I was a little confused finding the parts dept. But once there service is excellent, needed a battery for my fob, No problem great price had me out the door in minutes. Great place and people, excellent customer service.

Chevrolet does not care about their customers..from the sales person to the finance dept, to the gm and even general motors themselves can care less about a customer who just spent 30,000 on a brand new vehicle. I will advise evryone to stay away from Chevy, specifically. Courtesy Chevrolet on Camelback Rd in Phoenix Arizona because the first thing they will do is shop your credit to every finance company in the state which will destroy your credit..And when all said and done, they will do absolutely nothing beneficial for you.
This place is a joke I never complain but I feel that I need to warn people about this dealership. I bought my FJ Crusier from them about 4 months ago with just 20,000 miles on it. I needed an oil change and noticed the check engine light was on so I made an appointment to bring it in. Upon arrival for my scheduled appointment I waited 20 minutes before being helped. The service technician who was assigned to me was awkwardly rude for no apparent reason asking me " why I brought my car to them? " I bought my car from them and my purchase included service and a warranty which seemed like the obvious reason still baffled the service technician. Eventually I gave up trying to explain the logic of my decision and told him please have an oil change done and I'll figure the check engine light out another time. I dropped my car off at 7am and it's now 630pm and I am still waiting for a simple oil change to be completed! -Rude service technician -Late for appointment time -Late for pick up -Still have a check engine light on = AVOID COURTESY CHEVROLET
Hello. Thank you for your great customer service AJ, car wash, shuttle and Uber. The only thing I have to complain is that, on my driver side, there is a handprint of grease on my sun visor. I never had that there before. I just bought this truck and it was super clean. If you have any product to take it off, I would greatly appreciate it. Other then that, I highly recommend Courtesy Chevrolet for there service and Joe V. car salesman.
Thanks Lamar McLaughlin for helping me with my purchase of the 2019 Chevrolet Trax. You made the whole entire process smooth. Thanks for your expertise and knowledge of Chevy vehicles. You definitely belong somewhere very high up in this company and you are a true asset to the company. Best salesman at chevy hands down 10/10 would recommend Lamar!
Always a great experience. My service advisor Erik Montano is always professional, courteous and overall good person. He is the reason why I continue my business with Courtesy Chevrolet.
Came in for our free oil change (which we paid for in dealership fees when we bought the car). Made an appointment for 830am, waited in line in the car, 20 minutes. As we approach the line we see this guy checking tire pressures with his pants below his butt & underwear hanging out. 20 minutes later someone finally approaches us to try to check us in. We tell him we re here for an oil change and we have an appointment (he walks away) someone else comes up asked if we ve been helped we tell him the same thing. We are FINALLY checked in. Well 2 hours later we asked how much longer it would be and they haven t even touched the car. The lady at the desk called the service guy over and after speaking to him he said they have a new scheduling system that overbooks them and they fall behind and can t keep up. Now 2 1/2 hours later they are finally working on the car. 3,1/2 hours later we re on our way home. Never waited so long for an oil change. 3 1/2 hour wait for a simple oil change.
Went online to look at prices and ended up going in to Courtesy Chevrolet because the price was right. Sales rep was Mario Ruiz and he provided a great service to us!
I do not appreciate there sales associates. I enquired about a 2016 dodge caravan from which they gave me information and then communicated to me it was not available which was okay. However they called me to tell me that they made a mistake and the car is still available and after some good pricing i drove all the way from buckeye to find out the car in fact isnt even in there inventory. What makes it a one star is that i got poor customer service and was shown the wrong vehicle and then tried to sale me a 2015 for 2 grand more . They could care less about my bussiness.I ended up purchasing a van from Heggs chrysler dodge ram dealership
Best automobile purchase experience in my life. My car sales representative worked for me with no pressure. Lamar McLaughlin was so helpful and patient with me. Family business in business for a reason.....thanks
My battery had died yesterday morning. I was able to make an appointment for 3pm that same day. After getting a jump-start, I drove to the dealership and dropped my vehicle off several hours early. They were able to replace the battery well before my scheduled appointment. They're always fast and courteous.
Service for a really strange group of symptoms was easily resolved by Courtesy Chevrolet, started with Tim Jackson, my service consultant. The symptoms were messages on the message center pointing to power steering problems, air bag needing servicing, and tire monitor needing services. The solution after pretty thorough check was replacing the battery.
Tim is the Greatest!!!!!! He took my car in on a day without an appointment, that was loaded with others who had made appointments. He fit me in, got the job done, had me driven home and then back when the repairs were finished. He is such a great asset to Courtesy Chevrolet, has great people skills, and knows the product. He looks after my car like it's his! Great help like an anesthesiologist and better surgeon.
They'll say whatever they need to to get you in the door then take the rug out from under your feet. I wasted hours of my life here. Go somewhere with integrity.
Art Gonzalez was the best sales person ever wwooot wooott ART GONZALEZ @ courtesy chevrolet is best internet sales person ever. Everything was handled and done before showing up. My time at dealer was only signing paperwork i already saw before going to the dealer. Then Art Gonzalez drove to my home and did a awesome showing of the spark. Art gonzalez art gonzalez all the way
The COSTCO Auto Program representative at Courtesy Chevrolet in Phoenix is Eric Steffes. Eric deserves a big A+++++++ for the customer service he provided me and my wife. It was such a good experience to have him as our sales professional. The COSTCO Auto Program is very fortunate to have him as their representative and should be proud of the enthusiasm and energy he radiates in the performance of his sales service. It was our good fortune to work with an intelligent, honest, personable, and knowledgeable person as Eric Steffes.
I must say that we truly appreciated all of his assistance with the purchase of our 2013 Equinox LTZ, and he is one of the main reasons that we will consider doing business with Courtesy Chevrolet again in the future.
Please call Courtesy Chevrolet, ask for Eric Steffes, and you will see the difference. I would very strongly recommend Courtesy Chevrolet and Eric Steffes to everyone.
I came in a year ago with 3 trade ins and money down. I was put into a 2008 honda civic hybrid. Cute car. At the time I needed a reliable vehicle. I didn't have much credit and credit I did have wasn't so good either. I got put on a 1st buyers program. Unfortunately I don't have the vehicle anymore. This is where I Got SCREWED big TIME!! The finance company i got approved with us the worst by far. Interest rate was out the A$$. For my 3 vehicle trade ins and an extra $500.00 down, I only got $2550.00 applied to my loan. The car at its value in the lot was around 9k. Finall price was was over $17k. That's just WOW! My mind is just blown away. Then on my contract the only vehicles that was applied was 2 out of my 3. And the papers that was to sign then over only had 1 of the vehicles on there twice. So where did my other vehicle go? Where was any monies from that car to be applied to the loan? Its really sad and pathetic to of taken advantage of me and ruined my credit, time, and especially money and trade in values. If google has a no star or 0 I would give it a double 0. Shame on y'all....
Car buying is stressful (let s face it, no matter how helpful people are it will ALWAYS be overwhelming) but the people at Courtesy make it easier! Even after my purchase was complete I had questions and everyone went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and satisfied with the outcome. Customer service, specifically Debbie and Jessica, were awesome to work with! Even though it s a bit of a drive from home, I will definitely be using this dealership as my dealership of choice, and referring all of my friends and family to them! 5 stars, would buy from again ;)
Terrible customer service by the Internet Manager Alex Padron, called me rude and asked if I could buy a car from another dealer at the price I was looking for why didn't I? I did and your loss... Save your time and shop elsewhere.
They are in a hurry to put you into a car that is expensive and talk so fast that you just get it and you end up with a bill twice as high as the price
Ryan was very helpful and knowledgeable with the vehicles he showed us and was persistent in getting us the vehicle we wanted not the one on the lot. We found a perfect Suburban in Texas and he had it shipped in right away. He also took care of us with a loaner vehicle while we waited for the shipping.
I worked with Ojay Vanegas and he was great. From start to finish he took great care of me and answered all of my questions. We texted and communicated via telephone for about 2 weeks before I made it to the dealership. He was never pushy or rushed. The experience was top notch and I will definitely have Courtesy at the top of my list when I talk to others about purchasing a Chevrolet.
Everyone was very pleasant to deal with. The dealership is very clean and neat. Everyone seemed to be walking around with a smile on their faces, sales reps, service, cashiers, etc...The service department seemed to run like a well oiled machine and Jesse Wilson (my service writer) was more than on the ball!
Garret made our experience quick, painless, and enjoyable. He got us in the payment range we wanted and the features we wanted on the truck. We will definitely recommend. Out of all the car purchases and truck shopping experiences we had garret was by far the best salesman we ve had and we felt like he wanted to give us what we wanted not just sell us a truck. We will definitely be back for our next purchase as well.
My second time here and still treated the same as the first time! Thank you Roberto Romero for helping me out! Always getting things done when I need them. Such great customer service. Really recommend him!
I want to thank Frankie Blanco for providing excellent service. He helped me get the car I wanted and treated me very well. I recommend if you want to buy a car to come see Frankie, He will take care of you!
I sooo overwhelm with all the EXCELLENT service from Lamar who was A+++++. to Justin who helped with onstar and explaining the car onstar. I pray in Jesus name that GOD around all of you and your at Courtesy Chevrolet the amour of protection and no weapon form against you shall came to past. Amen. Thanks Marie Campbell
Eric was very helpful. I showed up and knew which car I wanted, but he helped me along the process of setting things up. He proactively sought solutions to the warranty/maintenance plan, since I don't find it useful to have free oil changes in Phoenix when I live in San Diego, and I have maintenance covered through Courtesy Chevrolet San Diego thanks to his efforts. I suppose I would have assumed it was the same, but Eric decided to look into the process before I even thought of it!
My sales person, David E. was excellent, this was the second car I purchased from him. David always takes good care of me, he is friendly helpful and goes to work for me, and stays with it until we have a deal! When I am in need of my next car I look forward to working with David again.
Apparently a bait and switch dealership. I found a new car on their website and sent a message asking if it was available. Received a fast response from Jennifer asking a few questions and to come down to their dealership. She did not say whether the car was in stock or not. I emailed a reply asking her if she could negotiate a car sale by email. No response.
I wanted to buy a new car for my Mom this Christmas...with cash. Maybe next year.
I would NEVER refer or recommend anyone to purchase from Courtesy Chevrolet. They only look at you as another number walking off their lot.
I ve had so many issues with them and the car since we purchased our vehicle less than two weeks ago. No one is willing to help, they just transfer your call to someone else, take messages and waist your time.
I didn t realize what great customer service at a dealership was, until I purchased my car from Courtesy, then took the vehicle somewhere else to fix the issues I had with the car within the first week after I purchased it.
Not the most transparent or knowledgeable staff! Almost 4k in dealership fees! My car was only $16,000 but left spending $26,000 due to fees and a warranty I didn t really want but was told my interest rate would go up if I did keep it! I don t understand how with 3k down and my credit score is over 700! I m also having my vehicle serviced again this is the second time and I haven t had it two weeks
Just purchased a new Tahoe from Eric Steffes! This is our second time with Eric as a sales rep, and fourth purchase from Courtesy. Needless to say, we are more than happy with the wonderful people there...from sales staff to financial staff (working with Lucy was so easy) to service staff. All are very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. We purchased a diesel pickup from Eric about 15 months ago, and specifically went back to him for this vehicle. He is extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles, and searches for any available discounts or rebates you might qualify for. He works hard to get you the best vehicle at the best price! We will definitely go see him again next time we are looking for a vehicle!
I ve experienced bad service from them years ago, but since time has passed I thought I d give them another chance. Had an appt to come see a sales guy today. When I got to the dealership, the receptionist said that the sales guy was with another customer. A new sales guy showed up walked us out to the car lot to see the car we were very interested in and told us to browse at the other cars while he gets the key for the car we re interested in. We walk around the car lot in this hot AZ heat and he comes back and tells us they sold it last night. They never had the car we were interested in seeing, they advertised it to get us through the doors. They said they d be having food and music and free tv s- it s all just deceptive and a waste of time at Courtesy (yeah right) Chevrolet. Don t waste your time visiting them!
Went in and was interested in buying a car. Ended up being introduced to Angel Zuniga. He helped and answered all my question. Walked around and always kept a fun and professional mood. I didn't purchase a car, but i will be coming back soon and when I do it will be because of Angel. Really couldn't recommend him more to any new customer to courtesy chevrolet!
I really recommend going and working with Erick Saltos! He did a fantastic job. It was quick and simple, the young man was very respectful and patient best car sales experience I have ever had.
We have been looking for the perfect Suburban for over a month now and after visiting Courtesy Chevrolet we knew this is where we wanted to purchase it from. Andres Jimenez was awesome and very patient while trying to locate that perfect truck for us. He found just what we wanted and we signed the deal. Great experience with him and this dealer and these days that's very hard to find. Great job guys!
Just bought a 2019 GMC Acadia with the help of Oscar. He was really helpful in trying to help us find the right car. I would recommend them for anyone looking to buy a car.
Bought a new chevy impala from here with 3 years oil change and maintenance. Love my Impala but the maintenance takes so long. 2 hours for a scheduled rotation and oil change? But watched the gentleman mess around for a majority of the time.. and then waited around for my car to get washed for them to just wash A SINGLE WINDOW.. Please dont offer complimentary car wash if you arnt even going to do it and make me wait longer for a service I didn't even get. Maybe I'll just go somewhere else for maintenance. I cant justify wasting my time and watching the service men mess around and not get their job done.
Joe Mitchell was friendly and personable. He was very receptive to my needs and wants in a full size SUV. He worked hard to get the price we wanted and we were able to make a deal on a Chevy Tahoe! Thank you Joe!!!
Chris is awesome to work with. Helped me find the perfect vehicle and got me a great price. The 4 Series is a rocket of a car and extremely comfortable. Can't wait to drive it home. The entire staff at Courtesy was great. I'd recommend them and Chris Murphy to anyone who's buying a car or truck.
I would like to thank Andres Jimenez at Courtesy Chevrolet for the great service he provided. We explained to him what we were looking for and he was able to answer all our questions regarding the vehicles we were interested in. Initially, we were looking for a smaller car, but Anders was able to give us a better offer on a Chevy Trax. Not only did it fit our needs, it was also within our budget. Andres never rushed us into making a decision just to make a sale. On the contrary, he was genuinely trying to help us find the right car. Thank you Andres for helping us find our new family car!
Phenomenal! I'm directed that I must enter a minimum of 25 words, but my buying experience can best be summed up by PHENOMENAL! (That's only 24 words so I will continue.) I've not purchased a brand-new car in nearly 30 years;I was unsure where to begin so I tried TRUECar. I was offered three dealers in my area, my first visit was to Courtesy Chevrolet in Phoenix and the pleasure of meeting with Jon Riggs. Jon is "Courteous", friendly, accommodating, and genuinely polite. However, I had two other dealers I needed to visit. As I was ready to walk away, Jon had a colleague, Barry, join our conversation. However, Jon and Barry both understood I had my truck buying homework to finish and they both were very polite as I left. It was a very nice experience to be able to tell both Jon and Barry... "Not right now..." and have both of them respect my decision and my need to complete my homework. After a couple of days of homework, the other two dealers made my decision of where I would be buying my new vehicle very clear and easy, I would be buying from Jon Riggs at Courtesy! The overall experience from the initial TRUECar email and telephone call from Jon, follow-on text from Steve Rimer, the always smiling Nancy at the receptionist desk, Barry the other salesperson, Lucy in Finance, the incredibly knowledgeable and patient Jessica in Delivery... I am sure I have left out a few folks but rest assured, there are some great folks at Courtesy Chevrolet in Phoenix.
My review is to compliment the folks at Courtesy and not to cast any negativity on the other two dealers, so I will not share the dealerships' names. During my second dealer visit, when I let the salesperson know I was just doing my homework, I was made to feel like the villain... How dare I waste their time with just looky-loo games. The salesperson at this dealer even sent a very rude and nasty text to me. At dealer #3, although less rude, I was given the "this price is only good for today" tactic, which I found very annoying! So after my homework was complete, I was more than happy that the other two dealers made my decision very clear. I would be returning to Jon Riggs and the team at Courtesy Chevrolet.
The Courtesy price was competitive but that is not the reason why I bought at Courtesy. I bought at Courtesy because of the people. Like any company, Courtesy is made up of people, and it is these people that make Courtesy what I would call a great company.
I've now consumed nearly 500 words and I come back to my original overall experience rating as being PHENOMENAL!
After going to 3 other dealerships, we went to Courtesy. From the moment we stepped onto the lot the sales crew lived up to the name "Courtesy." I would like to thank Jose, Edwin, Karim, Josh and Rich for taking the stress out of buying a car and making it a POSITIVE experience. Thank you for working as a team- we saw how well you treated one another and how well you treated the other customers. Thank you for going the extra mile (literally) to show me the car I wanted! From sales to finance to the detail crew, this place is 5 star and I will be back!
When I arrived for my scheduled service. I asked my serviced rep.(Angel) about a coupon from Sands Chevrolet on a transmission service for $99.00 plus the cooling exchange for both service, that I had schedule ahead of time. He proceed to tell me I'm pretty sure we can honor it. So I agree to do both services on the cooling & transmission for a total of $199.00 plus tax. Now my truck is done and to make payment, and I'm told a different amount at $317.00 plus tax. I asked why is was different then I agree too, he says I can use two coupons at the same time, Well if that was the case, I would have just one of the service done. Due the budget I'm on during this pandemic. I don't think I go back there for service.
Lamar was fantastic. He was so knowledgeable about the vehicle and was very pleasant to deal with. I strongly recommend him to anyone who needs to buy a car .
Not buying another vehicle from here. I over paid for a filthy vehicle, too busy to notice on time but the "certified" use car I got it was filthy inside. Better off buying private.
Pull into drop off bay and was told my service rep would be right out. Waited longer than I thought necessary and went into his office. He was on phone so I dropped keys on his desk and told him who I was. He was able to get off phone immediately to come out and get my mileage. But the biggest thing that upset me was someone reset both my trip meters. Trip meter 2 was all time miles from day I bought truck and matched odometer. I keep track of all time mileage, I guess because I am type A. What possible reason was there to touch these, you didn't fill my gas tank! I called the service rep and he said he would tell his manager know. I am in retail and one would expect at least a call from the "manager", but nope.
Called ahead and set up an appointment and they said they had open availability so we had set an appointment for 345. Showed up at 340 waited 5 mins to get greeted. then another service adviser took down my info and passed it onto (Shawn) the service adviser i had the appointment with and they said it would be an hour for the oil change. I watched my truck sit there for 45 mins then i went in and asked him how much longer he thought it would take. So he checked the system and said that no one picked up the ticket yet and he will get in touch with the dispatcher and figure it out. during this whole visit i watched 3 other people come in for just a oil change like myself and they got right in and technicians started working on it immediately. After another 30 minutes (now a hour and fifteen minutes). I couldn't wait around any longer for them i had enough and had to leave. When i told the service adviser Shawn i was leaving it looked like he had forgotten about me and just said sorry sometimes it takes longer to get it through. But this was not them being busy just him clearly dropping the ball!!
I received a call from Ivan immediately after sending an online inquiry about the car I was interested in. Ivan was very knowledgeable about the automobile, answered all my questions, and was courteous and friendly.
Russell, attended to my needs on the financial end and made sure I left with the deal I wanted.
Thank you Ivan and Russell for a pleasant experience. And to Debbie for the technology lesson.
Joe Vassias was a great help and very professional when I took my mother to trade her car in .I would recommend him anytime I need to follow up with my car and or looking for a new one it was a great pleasure working with him
I found the car I wanted on the internet and requested more information about it. Nate Rotolante was the first person to email me back and provided all information requested. Since I am from out of town and could not make it down to the dealership for a few weeks he kept in touch and provided updates. When I was able to drive to the dealership to check out the car he was very friendly and personable. Nate understood that I had another vehicle that I was looking at and didn't pressure me into not going to look at the other car. He helped me get the best deal for the car he had and it turned out to be a deal I couldn't refuse. Overall I had a great car buying experience with Courtesy and would recommend anyone to start here first to avoid the headaches of other dealerships.
I would not recommend this place at all. A car listed at 17500 ended up being 25k in the end. They will not take off unnecessary add on warranties because that s the only way they make money! When the salesman could tell I was thinking about leaving he had another associate walk over and in mid conversation ask for the keys to the car because someone was coming to look at it! Which was completely a lie and super unprofessional. Avoid this place if possible!!
Service wasn t what I expected from a dealer that got awarded for their Great Service and deals went in to buy a 2016 Malibu listed for 13,888 and when I got there I was told the car was worth more then 15,500 because of the dealers accessories. I try to figure out what was installed and I was told the window tint the door protectors, oil change and getting the car ready for front of the line(inspection they do). Well guess what? I got to the car after I sign everything and I notice the windows aren t tinted, I tell my sales men Jordan that the windows are not tinted and he responds Bro they are they are Arizona state legal tint WHAT!? Ok after that I ask for the kahu that I got charged for as well, and guess what? Oh we have to set up an appointment because it s not installed yet? WHAT? Next I get the ally bank deal because I was told I would get the 1 year courtesy warranty PLUS the 3 years Ally bank gives you. Well guess what? Jordan and his sales manager LIED... again. I did t find out till I talk to mike. Once I talk to Mike Davis I asked for the list of accessories I got charged for since Jordan and Richard at finance didn t want to give it to me. Well guess what? He listed that I got charged $169 for nitrogen and $1,595 for the kahu TRIAL!!!!! Really? Well I guess he forgot to list all the stuff Jordan and his manager charge me for and just went out to the easy route and made up the price. He even printed out in a paper that was used on the back for the ADOT. Bottom line if you read this message I recommend you think about it twice, yes the cars might be nice but the workers are just there to screw you over and not to help you and your family out.
Shopping around for cars. Told them specifically I would be in the following weekend. They called me and texted me numerous times every day after. I told them there was no need to. I would be in the following weekend. Continued to call me about two times a day and left messages. Reminded them again. Continued to call. Started hanging up on the calls. Continued to call more. They lost my business out of principle- which honestly if they had been patient, I would have given them that weekend. Terrible strategy to make sales.
Courtesy Chevrolet has always been outstanding in service, but, more importantly, Victor Bustos is the reason I will keep coming back. He is professional however treats me like family. Thank you, Victor, for all you do to keep me loving my truck!
Today was my first time into Courtesy Chevrolet and I had the best experience. A couple days prior to me visiting Courtesy Chevy my passenger window on the left side of my truck would not role up. I wasn't sure where I should take my truck or who I should call to get it fixed. I decided it would be best to call Nathan Rotolante who previously sold me the truck 3 years ago. He told me to bring it on in to Courtesy Chevrolet and would help me get taken care of. I was so grateful! When I pulled up to the service station I asked to speak with Tim Jackson who Nathan referred me to. Wow. I can't explain how awesome Mr. Jackson was. Not only did he help me get my window fixed but he also got me the oil change I so badly needed it, had my tires rotated, and my truck washed. I have to say I've never dealt with someone in a service department that was so on the ball, helpful, and kind. While my son and I sat in the cafe while my truck was being serviced he kept stopping by to explain to me where my truck was in the process and check on us to see if we were doing good. I was blown away by his amazing customer service. I have to say that from this day forward I will be taking my car to Tim Jackson for all my service jobs and issues. I will also be telling all my friends and family members that Tim is the man to see! I am so grateful I called Nathan Rotolante and he was able to help! Nathan also visited my son and me in the cafe to see how we were and discussed the new vehicles that have come out. He has me sold on getting the new Chevy Colorado! Thank you Tim Jackson and Nathan Rotolante for taking such amazing care of me! I'd also like to thank Alan who works at the service desk for helping me while I paid my bill and checked out!
Class and courtesy from start to finish! Upon arrival Gustavo greeted us and toured us like a true gentleman, respectfully of our boundaries. We were then given over to Joe, who's transparency and sense of humor was so relatable. Joe introduced us to the finance team who got us just what we needed! We truly felt like family! THANK YOU Courtesy Chevorlet
This is my second year coming back to the dealership and I think actions speak louder than words. I really enjoy the customer service there, Eric Real it's just amazing he really listen to you and does everything he can to meet your needs. I am really happy with my brand new truck and I do not regret at all about choosing Courtesy Chevrolet as my dealership. Thank you for everything! Keep it up Mr. Scott Gruwell you have a great team.
I ve purchased cars from Toyota all of my life. This time I wanted to try something different. Well, that was the worse decision of my life!!! I went to Camelback Chevrolet and the sales person that helped me out (Jordan) was wonderful!!! He gave me all the information and we went for a test drive!!! I asked for price numbers for an specific car out the door. Jordan got that info for me. My husband and I had cash to pay for the car and we made and offer. We asked Jordan to review the numbers with his manager... Two minutes later the manager comes to our table, an IDIOT by the name of CARLOS VALENZUELA! He approached us very aggressively and rude. Never in my life have I been treated with so much disrespect!!! My husband made and offer and Carlos didn t agree with it, which is understandable. He could have just, Sorry guys, we can t do that!! Instead he laughed at my husband and I, I guess he thought our offer was ridiculous and then he said Good Day and pushed the table away from him and walked away... worse customer service EVER!! My husband and I walked out in shock, because we have NEVER experienced something so awful like this!!
I had the pleasure to work with Isaias Coronado and Edwin Puga and they were very helpful and paid close attention to everu detail. Definitely would reccomend to work with them
Update- their finance department is useless. Not once but twice they didn't cancel my extended warranty, lied that it was handled, and made me jump through hoops when they have direct access to view the payoff of the car. Removed a star.
I enjoy working with Erik. He always keeps open communication and updates on units in his possession while trying to get them turned around in a timely manner.
