We heard about Pronto through friends who had to have a new system installed last year. They were very happy with their experience and recommended the company to us when we had a small issue with our air conditioning. Peter was our service tech, and he was great! He was on time, friendly, and professional. He identified the issue immediately, and resolved it within the hour. He provided good info about our unit, and explained what to expect after the service. (Time to cool, normal condensation, etc.) The price was very reasonable ($149 service call and diagnostics; $150 to resolve the issue), and there was no upselling or pressure to buy extras, or enroll in any service contracts. I point out that last, as I ve seen reviewers of other local companies complain about those tactics. There was none of that in our experience, just up-front, honest, good work from someone who seems to enjoy his job and knows what he s doing. Thanks, Peter and Pronto!
