We were having an intermittent problem with our A/C and so called to set up a service call. The friendly, efficient office person (Kelcey?) arranged for a service tech to come out that afternoon. Shortly thereafter we were paid a visit by Peter who quickly diagnosed a faulty capacitor and had us cool and comfortable again in no time. Peter was very professional and explained everything to us in terms we could understand. I couldn t be happier with Pronto. From the time they installed our new furnace and A/C back in 2013 to the contacts we ve had since then I ve never dealt with a company where everybody, without exception, was so professional, competent, and friendly. Lots of companies do heating and A/C but Pronto sets the bar at what I consider to be an almost impossibly high level. I mean everybody, from the person who answers the phone to the installers who hook you up to the service techs who keep you happy after the fact, these people are GOOD.
