I scheduled an appointment with Pronto for a cleaning per inspection on my house closing. I told them if they cannot make the appointment to let me know because this is important. They call one day before to let me know that a technician is having family issues and cannot show up tomorrow. They said the soonest was 11 days after my scheduled date. Kystal was very unconcerned and unprofessional. Pronto is terrible and I have someone else coming out shortly. If they are this bad on scheduling I can t imagine what poor work they would do. Yikes.
