Amazing customer service. Very honest and actually talked me into something that cost less then what I was expecting to pay!

Air went out on Thursday night. Was able to get me the first appointment Friday morning when I called at 7 am. Fixed the blowers capacitor but didn't check the freon. I went to work back at 4 PM and still hot and line frozen. Sent for free Logan Saturday morning. Did a great job. Now in cool weather. Also texts photo of repair person. Nice safety touch.

Jesse is the best! Even though my problem was easy to fix I am completely satisfied. Pronto techs are very professional and you always can depend on them to communicate when they are going to arrive.

Jessica did a great job. She was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. If all of Pronto employees are like her, there will be no bad reviews.

We scheduled a furnace tune-up only to have our air conditioning break down the morning of our appointment. We didn't realize it until he showed up. Robby was great with diagnosing the problem and fixing it immediately. We postponed the furnace tune-up due to hot weather :) However, very grateful to have a functioning AC unit. We also saved on the service fee charge. Reasonable rates all around.

Brian did an awesome job on the repair. He arrived shortly after we called to request service. He explained what needed to be fixed and showed us the broken part. We discussed further repair versus a new system and he explained the maintenance contract. We were very pleased with his service.

Keith did a great job getting our new air conditioning system set up
for this summer. He checked everything over to make sure that we would be prepared for the warm weather - when summer finally arrives.

When I needed a new furnace/AC I went with these guys because of their promise of excellent service. They do not disappoint. Any time they need to come to my house they are prompt and do a good job.

Pronto is a professional company. They gave me plenty of communication up front as to my appointment time and other services they provide. They provided me with a couple reminders on my upcoming appointment and even a call just before the Tech arrived. Peter did a great job while at my house. He answered all of my questions and quickly completed my service call. I will use Pronto in the future for my HVAC needs!

Jeff showed up on time and diagnosed issue within 5 minutes. He was a knowledgeable and professional guy who knew his craft. In and out within 30 minutes leaving a quiet and cool house with a happy customer.

Our air conditioner was malfunctioning, although still working. The technician Jesse came out the next day. He was cordial, very professional and very fastidious. He diagnosed a difficult problem to describe verbally. The motor was leaking oil and needed to be replaced. As it was Saturday the part had to be ordered on Monday. He sent the paperwork on the spot and arranged for installation the next Wednesday. Excellent client support.

Overall service was good and thorough. Beware of the appointment time window... we were supposed to have the first appointment of the day scheduled for 8 a.m. At 8:30, I had to call the office to get the status and was told the techs were in a training. Other than the arrival time, our tune-up visit was that of what we expected. The immediate emailed notes and invoice was very nice to have as well.

The technician, Logan, was timely and efficient in solving our problem with our water heater. He discovered the problem rather quickly, rather than try to tell us the water heater is not fixable and needs to be replaced (another company told us that). We highly recommend Pronto Heating & Air!

Great experience after a thermostat failure. From the first phone call to the service appointment, there was excellent communication and transparency on the issue/pricing. I felt my tech was very knowledgeable, honest, and quickly found the issue.

Pronto was very responsive and the technician explained everything he was doing and what was happening. Pronto will be my go to for HVAC needs.

AC was from 92 and furnace was from 89. AC finally died in 2020 so we decided to replace the whole hvac system. They got here by 7am and finished by 2pm. Price was almost half the cost of my previous quote. They were quick, courteous. Zero complaints.

A few years ago I bought a new heating system from Pronto. In the first couple-three years I had repeated issues with the system.
Pronto responded to all the issues I was having and serviced and corrected them as they arose and all were covered under warranty. But the problems continued and then the system itself went out of warranty while the problems--somewhat related to each other, somewhat not--continued.

It got to a point such that it started to feel that I had bought a heating system 'lemon'.

Fortunately, I had a convo with one of the business owners and laid out the 'lemon' case and he was receptive and accommodating and agreed to provide the repair service required for the latest issue at no cost to us despite the expired warranty.
I truly appreciated that. Also it seemed that this last repair was the cure all as I've been a couple of years now without further issue and the system is humming along all the time.
The message here isn't about potential lemons, that can happen with any infrastructure and any seller of same; the message is that these guys stepped up and took responsibility when they didn't need to so that one of their customers wasn't saddled with significant expenses and left with a bad taste in their mouth.
As a result, I even decided to sign up for a service plan with Pronto --happily so.
Bottom line: my experience is that if you have issues, they're treat you fairly.

We in the past have had trouble with another service company and someone suggested Pronto. I'm glad we called them. They really are 5 star. Jeff came out to do our tune up for our furnace and heater and he was great. He followed all distance protocols like a professional. He explained everything he did and he was on his way. I would recommend Pronto to anyone.

Our call was on the Sunday of a holiday weekend when our furnace went out. Jeff arrived in the earlier part of the time window given and was very friendly and respectful when he arrived. He diagnosed the problem and was able to get the furnace running. There was a part that he explained needed to be replaced but was not pushy about solutions. He took the time to explain our options and answer our questions. We had a great experience with Jeff!

Pronto recently replaced my furnace and AC. Everything went well, from Sales with Jack, to installation with Darren and Kevin. Even the building inspectors commented on the great job done by Pronto.

We were without running water for 48 hours due to a plumbing issue in our 1954 home. Travis arrived early, ascertained the situation and remedied it inside 10 minutes, restoring our water access. He is coming back tomorrow to finish our plumbing needs for a bathroom remodel at an excellent price! So grateful for his and the company s integrity, expertise, and dedication to their customers! We ll be a client for life!

We have a geothermal unit and always have Jesse checkout the unit every fall and spring. He s punctual, polite, knowledgeable and professional.

Great communication leading up, during, and following the furnace service. Very thorough, no high-pressure sales pitch for unnecessary services, and tech was clean and very detailed (without being too technical) on explaining things. Planned to shop my other expected AC tune-up business around, but no need - and will be using Pronto later this spring. Highly recommend.

Jessica was fantastic, solving a legacy gas line problem that had been annoying us for a while. When it turned out to be slightly more complicated than expected, she came through even at the original estimate despite pouring in a lot more time than I think she originally expected. We were surprised that our appointment time was not set as we understood it but Kurt was nice enough to come back when my husband would be here. He was knowledgeable, didn't try to sell us something we could not use or did not want. He left here with us not feeling pushed. Nice guy.

The entire process, from initial inquiry call, to the on-site estimate, to the installation and system orientation was professional and friendly. All of the Pronto people we encountered were wonderful! Even the City of Bloomington electrical and mechanical Inspectors said they always love a Pronto install!!

Our furnace quit working at10:00 pm on a Saturday night. I called Pronto and they said they would call to schedule the next morning.
They called a little after 7:00 am just like they said they would. Their service technician Jeff arrived even earlier than they said. He was very friendly and professional. He had our furnace running again in a half an hour. He very politely with no pressure told us that it was time for a new furnace.

Several years ago I used Pronto for a furnace repair and I ve never used another company again. Their rates are fair - not the cheapest, but also not too expensive. Their people are experienced, and have always arrived on time and done excellent work.

The sale man did not serve customer right. I feel the sense of discrimination. The sale man changed the appointment then he did not show up on the rescheduled appointment and he
did not inform me as the customer. After 2 hrs passed by his manager called me that the sale man was at my place early and already left the area beacuse there was two large male very aggressive walking toward him. This is a lie. I was out side of my house 30 minutes before the appointment time ( 1 pm) , I did not see any car of this company drive by or park on my street. If this really happen to this sale man why didn't he call the police to write the report to prove it so he has a case so the company is aware of that area in danger then you can tell customer that you don't serve the people in North Minneapolis bevause of This. This is unacceptable. I will post this information in Pronto's website and let all customers know what had happened and I will tell my people do not use Pronto business again. Thank you.

The guys Pronto sent out to my house today were friendly and professional. They did the whole furnace install the next day after my old one was on the brink of failing. The crew had experience and did solid work, thanks again!!

Just an A/C check-up this time, but they replaced the furnace air filters and inspected both the furnace and A/C to make sure everything was working properly. Fast, efficient, and thorough as usual!

Service Plus could not come out for 2 more weeks and we have weeks of 90 and up temperatures, I couldn t wait!!! Definitely recommend Pronto and Otto to take care of near future replacements.

I have always been satisfied with Pronto. From sales, to the office, to the service reps, everyone has been responsive and friendly, and ready to answer any questions I have. I would highly recommend them!

My furnace was making some weird humming noises when the blower turned on so I gave Pronto a call and they were out the same day to take a look. Robbie was able to easily diagnose the problem and was back the next workday to finish installing a new blower. Fast and reliable service.

Robby was very efficient and thorough when he came to do the annual check on our furnace and air conditioner. He even checked out one question we had about some duct noise and recommended a duct cleaning company for us to contact. We're very pleased with the products we've purchased from Pronto Heating and the service they've given us over the past 17 years.

9-22-2020 Update: Robby came again for our annual heating maintenance. As always he was polite, friendly and efficient. Replaced our filters and will be back in the spring to take care of our AC. No fuss, no muss.

I have always had exceptional service with Jesse. He is always pleasant and friendly. I always feel completely comfortable having Jesse in my home. I have him come every year to tune up my furnace and a/c and the water heater drained. Everything running in top shape!! He s such an asset to Pronto

What an incredible experience! I called during the first heat wave of the summer, and they were able to come out within 48 hours, which exceeded my expectations because I know there can be big delays during the hottest days of summer.

The service window was just 2 hours, and the tech (Jeff) showed up in the earlier part of that window. I received a text and an email with a photo of Jeff so I knew who to expect upon arrival.

Jeff was incredibly professional and provided amazing customer service while he was in my home. The issue was fixed very quickly, but he still took the time to listen to my questions and help me understand what more I could do to make the most out of my unit to try to get the air distributed to my upstairs in this old home.

Really good experience. They were early, their guy was really nice and he solved our issue quickly. Thankfully, he had the part we needed. I hate when repair people don't have routine parts and need to go somewhere for them, then return later! Further, after he fixed the problem, he went above and beyond and did some quick maintenance on our central ac unit.

Brian was great! Good social distancing measures in this crazy time and was in and out. Quick tune up - job well done!

Jessica was great! She gave a 2:00-4:00 window, and came around 2:30, earlier than we were expecting which was great! She was professional, wore a mask and booties in the house when looking at the inside unit, and gave a clear explanation of things that could ve happened to make the system malfunction. She was quick, professional, and efficient, and we will definitely be using Pronto and asking for Jessica with any future problems with our AC.

We called for a repair on our 9 year old furnace. Chris was our technician and he was prompt, thorough, knowledgeable and very professional. Plus it was still all covered under the warranty! Great service from a great company.

Came out on an extremely cold day to inspect our furnace that shut down. We ended up buying and it was installed the next day ready for negative degree weather. The reason we didn't leave four stars is because there were not many choices. They gave us two furnaces to choose from and needed it immediately. Would have liked more options.

Jessica came out and gave an estimate. She was professional, responsive, and gave me options and explained those options. She promptly provided very thorough answers to questions I had after she left my house. I liked most that she wasn t salesy . The technician Chris called me twice on install day because I couldn t be there. Both calls were informational and much appreciated.

My costs were exactly what the estimate stated. I ve also spoken with Greg, and Marietta?( not sure about the name there)- regardless, everyone I speak to at Pronto is friendly, professional, and competent. I never expected the process to go this well. Im glad I chose them to install my new furnace and a/c.

Keith arrived within the given window and was professional and knowledgeable. They were able to begin replacement when our 26 year old furnace finally hit the end of it's life within hours of calling. Blaine and his crew did a great job and were polite and walked us through how to use the new smart thermostat. Overall a fantastic experience.

Kurt was fast informative and didn't push me to buy something just because he was here. The information he gave let us both to believe it was best to take a different direction. I always appreciate when sales people are willing to do what's best for the customer even if it doesn't mean getting a sale.

We needed some ductwork repaired. Jim at Pronto helped trouble shoot for us and got the project done efficiently and at a fair price. We ve used Pronto for many years for our regularly scheduled tune ups and have been very happy with the service.

Setting up the appointment was quick and easy, technician showed up on time, (I was called prior to the appointment saying he was on his way), he performed A/C diagnostic for the A-coil freezing up, answered questions and explained everything clearly, executed the solution we discussed, e-mailed the invoice immediately, discussed future items which he provided a quote for, and was very polite and professional.

Punctual. Super careful not to track in slush & snow. Great explanations and clear rationale for recommendations. Quality of work is always excellent. Friendly without going overboard or being awkward about it. Great job!

UPDATE: still super happy with Pronto s people. We ve seen Logan and Ben since then - once for a service issue that was quickly resolved and once for routine maintenance. Both excellent experiences. Highly recommend!

We ve used Pronto at both our old house and new. They are always very helpful and prompt. A few years ago, they installed a new furnace at our old house on Christmas Eve when our old one died on us! We are grateful for their commitment to their customers!

The diagnostic visit for our failing AC unit went very well. Due to a missed communication, we had not shut the system of prior to the visit to allow the iced coils to defrost... but rescheduling for later in the day was seamless. The advice given by the service tech was very clear and helpful.

My AC unit had to be moved. As always, the Pronto techs, Keith and Logan in this case, were amazing. Friendly, professional, and always with a smile! Best service in the TC.

This week we had issues with our furnace and a trusted family member recommended Pronto Heating & AC (which she found on Angie's List). From the get-go, their company was professional, courteous, and reasonably priced. They really went above and beyond to get the service done quickly, took care of the preventative maintenance, and even submitted the warranty paperwork for us. I am not someone who is easily impressed so please keep Pronto in mind for furnace issues or spring AC tune-ups!
