairs, but of no fault of theirs. Had to have a door shipped from Germany, plus insurance took their sweet time. Would highly recommend Southwest.

I needed my truck fixed and when I told them I was going out of town they took me to the airport, fixed my truck while I was gone, and picked me up! After waiting 6 weeks for my car to be repaired, I discovered damage to the rear bumper and reported this to Southwest Collision only to be treated like a liar (if not a scammer) with no resolution to my legitimate and valid complaint. Additionally, while driving 60+ speeds, I noticed shaking and vibrating along with pulling to the right only to discover that Southwest did not complete all repairs.After analysis from another shop, it has been confirmed that my car has two bent rims and a broken right strutt. I give this business no stars and have turned them in to the Better Business Bureau, AAA, and VW for horrible customer service, and failure to thoroughly diagnose and fix vehicle problems. Appalling. Absolutely horrid. This business should be ashamed of their unethical practices and lack of values. This business deserves negative stars.

my car was all scratched up and had a lot of them and called Jori and set me up and dropped it off to get it buffed out and come back the next day and car look brand new just like I had it . ill be send a lot more business your way and sending all my insurance clients .

Seemed like a great place, the front office was professional but whoever was working on my car in the back stole all of my Dutch Bros stamp cards

Very friendly staff at this collision repair center. It has a pretty good parking space and it has plenty of room in the back. Repairs were completed in a fairly acceptable time-frame but not quite as speedy as expected. The job was well done and looked good the first day I received my vehicle back. However, now at two weeks later I am noticing that the paint is not quite exactly as the original paint and it has a slightly different sheen to it which I guess is to be expected. Overall, a pretty good place to work with.

Have had two vehicles repaired here. Top notch and certified with most manufacturers. Best place I have been for body work.

They were very friendly and professional and did exactly what they said they would do to repair my car I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone needing repairs. You can tell that the customer comes first and I appreciate that thanks for a great experience with a car repair

Southwest Collision was amazing, from the time I arrived to the time I picked up my car. I had the pleasure of working with Chris and he kept me up to date on what stages they were in with my car. The ladies at the front desk couldn't be sweeter. They genuinely wanted to make sure I was okay form my accident and were great every time I was in. Not to mention my car looks brand new again! I could not be happier :)

I had my motorcycle alignment and a couple scuffs fixed here. Very great work! Thank you!
