I never review anything or anyone because I feel that only Bad services get reviewed or the good reviews are biased. But this is my 4th time taking my 2013 Chevy Captiva for service to them and they are just incredible. It's always just my daughter and me, and we would get the basic, courtesy drink and charger if I needed it. This past Monday I took my car in for a diagnostic and oil change and once again they were exceptional. My son got little hot wheels and we got everything diagnosed and fixed within hours. Love Mike and A.J getting it done, and those cashier girls are always such a pleasure to talk to!! Thank you to all the staff at Courtesy Chevrolet!
