It was a Friday night and our Furnace would not work even after trouble shooting.
It was 8 PM on a cold Friday night when I called Pronto. They came out and hour later and I was pleased with the customer service I received from Pronto. The tech answered any questions that we had and he fixed our furnace in a timely manor.
