As many expats are buying from Ditzo, I think it will be great if you can give support for English too.

Update after 3 weeks of waiting (1):
I have opened an account with Ditzo before 3 weeks and submitted documents. Have been following up with support team via WhatsApp and Twitter and still not getting a proper resolution.

Status remains as 'This account is still processing' in web portal, even after all the communications done with customer service (they would stop responding for even days and then come back).

Can you please help me in resolving sooner?
