Have been on their monthly plan for a few years now and gotten the AC and Furnace tune-ups every year. Last year, something happened during the AC tune-up and they came out three additional times free of charge to diagnose and fix it. In the end, it was just a coincidence that the part failed around the time of the tune-up since it was not part of the A/C unit, but they still fixed it without extra charges.
