My advice, DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM COURTESY!...

My advice, DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM COURTESY!!! Wish I could leave zero stars.

Purchased a brand new Tahoe this January that turned in to an absolute Lemon. Was literally in the shop at least every two weeks for over three months with a wide assortment of problems. After three months of ownership, my Tahoe had been in the shop for 13 cumulative days.

I attempted contacting GM Scott Gruell, who would not even return a phone call, but promptly handed me to Service Manager John Dunlap. The only advice he was able to provide was that Courtesy was not capable of doing anything to get me out of the Lemon, and that I had to file a claim with the BBB. Then, presumably, I would be shown the red carpet of Customer Service.

Finally, after the transmission blew with 2,000 miles on the Odometer, and getting more of the same from Mr. Dunlap, I went to another dealer to ask for advice. Within 8 hours, the other dealer had financial assistance from GM to buy back my Lemon, and get me a replacement Tahoe, which I love.

I had the pleasure of working with Lawraleen Adewunmi and Nate Rotolante. They were extremely helpful and did not preasure me into buying a vehicle. In short, my experience was phenomenal and I will definitely buy from them again. Thanks guys!!

Highly recommend Courtesy Chevy! Tyler put my needs above making a sale and made sure to answer all of my questions. As I first time buyer, I spoke with many dealerships across the valley and Courtesy was the only one that did not treat me like just another sale.

The ONLY reason I am giving a star at all is because the salesman I had was amazing!!! His name is John Wayne Brown and he is the nicest person to deal with. I had a deal made with him on a car that has had A LOT of wear and tear both inside and out on top of high mileage. Test drove the car with the AC NOT in working condition and still wanted to make a deal. That car had sat there for many weeks and I really wasn't sold on it until the price came down some. Even the great salesmen knew that! Did all of the paperwork and took a hit on my credit only to have the manager squash the deal and offer me one for $5,000 OVER the original asking price!!! The guy was very intrusive, rude and just plain obnoxious! I walked away and hope they lose money on the car! Buyers...Beware!! They like to stick it to you there. Thanks to John and the rest of the crew though. They were all nice. The manager sucks!

My appointment for an oil change was at 9:20a and it s now 2 hours and 20 minutes later and they are just pulling it into the bay. Why have people make appointments when they don t matter.

My service here was by far the best experience I've had at a dealership. Kevin did an explicable job taking care of me. He asked all the right questions to make sure I got the right car for me. Everyone greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel more than welcome to be doing business with this establishment. I will, of course, recommend all my friends and family to come here!!

I came in looking to buy a specific truck, they didn't have what I was looking for because they sold out of all of them. I ended up getting a bigger better version of what i was looking for at the price I couldn't resist. I also got a lot more for my trade then expected. Couldn't be happier with my new truck.

I went to multiple different places and no one seemed to be able to help me with my credit and low down payment get into a decent vehicle. However when I went to courtesy I worked with Jesus and he made sure to help in any way he could and got me into a great car with the payments I wanted. He was very patient and helpful. He addressed all my questions and concerns. I also dealt with Brooke to finish out my deal and she was wonderful. She made sure I was comfortable and did not have any questions unanswered before I left the lot. Thank you for the wonderful customer service!

It's important to trust service on my vehicle, that it needs it and that it's done correctly. I trust my Service Consultant, Tim Jackson, completely. It's a huge relief to be able to do so. Tim keeps me informed of the progress as I wait and consults with me about those things within my control during service. I feel like a part of the process of care for my vehicle, and that's something I appreciate. I wouldn't buy from any other dealership, in large part due to the service provided at Courtesy Chevrolet.

This place should have 1 Star if any. I ve had to take my car in about 6 times here and each time has been miserable. Courtesy Chevrolet has almost cost me my job with the amount of time I ve had to take off going there. A week ago I called to schedule an appointment and told them exactly what needed to be replaced. They told me I could drop of my car the next week to get it fixed. I dropped it off at 1PM and then 4 hours later was told that they needed to order the part which was going to take 5 business days. So now here I am having to go to this place AGAIN because they don t know how to do their job.

Horrible experience in the service department. It's pretty evident you need not be highly educated to work there. I've bought 3 cars there and never again will buy from Courtesy Chevrolet. New prospective buyers be aware of the concept of "service" related issues after buying a vehicle.

I have been coming there for over 10 years, Erik Montano always takes extra special care with all our vehicles and has for years. We have bought many vehicles from Courtesy and bring them to Courtesy even for oil changes. Thank you!!

When my husband and I went to Courtesy Chevrolet we were not sure that we would get approved. Anthony Alfaro was referred to us by a prior employee and the second we met with him he was very friendly and polite and responsive to our questions. He ended up getting us approved with our bad credit and all. The vehicle we chose was not ready to be sold. Anthony Alfaro assured us that he would get the vehicle ready for us by the time we were ready to pick it up, which meant he pretty much was over seeing and helping finish the details on our vehicle. Anthony Alfaro was available anytime to answer any questions we had about the vehicle. Anthony sent pictures of the vehicle to show the progress. He even came in on his day off to assist us. Very dedicated and great help to get us financed. We definitely will go back to Courtesy Chevrolet and go see Anthony Alfaro for all our future vehicle needs. Thanks Anthony!

Had a very disappointing experience with this place over the past 2 days. I expected a more simple and accurate sale but instead I found myself putting a down payment for a vehicle for them to give me every reason on why I can't get the car. I was given the run around the entire time, I also informed them of all difficulties that I was having and was assured everything was good. It wasn't until I put the car on my insurance and attempted to pick the car up that I was told there was a problem. People please don't let these corporations spend you to get your sell in their system then flip everything. I was very disappointed And hurt by the experience and I will never direct anybody here because of the experience I had.

Bought a new Equinox at Courtesy back in June, got $6,500 off MSRP, although the advertised price was $7,500 off MSRP. The mistake according to the dealership was not their fault, so I purchased anyway because it was still a descent deal. Was contacted by Courtesy within a week about receiving a GM survey, and that anything less than totally satisfied on the survey was a failure for them. My reply was that I couldn t give a totally satisfied because of the advertising error that they took zero responsibility for. After much thought, I came up with a solution to make everyone happy.. If they would agree to provide me with $260 (MSRP) in vehicle accessories, which really cost the dealership less than $200, I would be totally satisfied. I looked at it as recouping 20% of the $1,000 dollar advertising error that went in the dealerships favor. The salesman stated from the new car GM, He said is ok getting these items for you to make your buying experience more pleasant here at Courtesy . Great, except I never got a survey from GM because they are random. So, emailed the salesman. Of course no reply. Turns out, they weren t concerned about my car buying experience, just receiving a great rating on the survey, obviously. So, as a retired disabled vet, I will start tomorrow, research contact info at GM and tell my story to whomever will listen pertaining to the shadiness of this entire scenario with Courtesy Chevrolet.

BUYER BEWARE! THE OLD BAIT AND SWITCH IS ALIVE AND WELL at Courtesy Chevrolet Dealerships. I found a nice used truck online for the right price and spoke to 4 different sales reps about it to only be told later they decided not to sell it because it was going to be wholesaled out at the auction. They wanted me to find another vehicle more expensive or new because that one all of a sudden they didn't want to sell it to a customer. They came up with a million excuses why it didn't meet the quality of vechicle they want to sell but it was online and for sale when I spoke to all those sales reps who called me every few hours to get me down there. If a vehicle is not ready for sale. It should not be posted online. There are other 1 star reviews with people complaining about the same type of thing.

So I have had 3 years to really reflect about my experience with Courtesy Chevrolet and what I ve learned about car buying, predatory loans, and just how good the salespersons here are at exaggerating and embellishing what kind of deal you are really getting.

First off, READ THE FINE PRINT and don t let them rush you into buying a car. I was naive and they totally took advantage of me by making my 2014 Chevy Cruze a value of $26k when looking up on Edmunds and other sites, it was about $10-12k less in value. They applied my $1,000 cash down payment and said my truck was worth $4,000 trade in to bring my grand total price to over $21k. Basically gave them my clunker and $1,000 cash for absolutely nothing. I later learned cars just like the one I purchased were only selling at about $14k.

In hindsight, I will never purchase anything General Motors, or sign up with ALLY auto which seems to be a staple for dealers selling GM products. ALLY auto has pre-payment clauses that charge you a daily early payment fee for every single day that you try to pay-off your loan early. I feel so taken advantage by the dealership and auto financing company and I can whole heartedly promise I will never purchase a vehicle from this dealership again and I will never recommend anyone purchasing from here either. Not that anyone who works there actually cares and I m sure I will get a beautiful automated technical response from whomever happens to have a pulse.

I came across Courtesy of Chevrolet on a google search and I am so glad I did! As a first time buyer, they made my first experience so easy. I met with Kevin Good to look at a few vehicles. He was very nice, honest, attentive, and knowledgeable on any vehicle I had questions about. I felt that he truly cared about my safety and the vehicle he was suggesting for me. After I committed to a vehicle, it felt like he was just as excited about it as I was! I had to wait a day to get my vehicle but he kept me updated on everything up to the point of me being able to pick it up. Even after I left he called to make sure I was ok and happy with the vehicle. I will recommend family and friends to Courtesy of Chevrolet 100% because of Kevin. Thank you for a great experience!

I never review anything or anyone because I feel that only Bad services get reviewed or the good reviews are biased. But this is my 4th time taking my 2013 Chevy Captiva for service to them and they are just incredible. It's always just my daughter and me, and we would get the basic, courtesy drink and charger if I needed it. This past Monday I took my car in for a diagnostic and oil change and once again they were exceptional. My son got little hot wheels and we got everything diagnosed and fixed within hours. Love Mike and A.J getting it done, and those cashier girls are always such a pleasure to talk to!! Thank you to all the staff at Courtesy Chevrolet!

This was the best experience I could have asked for for a first time car purchaser. I went across the street at first to the Ford dealership to look for a car. The salesman left me outside for ten minutes to look up random information, and when the price was extremely steep, they were extremely pushy, rude, and not professional whatsoever. Courtesy Chevrolet was completely different. From the moment we got there, James was out waiting for us and stayed with us the entire time and was straight forward, friendly, and respectful during the entire process. I had him pull up almost a dozen vehicles to look at, and he did it without hesitation and was willing to help me find the perfect car that would fit into my own budget. He made my experience remarkable and it felt like I was with family. He was easy to talk to and eager to listen. I would never go anywhere else in Phoenix for a car and would recommend everyone to go to Courtesy Chevrolet and ask for James Balazs. Thank you James for everything!

Purchased a new car on 4th of July . Told by sales rep I get a new TV! I was so excited about getting my new TV in about 2 weeks or so. That I decided to pay it forward and give my old TV to a less fortunate individual. It has been been almost 8 weeks and still no TV. MANNY if you see this my next week step is to go down there and spoil whatever sale you have going on at the time . It's not right to sell with a fake promise !

Worst car-buying experience out of the last 5 I've...

Worst car-buying experience out of the last 5 I've had.

Rather than making small things gone wrong right, this location will coerce customers into changing their reviews.

See below for details of my experience.

1. Discussed pricing with salesman on a Sunday evening and they pushed the purchase off until next day due to working hours after test driving a few and finding an acceptable one. Understandably so since it was 5:50p on Sunday.
2. When I arrived, the price jumped an additional $4,000 over night and was well over what we discussed the day prior. I feel like I was baited to come back the next day with promises of "we got you exactly what you want" and appropriate financing messages when confirming the next day prior to arriving (and I live over 40 minutes away).
3. The certified pre-owned warrant status of the vehicle was a sham and barely covered anything. This wasn't disclosed until the financing process and thus the pricing jumped on the monthly payment by over $100.
4. The finance officer, Edwin, had a used car salesman vibe with how fast he was trying to rush through the seemingly disjointed process as he required 20 minutes to get set up and frantically bustled between offices. While waiting, someone else waiting mentioned that his license plate had still yet to arrive after the purchase had been completed, stating that he needed to submit additional paperwork weeks AFTER the purchase was completed.
5. After the shady purchase was completed, the detailing department didn't even clean the truck completely and left me with a dusty AF truck bed and disgustingly dirty keys covered in thumb grime. The team didn't fill the gas tank up before the purchase was complete and I drove off with 1/4 tank.
6. The finance department then proceeded to hassle me for additional documentation that the finance officer missed or didn't collect in his rush to push a warranty on me. The purchase of the vehicle dragged on for an additional 2 weeks due to my 5a-7p work schedule and got down to the wire.
7. After driving the vehicle for about a week, I noticed that the seat started vibrating when driving above 70 mph and when I brought it in the service department proceeded to tell me that the services I needed to have done would be charged, regardless of my "extended bumper to bumper" warranty that I had paid an additional $3000 for.
8. Haven't received a satisfaction survey to give them the feedback so apparently the only way this kind of experience will ever get fixed is through a terrible Google review.

Extremely unsatisfactory service all around and seems like lots of misdirection and dishonesty around the process. As a Marine veteran, this is simply UNSAT and will not purchase here, refer friends here, and will ensure my friends, family, and fellow veterans looking for an honest and straightforward car-buying experience go elsewhere.

More to be added on 7/27:
1. This sales manager then proceeded to tell me I had scheduled my appointment to fix my newly purchased truck on Monday when I clearly told him and showed my my schedule is only available for Saturday at 1:30p. He agreed and assured me that the truck would be taken care of then after initially assuring that my truck's issue was my fault for reckless driving (mind you, I have a Progressive driving quality tracker for my policy).
2. When I called to give them a heads up, the service manager told me that the appointment was scheduled for Monday because they knew Saturday was busy. Completely false as my notes I took indicated Saturday at 1:30.
3. When I showed up after they finally agreed to fix my truck, an assistant sales manager was waiting to tell me that they would conditionally fix my truck (balancing the tires for $69) if I took my reviews down. They literally tried to blackmail me into not keeping this review up.

Can't speak lowly enough for this company and their coercive practices. Won't be taking my vehicle to get serviced anymore either as their department, which was "full," had what appeared to be empty bays and mechanics walking about in no apparent hurry.

I came into Courtesy Chevrolet after dealing with 3 other shady dealerships and this experience far exceeded my expectations. I was immediately greeted by Adam who was not only professional and polite but extremely understanding and knowledgeable. He genuinely cared and made sure I could get the deal I came in looking for. He was extremely patient and did everything he could to accommodate my requests and budget and even offered ordering me food while
I waited. I would highly recommend coming to this family owned dealership. Ask for Adam, he'll get you a great deal and you won't feel bombarded by BS. Misty and Eric were also very helpful in the process. I love my car, and appreciate the amazing service, thank you!

Benny Gonzalez was awesome to work with. I didn't feel the high pressure most people get concerned about when buying a car. I felt as though he was looking out for my needs and not his own sales numbers.

I purchased a Tahoe from Lamar (sales) and Stan (finance) 3 years ago which was a great experience. The guys were straight forward and extremely fair to deal with. So much so that I traded in the Tahoe for a Suburban. I feel that I received the most competitive deal out of the gates with no BS. Save yourself the stress and work with these guys.

I was guranteed this dealership would beat another dealerships deal at 33k for a colorado and when I pushed to get numbers done they came up with a bull answer of 48k dollars for there's that was originally 35k. How is that guranteed? They went completely the wrong direction on the deal so I went with the 33k dollar deal I had made at another dealership.
This dealership was aggressive and not able to work on deals they say they can garuntee

I was looking for a new Malibu with all of the lat...

I was looking for a new Malibu with all of the latest technology features. Besides the desired options, I also wanted a light color exterior. I searched the inventory of several Chevrolet dealers in both the Tucson and Phoenix area. At the current time, Courtesy Chevrolet had the lowest price on the color I wanted. Most of the other dealers did not come close in price to the internet-only deal on Courtesy. Gateway Chevrolet came the closest, but I would have needed to trade in my current car to get that price and I am giving that cart to my son. Also, the Gateway car included a Tri-Color paint that I would have had to pay extra for.

Several dealers had some really good prices on the 2016 modes. I was tempted to buy one based on the huge savings but I really wanted to get some of the latest safety options and to make my wife happy, there were some convenience options I also really wanted. It turned out that any remaining 2016 models in the immediate area did not have everything I wanted. So, in the end, I decided to go with a car that had everything we were looking for. Since Courtesy Chevrolet's internet deal was so good, I did not try to negotiate the price down further. The only negotiations was to ask if Courtesy would agree to deliver the car to my house in Oro Valley since my wife can't/won't drive that far. They agreed and the sale was made.

This is our third purchase of a Malibu: 2005; 2011 and now 2017. We love them, and fully expect to purchase our next Malibu when they are able to totally drive themselves.

I love the GM Certified car I bought, and had a great overall experience with all the staff. My salesman, Jordan Ventenilla, was very helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. He guided me to the right car for me and helped me get a great deal. When it comes time for another vehicle, this is where I will start.

About a month ago, my girlfriend and I walked in and we were impressed with the attention we were given and their determination to help us buy a car that was in the budget we presented. After finding a car that was very appealing, we noticed it was a little above the budget so we said we might keep looking somewhere else, but they were determined to drop the price so we could buy the car. After they "worked their magic" they showed us the final price and we were excited that the price dropped about $1500. Shaking their hands, we thought we had a great deal with the salesman and his manager. But after getting into the financing office and looking over the paperwork, we noticed that the price really didn't drop but that the $1500 just moved to another place we hadn't noticed before. We had already signed half of the papers, and we figured we could go through with it, but we felt incredibly cheated. If they would have just told us they couldn't drop the price, we would have looked for another car in the lot and been happy with a deal that was actually honest. We would've recommended them before, but now with this experience, we see the deception and are disappointed in their sales.

Me and my family have bought many cars from Courtsy Chevrolet in the last 10 years. When my son was ready for a car we took him there 4 months ago to buy a car.He had saved up $2500 to put down on a used car. When we arrived we are greeted by a nice salesman that took us inside and asked us some questions and filled out some paperwork. He then came back with his director manager (Josh Blecker). His manager told us to go to their used car lot ,they have nicer cars and more options for him.He wrote on a little yellow paper (Rush Motors) at 9201 N 7th street .He also gave us a phone # to Steve one of his managers. We go to Rush Motors the next day. When we arrive it looked a little strange it was a little lot with not many cars but we trust the people of Courtsy we have for years. We meet with Steve and show us a few cars.We pick one out and Steve told us with $2500 the payments are $345 a month at 24%.We were concerned about the interest because my son has good credit and that rate was super high.Steve called Josh and showed up about 30 min. later with another guy named Jermy.Jermy told us in Spanish we can sign today and refinance down the road and get a way better rate.We agreed and gave Josh the $2500 and signed the paper work and Josh said wait at least 2 months to refinance the loan
So 2 months later we go to our bank and apply for refinance .Our son got approved at a 7.99% rate so he was so excited but here is when it goes wrong. We gave them the vin number to the car Josh Blecker sold us and they told us they can not finance this car because it has been in 2 wrecks and has FRAME DAMAGE plus the mileage is wrong.I couldn t believe it then he showed me the car report and it was all true.We went home devastated. We called Rush Motors and talked to Steve and he cut us off and said the report is wrong and there is nothing he can do it s our car now.I couldn t believe Courtsy Chevrolet could do this to my family.I started to do research and then I was shocked even more.Rush Motors is not owned by Courtsy. It is owned by Josh Blecker.I couldn t believe it .We go to Courtsy Chevrolet a place we trusted for years and their director sends us to his lot to scam my son.Now we are stuck with a car at 24% and can t refinance it because the car had frame damage and other problems. So many problems and taken advantage of because we trusted Courtsy Chevrolet .I know I not the first customer sent to Rush Motors by Courtsy s greedy director Josh Blecker .He is taking advantage of Courtsy customers to personal profit .My son is now stuck paying over $12,000 plus the $2500 down payment .
I blame Courtsy Chevrolet 100% because they are letting employees scam their customers and turning a blind eye. They are accessories to people getting ripped off at their store

I just want to thank my Sale man Kenny in the internet department. I was looking for a equinox he was so patient and willing to answer all of my questions and willing to show me my options on a new and used equinox. I will make sure to come back for my next purchase and send him my family friends to buy from him.

Update: Debbie Granger replied and asked for me to email her. Once I was able to email her (now about a month ago), I have yet to receive a reply...

I purchased a 2013 Nissan Altima December of 18. When I purchased, it was agreed that they would fix the tennis ball sized dent on my bumper. Once I had signed my paperwork, I had asked my sales lady when I could come back to get the bumper fixed. She gave me the Service departments number and just told me to call them when I was free. When I was free and able to call, they advised me they had no idea what I was talking about- and conveniently my sales woman seemed to be no longer employed there. My other issue, or a sub part to my 1st concern- is their customer service. When I go in for an oil change, the check out ladies always have an attitude and ignore me like I m not standing at the counter... so my newest concern and issue is that I just got home from a drive in movie and my battery had died while there. When my roadside assistance came out he went to jump it and showed me that I had the wrong battery I my car. He showed me the size it should be and advised me that my battery is fit for a Prius. Before purchasing my car they advise that perform a full inspection, etc.. completely disappointed and will not be returning. My last 6 oils changes at this point aren t even worth it. Along with this, I haven t not needed to service my car and have only gone to Courtesy 2 other times for those oil changes and my vehicle has not been in a shop at all since purchase so I know it was not any other mechanic.

We were very well taken care of while there. We didn't spend the whole day there like we had in the past at other dealerships. Everyone was very friendly and made us feel welcome.

They dropped the price of a used 2016 GMC Canyon quite a bit from what they had advertised. Although there was some pressure to buy, I never felt like they were being unfair. I'd definitely do business with them in the future if they had the vehicle i was looking for. Their dealership also offers free oil changes for life on any GM vehicle for being active military or a veteran. Highly recommended.

I have bad experience here and I would not recommend you here. They told me I have 3yrs free change oil but when I called them last 4months they told me I don t have free change oil. The dealer he Rip off me big time. He took my money and my 2cars but he give me a broke car I was really regret after I purchase the car.

A horrible experience from day one. I needed a new vehicle and had 3 conditions, I didn't want leather interior, I wanted tinted windows, and I wanted under 40k. I only planned on keeping it for a year. So the make and model wasn't important. I was ready to walk away 3 times because of the service I received. Worst customer service ever. I found a vehicle I could deal with, but met none of the requirements. I bought it anyway. Bad choice. I was told that I had 5 free oil changes 3 free tire rotation. And a "bumper to bumper" warranty. I went to get the oil changed and tires rotated after 5k miles and was told that the tire rotation would be an additional charge. After raising some fuss I was given one free rotation. I noticed after the service I had a vibration while braking and at 70 mph. I scheduled an appointment at 3:30. I was told when I arrived "I hope you can just leave it" I have one vehicle. I can't go a day without my car. So I went and spoke to the manager who then told me he actually could get it in for a rotation. But that the vibration while braking would be an additional charge. Are you freaking kidding me?!? I've put 5k miles on a car and the brakes are toast! There was not a thorough inspection done. When I brought that up to him he said "sales handles inspection not service" basically, not my job or my problem. The absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced. Do not buy here. Run run run.

From the service received and complete desire to make sure I got into the vehicle I specifically wanted is the main purposed I rated all 5s(Great)...Kudos to Lamar Mclaughlin for his energetic and positive approach and strive to not give up at getting my now purchased Dodge Magnum when the deal almost didn't happen (Bank & down payment issue)...the moment he was introduced as my salesman I could tell that this is a guy that loves his job, and one of the main reason why I will refer as many of my friends that are looking to buy...I would recommend that all car dealerships should have at lease 1 Larmar Type salesman.

I also appreciate the service quality that was provided to me by Courtesy Chevrolet I felt very at home outside and inside the dealership, very clean and just like the name...truly Courtesy. I look forward to future service trips (Oil changes ETC.)

Had my oil changed. Time was a little long but friendly staff free snack bar with services. Check-in was quick with a good description of what was done. Nice facility inside but outside shop is dated.

January 2019 UPDATE

January 2019 UPDATE
Unfortunately, just over a year later, I returned to Courtesy needing help. Red-light Runner totalled my Cruze, so I needed help fast. David Escobar contacted me, met him there, took my insurance claim paperwork and in no time, got me going with a 2019 Malibu!! David was amazing, incredibly respectful, friendly and professional! The whole team worked hard to get me back on the road, and I can t thank you all enough for that! You have a customer for life!

I purchased a 2012 Chevy Sonic from this dealership back in 2013, so I knew I was going to be treated well. Nate met me and took me to look at the selection of Cruzes available. He was very knowledgeable about the car, answered all my questions. He even pointed out things I didn't know, especially about the Auto-Stop function, so he was able to anticipate and inform me ahead of time. Then he worked quickly to get the best deal possible. I could not have asked for a better buying experience. Thank you very much!!

Always an excellent service experience!

Always an excellent service experience!
Jesse, just need to thank you for your professional attentive and caring manner in which you tended to me and my vehicles veteran oil change. I truly appreciate the manner in which you expeditiously got me in and out. Thank you for the free drink and your concern to get me a shuttle if needed. You're a proponent to the Courtesy Chevrolet organization.

Much better than the other couple rude dealerships I visited. Lamar and Jeremy were able to address any concern me or my wife had and I was able to drive off the same day. Very professional. I even got a free cheeseburger meal:)

We were hit by a truck on our way west and our Tahoe was a total loss. We rented a car and continued our trip and started to look for a new Tahoe to replace our lost one. We searched the internet and left messages at many places. Kelly Hanes immediately responded and we gave her our rather specific requirements for a new car. She was very active in finding the right car for us and most responsive to our every need. We negotiated and dealt with four or five other dealers but we arrived at the best solution with Kelly and concluded the purchase of a new Tahoe..
We have bought quite a few cars in the last forty years and dealt with many different people so we are very picky about who we deal with because we don't like to be pressured. Kelly and Jeremiah were the best we've negotiated with. They were very responsive to our particular needs, found the right car for us and got the right price for us, all in a most pleasant manner. They went the "extra mile" to help us in our situation. We couldn't be more pleased with Kelly Hanes and Courtesey Chevrolet.

My husband and I were very impressed with the sales buying experience we had with Lamar. He was very knowledgeable about the Tahoe and inquired about what was important to us. He was very upfront and honest with us which we appreciated having been through very different experiences with other dealerships. It was quite refreshing. The rest of the staff was extremely helpful and nice which added to the overall positive rating. We would definitely recommend Courtesy to our family and friends.

I moved this from a 5 star to a 3.

I moved this from a 5 star to a 3.

I don t really appreciate getting sales calls at 8 in the evening while I m trying to enjoy my dinner. I acknowledge the hustle but c mon, have some boundaries. Good initiative, bad judgement...

My wife and I have owned over 30 cars in 20 years,...

My wife and I have owned over 30 cars in 20 years, so we've acquired a lot of experience with car-buying. So, we know all of the "tricks" that dealerships can play with sneaky add-ons, pressure tactics, bait-and-switch, etc. There was absolutely no games or trickery going on from start to finish with regard to my purchase of a 2018 Tiguan SE. Edwin Marinez was our salesman. He treated us extremely well and he really went out of his way to make it a very positive car-buying experience for us. Edwin is a down-to-earth Chicagoan and he has a very kind and pleasant demeanor. Besides being personable, Edwin is experienced in not just auto sales but auto-finance as well; that showed throughout the negotiating and deal-making process involving a manager. Give Edwin a shot and you won't regret it. Also, Erik the finance manager was awesome to work with and he respectfully accepted my decisions when we talked about gap insurance and extended warranties and vehicle protection programs. Erik got us a killer interest rate which enabled us to add Ally warranty coverage to the loan with a monthly payment we could afford.

The first time I bought a used vehicle from here, ...

The first time I bought a used vehicle from here, it was great (compared to now). My situation started when I got a call saying they wanted to "buy back" my car and get me into a new vehicle (aka trade in). I said I would come in and did. I met with Ryan Washington and it went well until I couldn't afford the monthly payments so I left. This is not my complaint.
Ryan contacted me three times to come back in and see if they could get me into a new car. The first time I showed up we had agreed on a time. When I showed up he was "with a customer" so I waited. Then I over heard the receptionist say that he was gone for the day. Later, I was told he was sick and left. Fine, it happens. Benefit of the doubt.
The second time I showed up at another agreed time slot. Once again, there was no Ryan. He isn't there because he clearly doesn't work that late. What makes me say that? His co-workers and the receptionist aren't as quiet as they may think.
I was contacted by again Ryan asking when I can come in. I said I did not want to because I had already showed up twice and he was a no show. His response was that he "set up someone to meet me". Not true because the second time he did a no show, a random manager walked out to chat to the receptionist and asked if I had been helped. She said 'No, Ryan Washington already left for the day'. He did his best and I had no problem with him.
The third time he contacted me to insinuate it was for sure. So we agreed on "noonish". He said he would have to speak to his manager to see if the special he had spoken about would be good for 2 days later. I made a 4 hour drive and showed up at 12:16pm then sent him a text to verify the deal was still good and that I was there. He responded by saying the deal was still good, he would tell me about it but that he was in a meeting. A meeting is defined as "an assembly of people, especially the members of a society or committee, for discussion or entertainment." I said I was there at the dealership and was leaving afterwards and would not be coming back. So, as the patient person I am, I waited. After 20 minutes I figured it was not meant to be. As I drove out of the parking lot, who do I see? Ryan Washington speaking to other customers. I understand he was working but to use the excuse (on top of so many) that he was in a "meeting" is a lie. There's no reason why I would do business with an individual like him, whom represents a whole dealership, so I called my cell phone company to block his number. At this point Ryan was pretty much harrassing me because he does not have the capacity to keep his word nor have any time management skills. If I had the same problem in my job where I lied to ill and scared patients, I could possibly be unemployed.
