I bought a new chrysler 200 S at the end of Decemb...

I bought a new chrysler 200 S at the end of December. I was promised a remote starter, so I called and scheduled an appointment for the 2nd week of January to get the remote starter installed. I had an appointment for a Monday at 9am. So I drop my car off Monday, I do not get a call until 1pm for them to inform me they can not install the remote starter due to them not having the parts. Ok, I wish they would have said something when I made the appointment or when I dropped the car off, but no, I get a call 4 hours later. Fine, so they order the parts and they come in Thursday. So I call them, of course they do not call when the part comes in, I have to call. However, I then make an appointment for Monday at 9am again to drop my car off. They give me a rental because they informed me it could take all day. OK fine again. However, 5 days goes by and I have not heard from them to inform me the update on my car. So I call Saturday morning. I talk to the manager, and unfortunately, he has no answer for me because the tech working on my car is off for the day. So he asks if he can call me back Monday. So Monday comes, the manager calls me around 8am to inform me my car has just been sitting in their service garage for the entire week and NO work has been completed. The manager promised it will be ready today. I get a call 3 hours later to inform me my car is done.

So my question is: Where is customer service at this place. Can nobody call me for a whole week and give me an update. Why do I have to call back a week later just for them to tell me they haven't started working on my car? Why does the service department have my car for a FULL week when it only takes a few hours to complete. Are your technicians that lazy? Do they not know how to do their job? Frustrating, but worse is they have NO ANSWERS on to why my car was sitting at the service department for 8 days for a 3 hour job.....

I would NOT RECOMMEND this chrysler dodge. If I were you I would just drive the extra fee miles to another chrysler dodge, if you want satisfaction.

I had a wonderful experience at Courtesy Jerp Chrysler Dodge in Brandon. This is my 4th purchase from them and I refuse to go anywhere else. They worked tirelessly and for several hours to finally get me into the car I wanted and with a deal I was more than comfortable with. The listened and were extremely patient, I felt no pressure and feel they truly wanted me to be happy. They were very creative with their financing and continued working until we came to an agreement. Carl Johnson and Anthony (GSM) are by far the best guys I ve worked with yet when buying a car and I highly recommend them for their tenacity, honesty and professionalism. Highly recommend!!!!!

Horrible place to buy your first vehicle, they will tell you what ever they need to go get you to buy it. They are hard to get a hold of if you have a problem with your car. Then the wait time to get it into the shop was 18 days. And be careful because they will sneak things in the total price so be careful and look over everything twice.

There customer service was absolutely horrible.

I would vote 0 stars if possible.

Amazing customer service, I had a very difficult trade in and they worked with me. Sales representative Lance and Manager Fabio treated me like family.

Lance fought for me and knew my trade situation and what I could afford for my new car, he never gave up and worked with me until I drove off with my new 2017 Dodge Charger Daytona.

Fabio was amazing, didn't came to me to negotiate like every manager do, he came to me to talk, to know my story and my trade and he made it happen.

Appointment scheduled for Friday at 0800. I was told work would be complete the same day when I scheduled. Arrived at 0800 on Friday as scheduled. Waited 20 minutes for advisor to take car.

Friday 1600 called to check on status of vehicle, was told both technician & advisor was already gone.

Monday 1500 called to check status of vehicle, spoke with advisor. He informed me my vehicle was next on technicians list.

I expressed my frustration with turning vehicle in on Friday as appointment was scheduled & not having it touched until Tuesday. Whats the point of having an appointment. He stated (They) overbook frequently. He confirmed my sentiments that its useless to make an appointment & it s better to just walk in & drop off.

Took my van in because of a sound that sounded like bad breaks, calipers or rotors. They did and inspection that usually takes longer than 15 minutes along with a tire rotation and they said everything was perfect. A week later the sound got worse. I took it in again and they told me two sets of break pads and rotors need to be replaced for 570 dollars which would have been covered under the initial inspection. Really!!! They're running scams.

Price, trade, all the extras. Service staff. Sales staff. All perfect... Better than HUGE... I'm sure there might be good dealerships out there. But if you want the best.. This is it..

I bought my van from here one year ago. I have been to the service dept two times both times were horrible. Yesterday I took my van to have the oil changed, the check engine light is on I thought ot was due to needing the oil changed. After being there for 3 hours all that was done was my oil changed no one told me that something else was wrong with my car. As i get back in the car and turn it on the oil change required reminder comes on. So... I go in to ask about the reminder and the check engine light. I was told you came for an oil change not the check engine light. So i said i assumed they went together why didn't someone tell me what else is wrong. At this point and running late so i have to leave. I get back in the car and am driving down the road put my arm on the arm rest and get grease all over my arm. My driver side has grease all over it. I call the manager and all she sayd is bring it back and ill clean it. Needless to say I will never return to this dealership for anything. Not for service or to purchase my next vehicle.

This is the 3 time I take my Chrysler there for service and there is always a problem. I paid for the tires to be rotated and it was done. The oil wasn't changed the sicker for the oil was not changed. The air filter as not changed and then they get upset when you tell them that things aren't done the correct way. I will never go back here or recommend any one to come here. I work and when I take the car in to get something done I expect for it to be done the correct way not having to go back 3-4 times so they can get things done. My check didn't bounce 3-4 times....Horrible place. Please save your time and money and drive the extra miles an go somewhere where else. Yes I will make sure the general manager is aware.

I went into this dealership on 05/28 for service on my 2013 dodge dart that I purchased in August of 2015 from Frank D. due to his patience and understanding I called him prior to my visit this past Saturday to ask for his assistance on possibly getting into a different vehicle to fit my current active lifestyle he gladly agreed to entertain my time while waiting for my car to be serviced. When I arrive on Saturday I was promptly greeted by the service department and shortly after by Frank. The first time I dealt with Frank in August he stopped and listened to my needs and budget and placed me in a beautiful 2013 Dodge Dart which I insistently fell in love with. Frank stood out from any other salesman that I have dealt with because I didn't feel pressured to by a car or I didn't feel like i was wasting his time and he wasn't telling me what I needed or how much I should spend. When I came in on Saturday he took me to look at the Jeeps and all of them were gorgeous but I think he could tell that I needed a WOW car.... something that I would love and not want to walk away from and we definitely found it!! I am officially a proud driver of a beautiful 2016 Jeep Cherokee, now what makes this car different from any other car I have EVER driven is that not only is it beautiful and drives great but it is my very first car that has not been Pre-owned.
As Frank was promptly getting the numbers and paperwork taken care of I had the opportunity to glace around and observe my surroundings and realized that yeah I might have saved just a few more dollars going somewhere else but for the quality of service I receive each time I go to Courtesy jeep, Chrysler and Dodge that was worth the few extra dollars I spent Frank definitely has gone above and beyond each time I have dealt with him and for that I am extremely appreciative.
The very first time I went in I was greeted with a rose, the second time I was greeted with Frank (lol) and this last time I was greeted with smiles at 8:30 in the morning which always puts me anxiety at ease and my son and I were feed lunch (I swear its the little things that matter) but EVERY TIME I have been treated with respect, integrity and assurance that my son and I have a safe and reliable transportation. Thank you Frank Diaz and Courtesy Jeep, Chrysler and Dodge for all of you help. We love our new ride!!

I came in on. a whim at around 6pm contemplating trading in my vehicle. Without an appointment, the receptionist paired me up with Albert Myrick. With his expertise on the vehicles he had at hand he quickly found a 2020 Challenger that matched the qualifications I had. Instead of getting a used vehicle like I assumed I would have to I ended up leaving with a Brand New Challenger! Mr. Myrick was a delight to work with, very level-headed and actually listened to what I had to say. I appreciate his attention to detail as he was able to set realistic expectations on pricing, payments, etc. He has won me over and any time I go to buy a car in the future I will most certainly be giving him a call.

Contacted them to complete a routine oil change (car has a few oil changes through its warranty), and was instructed to use express lane.

Pull into the express lane, and wait over 30 minutes to get a service advisor to look at it and check it in.

Go to pick it up a few hours later, and waited around 15 minutes to get someone to give me my keys, and complete the paper work.

Car had dirty footprints, radio changed, turned up. Filled out the online survey, and then requested to do a google review. I'll be taking my car, and business elsewhere in the future.

My salesman, Ryan Dull, had enough experience that he was able to understand my interests and not badger my reluctance. I set a clear budget and he understood. Good man. I did not feel pressure though the Sales Manager was pushing me to "meet him half way". They took my views seriously and though they wanted more, they respected my limits and worked with them. No one used the catch phrase "What can we do to earn your business"

Had an appointment saturday for an oil change, rotation and to have a clicking / flapping sound looked at. Got onto the service bay at 12:00 PM, the service advisors completely ignored the line of people outside. Once of the porters asked the advisors to come out as some people had been waiting an hour and his response was "Ill be there in a minute i said".

After demanding a service advisor come out I was checked in at 12:45. They told me they would call me in a few hours to let me know what they found with the clicking. I did not hear from them at all saturday.

Monday around 10 AM i started calling. Not a single service advisor would answer any pages or any calls. Around Noon i demanded to speak with a service manager. The service manager(Diaz) told me that the mechanic had my car in his bay and that he was at lunch and there was no status at this point. He said he would call me as soon as the mechanic got back from lunch.

3:30 PM i still hadn't received a call so i called back, again paging and no response from both my service advisor (Stephanie) or Diaz. I finally got someone on the phone who told me my car hadnt even been looked at and was sitting outsite still waiting to be picked up.

They promised to have the oil change and rotation done and to look at the problem by 5 because at this point i was pretty frustrated.

I went to pickup the car at 5 and waited again, with 5 service advisors in the office while being completely ignored until a guy finally asked if i had been helped 15 minutes later. When i told him no he slid the paper work to me(no greeting nothing) "sign here", "Sign here", "99 dollars", "Heres your keys". Literally the only words the guy said to me.

The second i got on the highway the noise was still happening. Read the repair order and it said it was "test driven extensively". It took me 3 minutes to get the noise to happen again.

ADVICE TO MANAGEMENT:

None of your service advisors appear to enjoy having a job. They also dont do their job effectively and they cannot simply ignore people's phone calls. My family has been in the car business for decades, as owners and as service directors and i've never seen such a bad culture as a whole.

Between the lying and the absolute garbage service i will never be back here. The fact that i allowed you to take a hundred dollars from me for the service i got was already too much money to give you.

I paid cash for a 2016 Nissan GTR, and for my wife's 2017 Chrysler Pacifica Limited. You were close and convenient and you just lost really good customers. We will be going to Jerry Ulm from here on out.

I dropped my truck off on Thursday December 22nd and was told the piece for my truck would be in the next day as it was coming from Orlando. Saturday I called for an update and was told the part just got there and it would be done Christmas Eve. I called for an update on the 26th as NOONE has called me and was told the part never came in and it would be done on Friday. I called for the manager as my rep Victor would not return any of my calls and the woman who answered the phone was extremely rude and hung up every time she put me on hold so I had to call the sales dept to get through. I finally went to pick my truck up 3 days shy of TWO weeks later and it was still missing the seat assembly bracket! I will NEVER come to this dealership again and I will make it very clear to everyone I know and social media NOT to use this dealership for anything! Horrible customer service and follow through!

Made an appointment for 8:20 am. Had a service advisor actually help me at 9:04am. Worst service. Only had 2 service advisors working on a Saturday. Poor planning on their part. Several upset customers who had appointments & not being seen timely. Unsure if will you them again.

Sorry unfortunately I made the mistake of going to this service department again due to proximity for a repair and it has only gotten worse since my last visit. I'm sure how the doors are even open. The service department this includes all management positions have no regard for how bad the work is that they do and don't seem to care that customers leave unsatisfied and have to come back a week later for the same issue still happening. The managers Dave and Angie don't bother to take the time to follow up with a customer when they know the work was not completed properly the first and are always unavailable for phone calls and are not competent enough to return a phone call after multiple messages. Eventually I had to wait over 20 mins on hold to be able to speak with Dave. My service advisor (a term used loosely) guaranteed that he would stay in constant contact with me on my return trip for the issue that was not properly rectified the first time - at 4:20pm still had not heard from him & finally had to call myself to see what was going on. It was then I was informed my car needed to stay another day. This is not how you keep a customer or improve the opinion of a bad experience. I called to talk to the service managers & GM after receiving the only notification of the day at 4:20 pm. No one was available - NOT SURPRISED BY THIS AT ALL. I know where I will not be buying my next jeep. I will gladly drive hours away after this catastrophic debacle and will only go for service if the original problem is not resolved properly after this visit. I wish negative ratings were possible as this service department and the management staff of this dealership have no concept on how to try to improve a bad experience and make sure the customer is better satisfied. Do not waste your time on this dealership - you will be better served going elsewhere.

The cost of an oil change increased from $63 to $80. The tech also tried to tell my wife that she needed 4 new tires. BTW, the tires only have 12k miles on them. I checked them when she got home. No way near needing new tires. Then they wanted to charge $40 for a pair sanitizing spray. They said it'll last 60 days. BS!! I have bought three vehicles from this dealership, I will not be purchasing any other vehicles or taking my vehicles back for service.

Doug, Frank and Charlie have done an AMAZING job. I truly feel like a VIP. Charlie has been great working with me on the custom parts and letting me know pricing and when they could be at the dealer. Frank has been able to answer every question about how my custom jeep will all come together and will even be providing video walk-throughs since I am not local. Doug has been more than helpful on all of the sales aspects and sending example pictures for me to get ideas for my custom jeep, along with answering any and every question in a super quick fashion. I cannot WAIT for my new Jeep to be finished and delivered and I could not have asked for a better experience!

Had to get an oil change and still not impressed. Gave the service department another shot and still same great service. Had to reset my own check oil light and fill my own wiper fluid. While I was doing all this I had to see if they even changed my oil. It is bad when you pay for something on your vehicle and have to go behind someone who gets paid to do this just to make sure it's done. Guess I'll have to find another Dodge dealer to do warranty items and service work on my truck and car.

I recently took my 2011 Dodge Nitro Heat in for an oil change on October 22, 2015. I had to wait over 25 minutes, because the person that assisted me with an oil change earlier during the summer. He had inputted into the computer that I had over 14 million miles listed in the computer. The present Dodge representative had to make numerous phone calls to get my mileage corrected. Rob Crawford did an excellent job in taking care of me on October 22 (Thursday). This is one of the main reasons why I drive 40 minutes from Bradenton to the Dodge shop in Tampa to get top notch professional maintenance. I have been coming to this company since 2011. People skills and fantastic customer service skills goes a long way.

Called, made appointment date, was given a quote of $ 336 for work to be done. Arrived @ 7:30, service adviser came out to truck @ 7:50 . Entered office and first thing adviser said quote was for car, truck labor would be $40 more, then would give me 10% off of $376. I said OK. Had to leave truck, guaranteed it would be ready by afternoon. Received cal from adviser stating now bill would be $900 and something, explanation was $169 for "tune Up" $ 25 for service essentials and for 2 coil packs I might or might not need @ $108 apiece . Told him I only wanted the plugs changed , there are 16 on this model truck, asked did they break coil pack, adviser said no but it could happen and I would be responsible for them .There are 8 coil packs on this truck. I could be liable for 8 @ $108 each, worst case scenario, non at best, if "they" break them. Told adviser to put truck outside & I would come & get it, He "said" it would be $149 for checking out the truck. After some discussion I could just pick truck up. A day wasted miles spent to & from. To say the least, not at all satisfied with "results" or the lack of.
