From sales through installation we couldn't be happier with the pricing, service and hassle-free installation. Our twenty-year old furnace broke down 48 hours before the coming of sub-zero temps. Needless to say we were in a hurry to get it replaced. During our meeting with Mike, we chose the furnace we could afford, reviewed the warranty and finance options, signed the deal then cancelled our appointment with another company that we were going to get a bid from. At every touch point, the people at Pronto Heating and Air Conditioning made the process of buying a new furnace as easy as possible. Mike was very knowledgeable, sized the system quickly and made solid practical recommendations based on our budget and need. We purchased a new furnace and Pronto was able to install it the same day!!!! Kevin and his assistant were prompt and courteous. They had our new furnace installed, tested and operational in under 4 hours which totally exceeded our expectations. Well done guys. Thank you.
