Service department works like a fast food joint.....

Service department works like a fast food joint...There is a multi point inspection sheet that is presented after an oil change or similar maintenance that the service manager admitted to me is NOT even used by the technician as I found out when I was told my rare brake pads were at 20% remaining on one visit after receiving my multi-point inspection on prior visits with no issues cited or coming up... Needless to say I was very upset because I am Always proactive with my maintenance on my Jeep & expected the "experts" at DeMontrond to help so I won't be surprised with issues & unexpected bills like this one which could have easily been avoided by checking my brakes as they were supposed to when I come in from my very routine oil changes & tire rotations. Attempting to talk with the Service Manager Mike Renfro is an exercise in futility as he as avoided talking to me with prior issues I have had escalated - he has no concern for customers & is more concerned about making his numbers. Very sad.
