Jessie was fantastic; I have a very old air conditioner which I actually lived without last year due to it turning off all the time. I thought I would give Pronto a try and see if they could fix it! I actually was ready to be disappointed - not to be!

Jessie didn't just come in with his standard routine check process; he looked at this situation individually as a puzzle with an engineers eye. He checked this, that, nope not that and moved to the next component. He zeroed in on the issue and made sure I was not surprised by any variance from the initial quoted cost. My answer, Are you kidding me yes for sure let's fix it! I can't believe you fixed a problem that's plagued this unit since it was first install! My whole household thanks you Jessie, it's going to be a cool summer :)

Due to Jessie's display of character, honesty and skill when I do get to the point of replacing this dinosaur I'll call Pronto first!
