Brian gave our furnace a tune-up today. We are now ready for the winter with no worries. He communicated well, arrived early and was very thorough. He had a few suggestions for future accessories which would make sense for us. He explained them well, but did not push. I've always been impressed with Pronto and the people they hire.
We had a good experience with Pronto, from the sales person who came to our home to discuss our needs and make the sale, to the technicians who did a professional job and cleaned up after themselves, to the technician who attended to a glitch that needed to be fixed.
If we have any future needs for HVAC, we'll call Pronto.

Not Robby's first trip here - Imagine Christmas morning and no heat! That was his first visit and the day I learned you have to change the filter for the furnace to run (duh!). That caliber of service is why I will only call Pronto for any HVAC issues!
Replacement of the central air compressor and found an issue with the coil. Stayed until everything was done right. Everything works great!

I had my ac unit replaced last year by Pronto & suddenly it stopped working. I spent time on the phone trying to troubleshoot the basics but without success. Today is Saturday & they sent Jessica out to sort out why the ac wasn t working & to fix it. Jessica is so bright & I could tell she was running through everything in her mind. We had a great experience with our new installation of a furnace. We were originally scheduled for a a few days out and Kurt called me late in the evening to say Pronto can install the next day! We were thrilled! Kevin and Chris were amazing, super personable and thoughtful. They kept the area clean throughout the process and took time to explain the maintenance of the furnace and thermostat. I will always contact Pronto for my future furnace and air conditioning needs.

Update 2020:
Aside from the one issue we had with our furnace, Pronto has been great, even in our new house.
We've usually had great service from the techs at Pronto, and have always felt their prices were fair, and customer service was excellent. We chose them for our previous home we were selling, and they went above and beyond to satisfy the requirements of the buyer. We continued to call them for service and tune ups on the next home we purchased. The technician came out, was very thorough, helpful, and friendly, did the tune up, told us there were some parts that needed to be replaced. Being a new furnace, we felt the parts should've been under warranty, and that's where the frustration started. We were told to contact the installer, the installer tools us to contact the hvac company, pronto told us it wouldn't be under warranty, and now after several phone calls between pronto and the furnace distributor, it's been 3 months and parts have not been ordered, let alone replaced. October 1st I was told a note would be put on the service managers desk to call me the next morning, and I never got a call. November 4th, I called for a follow up and started the whole process over again. I'm now worried that the parts won't be covered under warranty by the time pronto gets around to replacing the parts. I'd hate to have to find another hvac company, after all the referring we've done to friends and family.
Brian was very nice to explain the operation of the water heater, the changes and he ensured the app for leaking was activated. He was very thorough.
I had Kevin and Andreas as my installers and they were top notch. I had a pretty tight fit which complicated things, but they were nothing but professional even though it took quite some time. They answered questions along the way and even installed a Nest thermostat I had purchased previously. Care was taken to not make a mess and they cleaned up after themselves. I fully hope I do not need to buy another furnace anytime soon, but if I did, I would have no problems with using Pronto again. Thanks!

Chris quickly found that there was a simple problem (a broken thermostat wire) and explained exactly what needed to be done to replace it. He advised upgrading the equipment when it made sense, but did not try to sell me anything above the cost of the diagnostic visit. I will definitely call Pronto and request Chris for any future visits.

I ve been using Pronto for multiple years. They are considerate, ontime, honest and do a great job regardless of the tech they send out to run the calls. Their service desk is courteous and personally calls to let you know when the tech is on their way. Top notch company.

This just deals with company over phone... I wanted to ask questions... The girl told me "She doesn't know" referring to the commercials I asked about. And she wouldn't answer questions stating I HAD to have someone to come to the house.

We had tons of air in our boiler system. Jessica fixed that issue and now we have all rooms heating. Also gave an estimate on pump replacement just in case it goes out. My only regret is that I didn t call sooner. Do yourself a favor, call Pronto and request Jessica!

Unfortunately due to the age of the system they recommended replacement rather than fixing the solution, but given the age of the system, and the potential for some other age related problems to occur in the near future, this was the right recommendation. This is absolutely a first-class operation, from the first call for help to signing and paying for services rendered right on an iPad. Eric, my technician, called to ask if arriving early would be okay. I received a text message from Pronto with a picture of Eric for identification. He addressed the main issue quickly and gave clear explanations of what he was doing. He also did a general inspection of the system and fixed a water leak and adjusted the thermostat housing for better performance. Eric made some good recommendations for maintaining and possible upgrades to my system and supplied quotes for the projects we discussed. You can only make one first impression.
