Our experience with warranty work on our new Thor Motor coach was outstanding at DeMontrond RV. We did not purchase our RV at DeMontrond, however, they conducted the warranty work inspection, handled all the communications with the Thor factory, conducted the work on time and kept us informed through the whole process. Our representative, Emmanuel Romero working with us was very professional in all respects and he is a genuine ambassador for DeMontrond Service Department.
