I called Pronto a few days ago because I didn't have any hot water when I woke up. I called a few other companies but there was no guarantee I would have hot water within the next few days. When I called Pronto and the woman at the office sent someone out that morning to see what was wrong. The installer arrived later that day to take a look at what needed to be done in order for me to have hot water. He was clean cut, professional, and polite. He installed a new water heater and I had hot water the SAME DAY I called Pronto. I really appreciate the professionalism each person I interacted with at Pronto had. I was informed, talked to in a respectful manner, and would absolutely recommend Pronto!
