These guys are great! I bought a furnace and air conditioning system from them 3 years ago. All of a sudden the air conditioner stopped working this spring. When I called they went out of their way to come as soon as possible. Robbie came out and discovered all the coolant had leaked out. He refiled it as a temporary patch and then scheduled a return call 2 weeks later to make the permanent repair. When he got here at that time he found that the issue was more serious than he thought. What was expected to take a couple hours took 5 hours and required a new component to be sent from the warehouse. He took the time to get it fixed/replaced immediately and I am sure this meant that other techs had to be reassigned to cover other customers he had scheduled. There was never any hint at any point that this entire thing would not be fully covered under warranty. I highly recommend them as this was a demonstration of the kind of service that shows a commitment to customers even though it required extra effort.
