Severely disappointed with the customer service after so many good reviews have said otherwise.

Good job calling right away, Emma, but...Our technician, Matt B, showed up almost 45 minutes after the scheduled two-hour window and did not acknowledge his tardiness. Instead, the first thing out of his mouth was a crack about a football team. I understand trying to lighten the mood but as a professional you should know better. You owed us an apology for being tardy and wasting our time.

Secondly, when you and I were talking you acknowledged you didn t fix anything so charging $199 for removing an air filter is ridiculous. Your knowledge and advice was useful, but your company should do a better job at pricing for the work completed.

Until someone reaches out and provides an apology for the terrible customer service, we will not be calling Pronto for future work.

Also, Wade, you should watch how you react to customers online. I can see that the poor work culture starts at the top.
